These guys are great. They completed a really complicated job on repairing a system that had been installed in the 1930s and left the place spotless. It was something that two other plumbers had messed up and finally had the good sense to refer us to Ram Plumbing. Also, the final cost was LOWER than the original estimate that they gave us. Great work done by a great outfit.

Joe came out right away and immediately understood what needed to be done. KB arrived on the scene and immediately got up to speed on the complicated plan. This project involved correcting a job that a different plumbing contractor did for me that I was not happy with. KB got right to work and did an awesome job for three straight days. KB did way more than he needed to getting the job site back in order. He went above and beyond in several different ways throughout this project. KB seemed primarily interested in the quality of what he was building. He was a real craftsman.

About 2 weeks ago, Zach came out to replace a leaky water riser. He came in his personal vehicle and said it would be $800. Trusting his expertise, I agreed against my better judgment. When collecting payment, he said he would give me 25% off if I made the check out to him personally. I did and never received a receipt. Now the pipe is leaking again and he is nowhere to be found.

It seems that theft runs in the company as the BBB had a Pima County sheriff's police report generated from a little over a year ago

We had a major sewer problem with it backing up into all of our showers. Roto-Rooter had someone to our house in 30 minutes. The technician, Joseph was incredibly friendly and knowledgable. He found the source of our problem and had it fixed right away. He also made recommendations for repairs that we could make to prevent any future problems and had an estimate put together for us in no time. Joseph is great and Roto-Rooter really helped us out of a jam.
