I received an estimate. The expert, Chris, was well versed in the area of dryer ventilation and has offered me an excellent price to put in an in wall dryer vent. He was prompt and professional. Went above and beyond to help me to assure I will be able to fit the washer and dryer of my choice. He also let me know that my new hot water heater had been installed incorrectly and needs an adjustment. Expert plumber and Hvac. Thank you!

I was concerned that some work I had requested wasn't done. It was rectified, explained to me in detail, and wasn't charged extra. This is real service!

I wish I would have read the one star reviews before calling. I was drawn in by their radio ads which tout honesty and integrity. Their service/ repair charges are extremely high. The initial repair estimate for my unit was $487, it ended up costing me $1770! They had already started the work and were going to charge me $800 just to walk away with a still not fixed unit. Talk about being in a bind! The service techs become high pressure sales people as they pressure you to buy their maintenance contract where they charge your credit card every month for a year. I said no, but they talked my husband into signing up for it after I left for work! I would never call them again nor recommend them to anyone!

Used Knight Owl in a pinch last night. Anthony was on site and handling business in less than an hour of calling in. Had everything he needed with him. Would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. Great customer service too.
