Our AC stopped blowing cold air. We called Fusion Plumbing and Air for service and they responded within the hour during after hours. Shawn was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He found the issue right away and fixed it. They followed up with us the next week to inspect and make sure things were still running correctly. Definitely recommend them!

We have been using this company for years. They absolutely know what they are doing. They are honest, trustworthy, show up on time, are willing to answer your questions and do not over charge. The owner and the folks that work for him truly do care about you the customer. They will put you first and will never over charge you. They stand by their work. If there are any problems they will work them out with you. You can't go wrong by hiring this company. I can't say enough good things about them.

I was asking in Tucson Craigslist group on Facebook for recommendations on an a/c repair. Looked at the website and there was a $55 coupon for a service fee. After calling to set up an appointment, we got Paul today. He explained that the company will honor the coupon, but the website is out of date. He was very knowledgeable in everything, and was very professional! He even helped us set up an appointment for a quote for a new a/c unit since he said he fixed it but didn't know how long it would last. Our unit is from '92, so it's pretty old and literally hanging on for dear life. Major plus - they're a Vet owned company, and give vet's a discount! I highly recommend them (and Paul) for any service you may need.** Edit to add: we did get a quote from Brett of an outrageous sky high number for a whole new unit. The LOWEST was $14,000!!!! Included was AeroSeal (sealing the ducting since some air was leaking out), moving the unit from behind the house to the side of the house, getting a Mortex Furnace, and finally getting the ANX14 3.5 Ton with sealed duct work. Our house is a freaking double wide trailer and the a/c units in our area are going for $9,000-$10,000. This is without the Veterans Discount. I don't know if they were hiking up the price cause they were just praying on our desperation or what, but that is A LOT of money! They have wonderful customer service but really rediculous prices, so high that people can't afford them. I have to change my 5-star review to reflect this, which should be a 3-star, based on pricing.How are folks supposed to rate a company that cannot make their products affordable, but their customer service is great???~ Tracy Robeson

Roy was superb! Professional, timely and knew exactly what needed to be done. We were in a crunch on a Sunday and he did an amazing job of getting things corrected and running quickly. Great knowledge and ethical - hard combination to come by these days - highly recommend!!

Cummings Plumbing was amazing. I had a terrible leak coming out of my guest bathroom wall. It flooded my hall, master bedroom, living room and both bathrooms. I called late afternoon and was able to get an appointment the next day. I called other plumbing companies there was at least a four day wait to get someone to fix my plumbing. Joey was the plumber who came to see and fix my pipe he did an amazing job. He is super nice, friendly, and caring. If you have to get your pipes fixed ask for Joey. He also wrote a plumbers report to give to my insurance company. Cummings plumping is a great company to work with. I would use them again in a heart beat.

I used to have extremely high arches, but because I have large feet, it has always been hard to find shoes that fit let alone ones with enough arch support. After having worked at numerous jobs where I am constantly standing on concrete or similar floors, my arches have finally completely flattened out. I have been going to Hirsch's for over 2 years now, and have been helped by nearly all of their employees with every one of them being extremely helpful and going way beyond what most places consider acceptable customer service standards. They always have the size I need (even if it's not in the exact color or style I like), and help me choose the best shoe for whatever I need it for. There is a difference between liking how a shoe looks and if it will actually do the job required or not. Unfortunately, the owner is retiring and closing the store. If they aren't already closed, they will be in the next month or so.

I haven't been helped by the woman mentioned in previous reviews. The employees have all been men. What with working in the airport selling electronics, I know exactly how she feels when knowing someone is just there to find out what size they need then buy it online because it's less expensive, but I would never ever be rude to someone because of it. That is extremely bad practice. And if someone is looking for something my company doesn't carry, the internet is the first place I recommend; even giving suggestions on specific sites to try for whatever it is they need. I'm not a used car salesman and will NEVER sell something to someone that I know for a fact won't work for their needs, unless they insist on purchasing the item even after being forewarned it wasn't meant for that. Luckily, I haven't run into this issue during any of my visits to Hirsch's.

All good- plumbers were on time, provided good communication, and addresses repair promptly. Thumbs up!

Our AC and Furnace were installed by Goettl. They're not even 5 years and they are constantly breaking down. They make a lot of promises in their marketing about sending someone out right away and doing things the right way, but that has been the opposite of our experience. Goettl has been extremely hard to work with. They're always much later than the window they've given us - typically 3-4 hours after they say they'll arrive. Our AC has been out for the last 24 hours and customer service keeps saying dispatch will call me. Well I have yet to hear from dispatch and my first call to customer service was yesterday afternoon. It's been over 110 the last few days in AZ and this is unacceptable and dangerous. They don't return calls, they're never on time, and they're more expensive than other companies. I'll be cancelling my Sadie's maintenance service and finding another company to service our AC, HVAC, and plumbing.

Although service call was fast and my A/C problem was resolved I am very disappointed with the service. First the technician arrived and since there was air flowing through the vents he was going to leave without checking anything else. When I called for the appointment I was very clear about the issue that the A/C was not cooling. The technician had to call back at the office and then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit. Found out the fan motor wasn’t operating. I got charged $1,251 for the motor (Azure Digi-Motor 10874). I verified online and the price for that motor is $198. The technician also changed the a 40 Amp 24 V Contactor at a cost of $388. Again, checking online the cost for that type of contactor ranges between $10-$70.

I called Tim on a Saturday he arrived with his daughter with in 15 minutes very polite, job was done within 2 minutes. Charged only for the call out. I'll use him again if I have to.
