The owner, Mary, is incredibly rude. Last night I called to inquire as to why our water had gotten shut off for the 3rd time this week without any notification. She immediately got and attitude told me that they don't deal with that I should call my landlord and gave me and very sarcastic Okay? Thanks. Then this morning when our water got shut off again, I called our property management company. Drainmasters had not told them that they were coming back and shutting off our water. When I called to ask Drainmasters again, Mary started yelling at me and saying rude things like Oh, honey.. (Rudely and sarcastically). I will never recommend this company just because Mary can't deal with other people. If you can't handle complaints, you shouldn't be dealing with customers. She never even apologized for the inconvenience.

Fusion Plumbing was prompt and very efficient. They did all the work necessary and more when they found some problems the system they were working on. I would definitely recommend Fusion Plumbing.

I called this company when water heater wouldn’t work. They showed up the same day and told me that they could drain and fix or replace. My budget was tight so I asked which was cheaper. They worked with me and took care of the problem and stayed in my budget. I now have hot water and a good company to refer all my neighbors and friends to. We had double trouble - a hot water leak beneath the foundation slab, and it was time to replace our water heater. Rocky and his team (Jonathan and Lou) were on the problems quickly, and although the start was mid-afternoon, they stuck with their work into the evening until everyone was satisfied that the leak was definitely fixed. Incidentally, the leaking pipe was in a difficult place in very close proximity to a plastic drain pipe. Repairing the hot water copper pipe could have caused damage to the drain pipe, but Rocky worked cautiously and meticulously to ensure that all was well in the end. Even filled and sealed that slab when the repair was completed. Best of all, the cost was was more than fair compared to the estimates we had received from other companies. AArow will definitely be our go to plumber from now on.

I had one of your techs come out to do a service maintenance but the tech did not state what he actually did? I think that for 149.00 for ac maintenance the tech should in detail describe the service provided. I was just told my systems are old and end of life but he did not state what he actually did?

Called them out to remove an old water softener that was not working and had become an eye sore. The work was complete quickly and for less than the estimate I was given. They even repaired the pipes that the softener was attached to so that you couldn't tell it was ever there. Overall, very impressed with this company.

They did a great job fixing a broken pipe! They were on time, worked quickly, and made sure everything was working correctly after. The price was exactly what they estimated before hand and cheaper than another companies estimate. Very happy with this service!

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.
