We’ve had not so great experiences with two plumbers since we moved here two years ago, so we were hoping to find one to keep on speed dial. Affordable plumbing lived up to all their great reviews! They came out and couldn’t unclog out toilet; said there was calcium buildup from hard water and it was time for a new one. Didn’t even charge for that visit. We bought a new toilet and within two days, they were out to install it. Seamless experiences both times around and incredibly affordable pricing, they don’t gouge “because of the area,” which we’ve been told multiple times before by other businesses. They’re the best! They have 24 hour response to a LIVE PERSON. Nathan, the technician, was wonderful at explaining the issues and being able to address them at the same visit. So far this is 2 for 2 on visits and we are delighted to sign up with them.

Angelo is amazing and provided top-of-the-line in-the-moment service. I bought a new DW from Best Buy and it was installed yesterday afternoon (Sat). We woke up Sunday to a large and growing puddle of water in our kitchen and family room and I was desperate for help. After talking to 7 different people/departments at BB and getting a commitment for a visit on Thursday (in five days), I searched for help. Mr. Rooter wouldn't be able to make it until tomorrow. After finding them on the internet, I left Affordable Plumbing a message (even though he was listed as closed for the day) and Angelo called back in less than 10 minutes. He walked me through what I needed to do to stop the flow of water and was here at the house 20 minutes after that. The immediate problem was identified and solved within the half hour and I had clear instructions and a proper referral regarding what to do next to ensure there's no water damage to counters and floors. I felt served and supported and the contrast between Angelo's response time, ability and demeanor and the others my son's and I contacted earlier couldn't have been more different. I have already hired Angelo and his team to address an aging water heater and pump issue before it becomes a problem and feel safe, served and supported, confident that he will be an amazing asset going forward as well. Thank you, Angelo, for focusing on solving the problem and doing it with calm and confidence instead of telling me all the reasons why you can't help me, which is what everyone at Best Buy did - no one there even apologized, by the way, and the problem was caused by operator error on installation. It's nice to know that there are master craftsmen and trades people out there who are trustworthy, take pride in their work, and care about their customers. After a clog in our plumbing system we called Silverado and they sent Dominic out immediately. He arrived in under 20 minutes, and had the clog cleared in 30 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgable. Will be using their service in the future.

We needed a wax ring replaced on a toilet and they were able to replace it the same day I called. Shon had the service finished in 15 mins. He was great.

Marty did a great job and answered all my questions about time & cost to replace toilet in the future when I only needed the wax ring replaced. Was in & out fast.

I rent an older house and ever since moving in, the kitchen sink had a terrible leak and when you would turn off the water it would spray out of the bottom of the handle. I contacted them and they quickly returned my call after leaving a voicemail and someone came the next day. Zach was very friendly and worked in a timely manner, even with leaving to go get parts that we needed. Would definitely recommend.

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person!
