Ricardo did a great job installing a clean-out. There was a a delay related to getting some parts but fortunately the hole I dug wasn't far from the line and finding the line is the hardest part of the job. He also raked the gravel back in place and you couldn't tell there had been any digging going on. All on a hot humid August day.

Chris from Fusion took an emergency call last Friday to assist with a busted pipe. He made it out, accessed the situation, and recommended a temporary fix to get me through the night. He came back the next day and completed the work, very professional the entire time. Thank you for the help.

George was a lifesaver for me today. Shortly after getting up, I discovered a fairly substantial water leak. Zing Plumbing was incredibly responsive being at my house within an hour of my call. The repair was finished within a reasonable time with George communicating expertly, honestly and respectfully. Will definitely use Zing again.

Jonathan was wonderful. He worked so hard fixing our AC. Due to the nature of the issue, he had to work extensively for many hours. Despite the outdoor temperature and the very hot attic, he fixed our unit and it’s working great. Also he answered all our questions and still had a smile on his face. I am very thankful and happy he was our technician.

Dealing with Cummings Plumbing has been my worst nightmare.A job that was supposed to take 3 days took 3 weeks. The Company did not take any responsibility for screwing up pipes that they had originally fixed, when I called to talk to a supervisor and explain how dissatisfied I was with the work they did he hung up on me. They take no responsibility for their own mistakes and have zero customer service. To top it off, they didn't even send me an invoice, (I had originally paid half of the job) they send me a notice of lean on my house, trying to threaten me.I would NEVER recommand this company to anyone. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

Could not provide receipts for charges to Credit Card. Used technology as an excuse. Not sure what amount was charged.

Called to get a quote on a plumbing job. Told them my name and where I worked and before I could even relay my issue a rude man said he didn’t have time and literally hung up the phone. Bam. Hung up and that was that. If you’re looking for a rude and grumpy plumber you’ve found him here at this place! Good luck.

You were rude. I'm just letting folks know my experience. Dispute it if you wish, but it happened just as I describe, and Yes, it was your company, Knight Owl Plumbing. Try being nice to people and you won't go through this, it'll save you and I both some time.

Go with these guys every time! Had a clog in our shared/common kitchen line with our neighbors. The home warranty assigned a company that had no idea what they were doing. They told us that we did not have a sewer clean out, adding that would need to pay out of pocket to have one installed. Our HOA recommended calling Bio Remedies for a second opinion. I'm so happy I did.
