I wasn't surprised at the recommendation to replace it.The technician was great in carefully explaining what he was doing and why. Mr. Paul unglogged a major blockage in kitchen sink today. He also installed my new sink and disposal previously. He showed me my sewer lines with his camera and we discussed issues he idebtified.

We used Ram Plumbing to install a new water heater. The plumber did not install the water heater correctly (did not even hook it up to the venting). We paid Ram approximately $1500 for the water heater and the installation. Ram's installation did NOT pass inspection--the gas company actually turned off the gas to the water heater due to the deficient work. Despite numerous calls to remedy the completely faulty installation, the company has not returned a single call. We're out of town and had to pay another plumbing company $650 to re-install the water heater.

Your company was four times the price of an independent company here in Tucson. Attempting to charge me $2100 for an inspection when I had my whole septic clean and inspected and pumped for $500. I do not recommend this company

I have used this company on many occasions. They have always supplied professional, prompt service. Zach and George have been fantastic. We had a huge leak under the foundation, they came out right away and made sure we had water. They re piped the whole house and answered all of my endless questions with patience. Searching online, I found that Roto Rooter is rated #1 favorite in Consumer Affairs. I decided to give them a call, and yes, they do more than drain work!
I called about a leaking bath faucet and a slow water supply in the laundry room faucet. The plumber, named Jacob came out. He was in protected mask mode, was nice, polite and professional. He determined the bath faucet needed to be replaced and there was grit in the hose in the laundry faucet. There was no charge for no work! How nice!
I purchased a new faucet, and Jacob came back on a SATURDAY to install. The job took about 3 hours, the drain stop was replaced along with the under cabinet turn off valves and he cleaned up the area.
We are very happy with the quality of the work. The price was reasonable and there was no travel charge! Jacob took the time to explain things to us and he let us know how much he likes working for Roto Rooter. Someone happy with their job is going to be doing a great job for their clients. We will be using Roto Rooter and Jacob for all future plumbing needs.
