Best plumber in the Tucson area. Had a water regulator problem. Fearing that meant digging up my front yard and many many dollars, I had put the repair off for years. Finally, gave up and called Picture Rocks. Just wanted an estimate. Troy came out, gave me an cost and after I hugged him, he fixed my problem in less than an hour and for far, far less than I expected. Picture Rocks could have charged me anything since I needed the regulator, but, they didn't. I would recommend Picture Rocks for any of your plumbing needs. Expect the best because that is what you get from Picture Rocks.

Reggie with Intelligent Design was extremely prompt and friendly, helping us get our air conditioner repaired. He kept in touch with us through the entire process, and was in contact with us immediately after we called for assistance. Reasonable prices and wonderful service, would definitely call again if there was any other problems with our AC.

The guys were very respectful of my property. The way they do the cutting of the drywall makes it easier for the drywallers to fix when they come back. They put texture on the walls that other than the color of the paint, you wouldn't know it was done at a different time. I had a couple things that needed fixed and they were there the same day. I've heard horror stories about companies who do this as it usually encompasses every room in the house. This company from the estimate to the review did a great job.

The technician that came out to my house was very friendly and professional. He allowed me to watch him work and explained everything he was doing. We had a great conversation and I found out he was retired military. I want to thank him for his service to our country, and I want to thank him for the excellent service he provided! I want to give a shout out to Anthony at Knight Owl Publishing! We have had quite a bit of rain recently and the leak was hard for me to detect but when you see puddles in AZ you have a problem. I called on Friday and Anthony came out that evening and gave me a quote and then said he would be able to come out on Sunday. On Saturday Anthony called asking if it would alright if he came over to fix that evening - heck “yes” was the answer. He fixed the leak and returned all back to normal and cleaned up the entire mess. Thank you Anthony your response to my situation was much appreciated!
