We woke up to the Air blowing in the house, was not cool air. We called the same day, first thing in the morning and they where at my house by 11:30 am. Turns out the motor was bad on my ac unit. Joe fixed it right away and our AC was back up within an hour. He also cleaned our coils and checked cooling fluid as a courtesy.
I thought changing an AC motor was going to be expensive, but it was reasonable price.

I tried to unclog my kitchen drain myself and finally gave up. When the plumber came out he explained to me that the reason I wasn't getting anywhere was that it was full of grease from many years of buildup. After he pressure washed it the difference was unbelievable. Now I am much more conscientious of what goes down the drain. It hasn't drained like this in years. Good service, good price. Hats off to these guys.

I wish I would have read the one star reviews before calling. I was drawn in by their radio ads which tout honesty and integrity. Their service/ repair charges are extremely high. The initial repair estimate for my unit was $487, it ended up costing me $1770! They had already started the work and were going to charge me $800 just to walk away with a still not fixed unit. Talk about being in a bind! The service techs become high pressure sales people as they pressure you to buy their maintenance contract where they charge your credit card every month for a year. I said no, but they talked my husband into signing up for it after I left for work! I would never call them again nor recommend them to anyone!

Used Knight Owl in a pinch last night. Anthony was on site and handling business in less than an hour of calling in. Had everything he needed with him. Would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. Great customer service too.

Toilet was running. Fill valve needed to be replaced. Job was done in less than 15 minutes and had to pay for a full hour service charge of $104. They should have half hour charge. I should have gotten a handyman to do the job! Next time!

Day and Knight Plumbing was amazing! Dave was at our house within 3 hours of us detecting a leak. He quickly located a broken pipe in our wall, repaired it, and called out the water restoration company. The following day, Austin came out to temporarily relocate our hot water heater. Huge job, but the insurance company didn't want to pay for a hotel for us. Both Dave and Austin were knowledgeable, informative, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
