Water heater down and the day before Tucson got snow my furnace went down too. Arrow couldnt help with my water heater within my perameters but turned me on to some one who was out that day to fix my furnace. They are awesome people and, not that I want something to break, but should it happen I will definately call them first. Cant say enuf good stuff bout Arrow

Chris and his assistant did a great job on a tough upstairs soak tub faucet replacement. The builders did not provide any access to my leaking faucet from below or above. Only option to save the tub was to cut through a small panel that joins the shower and tub. They replaced my leaking braided hose type failed faucet with a great Roman tub faucet and valve using expert sweat skills. We could not be more happier with the service, speed, professionalism and skill level. Thank you Parker & Sons!

From the moment Michelle answered the phone late at night the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend, I knew I was in good hands. She sent Jiovanni and Tyson out to handle a whole house water pressure issue that was eventually diagnosed as stemming from the hot water heater. They flushed the lines to clear them, replaced the tank, the toilet innards, and the kitchen faucet and they did it with absolute professionalism and care. Ours was no easy task as the house is non-standard in every way (and they had to work around a hospice patient on top of it all!)I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I'm sure they aren't the cheapest in town, but I'm also sure I'll use them again, and again, and again due to the quality of the work and their people's demeanor.

David Reinhardt did a good job of determining where the problem was, gave me quote which I accepted and came back the next day to dig, replaced root damage pipe and arranged my front yard like it was before he dug.

A tech came to my house and gave me an estimate on a water heater. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable, clean with all his work and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Will definitely recommend them to anybody, thank you 1-800 plumbing your awesome.

Had a claim through my warranty company with a home in Tucson and wasn't happy with the lack of attempts to try and unclog a drain line. Not sure why an experienced plumber doesn't have a snake that's longer than 6 ft. Also, it took the office 4 days to respond back to my home warranty company regarding an estimate and more than 24 hours to return a phone call even after it was escalated to a higher level with our warranty company. I left a message in regards to the service call later in the day and spoke to a woman in the front office on a Monday and 5 days later never heard back from her. I'd give them zero Stars if it was an option.

We were having plumbing issues so we called our warranty company to have a plumber sent out. The warranty company told us to expect a call from the service provider to schedule an appointment within 4 hrs. The next morning we received a call 15 minutes before the Presidio Plumbing guy was to arrive at the house! Good thing we were home!

Once Roy got there he diagnosed the issue telling us that the main line was backed up. However because the house was built in the early 60's it didn't have a clean out Valve and wasn't up to code, same thing another person mentioned in their review. He said once he could get a second worker he would come to the house and unclog the main line from the roof and then work up an estimate to install a clean out valve to bring the house up to code.

3 days later, we still have had no one come out to fix the issue of the main line. No contact has been made, and the warranty company can't even get them to answer the phone!!! So here we are having 2 elderly, one handicapped, living in a house where they can't take a shower, wash clothes, use the sink, or flush a toilet for fear that the line will back up!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

Thankfully our warranty company saw the need and referred us to someone more capable. I'm not sure how this company is in business with such poor practices, but if you get the chance steer clear of this company!
