We came home from a camping trip up north and our a.c wasn't working. The house was 90 degree. We called and they told us a tech would be our between 7 pm and 9 pm . our tech showed up early and solved the problem. It was actually pretty simple. He charge us only for a service call. Didn't try and tell us we needed parts or any further work done. He did say our unit is getting older (14 years) and we may want to think about replacing it. But did not pressure us at all. If and when we do put in a new unit we will definitely go with this company.

Nathan at Goettl did a fantastic job inspecting my older than dirt A/C system and explained things easily and efficiently. He provided me a quote for fixing or replacing. Would highly recommend Nathan and Goettl!

Did such a great job and kept work area very clean

I had a new ac system installed in August. The whole process from purchase to installation was professional. Everyone knew what was being done through the whole process. I have never seen a company so well organized. The technicians knew what they were doing and kept me informed every step of the way. My only problem is that I can't sleep because the new system is so quiet. I also had a plumbing problem and it was resolved at the same time. I will definitely use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- Had this company come out to my house to get an invoice on some defective electrical wires. only 7 wires needed to be fixed/replaced and they gave me an invoice of $7,500.00 to fix it. THATS OUTRAGIOUS! we got a quote from 2 other companies, and both gave an invoice of $2,000.00. Clearly something fishy happening here...

We used Plumb Plumbing to replace our all of our natural gas lines after Southwest Gas detected a leak. They had the best estimate and did great work in very hot weather without any complaints. They made sure that they addressed all of our concerns and we passed the city inspection/approval on the first try.

I have been using the one man band plumber- Anthony of A.S.G plumbing several times

1) Replaced the main shut off valve to the house.
2) Replaced the cartridge in the bathroom shower.
3) Replaced the water shutoff valve of the swarm cooler.
4) Replaced the float, copper line and tool-up of swarm cooler.

and most recently on Apr 22nd, 2015 I had him reconnected the kitchen plumbing which was disconnected due to remodeling my kitchen. He replaced all the pipes, installed the new insink erator garbage disposal, installed the new Delta kitchen faucet, and hooked up the new dishwasher to the system.

All of the works that he did, he did with passions and provided an excellent job. He even showed you what he did and explained to you why he did that ways and willing to answer all of your
questions or concerns. To me he just like a gourmet plumber compare to all plumbers out there.

He is the owner and also the one that perform the work that why he is taking pride in his works and
it showed.

His price is fair and all of the works and warranties (3 years) are written in details. And he did honor
his warranties, since one of the cartridge that he replaced for me failed after about 6-7 months (manufactured defective), I called him and he came over and replaced it without charging anything.

He is reliable person, when you call him whether he can do the work on that same day or not, you
can be sure that he will return your call shortly and let you know when he can come over to
give an estimate or do the work.

I will not hesitate to use him again for all my plumbing needs.
