Everytime i need them to come out after the initial visit they cancel and reschedule and have done this several times I've lost trust and now renewing my membership with them. Even today when I needed them they just said they cant come out or cant do anything about the reschedule time after time just awe, im sorry and thats it. Nothing else. Lost value and interest in this company.

I was very hesitant looking up 24/7 plumbing services. I called Anthony at 11 o'clock at night, spoke with him explaining our problem. He was quick to give us a temporary fix until he could come to the house and find the problem. When Anthony arrived, we were greeted nicely and he got straight to work. Anthony was quick to listen to our theories, and tried four different ways to fix the problem before coming to the conclusion of having to replumb. I was very pleased with Anthony's skill set and willingness to try. He even advised my husband of a temporary fix until he is able to come re-plumb. I have no doubts we chose the right company. Had the main water-line from the meter (on my side of the property line - of course) sprung a leak after 10 years of usage. The line was leaking like a sieve, so I originally called another 24-hr plumber (the company name is withheld) - that was a big mistake. The first plumbers arrived five hours after their original promised time, and when the plumber did arrive (at 9:00 PM) he told me that he couldn't help me, and that I'd have to completely pull all of the plumbing from the water main to the house at a cost of over $3500! After I told the plumber I think that's a little high to replace some couplings and a new water pressure regulator, the conversation quickly turned into asking if I were interested in financing the repair.

No way was I going to go for that. Next morning my coworker recommended Pioneer, and said he had a good experience with them in the past for a very similar problem. I'm glad I called them. Pioneer quickly sent out two technicians and they quickly fixed the leak for $250. I was satisfied with their professionalism, and without the pressure to invest into a major expenditure that I wasn't ready to commit to.

I have used Valentine Plumbing for several years now. And everything is done with honesty and handwork. Even if there was an issue (one time) where the toilet-tank was still leaking they came back and corrected any issues free of charge. Everything else they have done has to correct mistakes I made trying to fix things myself or educating me on how plumbing is supposed to be done correctly. They are thoughtful and give me quotes and cost that are reasonable and in some cases freebies. Great company.

Our plumber showed up promptly when we asked, which was helpful for accommodating our work-from-home meetings. He looked at the two projects we had, a loose faucet and a leaky toilet. He explained what he would do, and made recommendations to accommodate an old toilet part that was no longer a standard size. He was friendly and professional, even making sure the back gate was closed because he knew we have dogs. Everything was fixed within 90 minutes and we had a great experience. Thanks!

Had to share a great experience we had with a local plumber recently. We had a challenging issue going on in the house, and based on a perfect Google rating, we called MacInnis Plumbing. Mike, the owner, stopped by to assess the situation - sort of a “needle in the haystack” circumstance. He suggested an approach which made total sense, keeping budget/cost in mind. His quote was very reasonable and he came out on New Years Eve to make an improvement that hopefully would have solved the problem. Along the way, he discovered the absolute cause of the problem and made the repair. This resulted in additional cost, but it was very reasonable and fixed the issue. I highly recommend Mike and company!

From the start after dealing with another company that did not follow through with what they were suppose to. Goes to show,everything happens for a reason.I was impressed with the young lady that scheduled appointment, Marty that came for the estimate. He scheduled one of his strong workers ,Rosendo for the work. Great worker!We had greater issues after the work was started but each time these professional gentlemen communicated with each other and then gently gave me the bad news.It's all done and even though the cost was unexpected , dad is glad it is done. I would recommend these 2 valuable employees that Al Coronado is fortunate to have in they're employ. Please make sure these employees and the powers that be, know how much they are appreciated.
