Our heating unit had stopped working. Kage Moynihan was sent by Intelligent Design, and he performed a thorough examination of our combination A/C-Heating Unit. He was professional and friendly. He explained everything clearly, provided photos to help illustrate the issues, and provided a choice of recommendations. A good experience all around.

Roy was superb! Professional, timely and knew exactly what needed to be done. We were in a crunch on a Sunday and he did an amazing job of getting things corrected and running quickly. Great knowledge and ethical - hard combination to come by these days - highly recommend!!

Miguel arrived in a timely fashion, completed his inspection, and changed the filter on my A/C unit on the roof..... All done in about 15 minutes!

Braden was very professional and provided first-class service. Clearly explained my plumbing issues, repair options, and optimal pricing options. Completed the repairs and cleaned up after he completed the work. We will call Braden again and highly recommend his service.

Anthony was great. He answered our call at midnight when we had a sewer line issue. He came out and fixed our issue and reset a toilet as well. He was very helpful and informative.

Our hot water pump stopped working. We were given several options, and the response was customized specifically to what we said our needs are. They were responsive, accommodating, give us options to choose from, and let us know of additional items to look for.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

We had BioRemedies reline 100 feet of our sewer line with pvc. They brought all the right equipment and their service people were excellent. They were professional, efficient and completed their task in record time.
It was a 5 star job from start to finish.
