Wes and his team at Drainmasters were amazing to work with. He was immediately available and invested from the urgent first calls through to connecting us to the right restoration company to help finish the job and make sure we were completely taken care of. He was INCREDIBLY fast to come assess the situation and was transparent and honest the whole way. We had to buy a new water heater and he had all of the specs and recommendations we needed to feel confident in our choice. His team was professional, competent and I will definitely be using him for all of our future plumbing needs. Incredibly thankful for a great customer service focused company, who helped us in a very stressful time.

George at Zing Plumbing is amazing! I have been a client for years - he has repaired and replaced everything in both my rentals and my home from water shut off valves (yesterday), to leaking water heaters, to trenching the front yard and replacing a pipe that was shooting a fountain of water in the yard. Two years later, I am so glad we chose Intelligent Design - our new AC and Heating system works like a dream, and when our thermostat suddenly stopped working, Intelligent Design quickly replaced it, no questions asked and no charge. We also have a maintenance plan with them, and every time they have come to our home they have been on time, friendly, polite, and ready to answer any questions. I highly recommend these guys!

Paul arrived at 9:00 PM. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed a defective faucet and worn out plastic shut off valves that no longer worked. Valves replaced and arrangements made to order replacement faucet. Paul was very polite, professional, and efficient, even though it was 10:00 pm when he finished, long past his normal work hours.
Highly recommend Paul for future plumbing issues.

I am very grateful for the service I received. I scheduled a tune up ahead of the summer heat. My unit is old - from 2002 and I know I'm on borrowed time. And like many, COVID sick leave has resulted in a lot of missed pay at work, so financially we're not in the best shape. Better than some, but not where we need to be. Anyway, the techs helped us out a lot and this exhausted mama appreciates it very much. Thank you so much today for your kindness.
