Best Drain Cleaning Maintenance in Tucson AZ

The rating I gave reflects more on the employee than the company as a whole. Since I have not dealt with every single employee, I can't say whether this instance happens often or at all. I do not appreciate some random guy coming into my home to repair a hot water leak underground using my radio without my permission. If you want to listen to music while you work, bring your own radio. If you do use a customer's radio without permission, have the common sense to change the station back. I proceeded to remove the cord on the second round of him coming out, and he was obviously displeased by this because, in a child-like fashion, he changed the station anyway and left the button on AM. Aside from the radio bit, I am amazed by the lack of respect for other people's homes that this guy had. No shoe covers were worn at any time, so I had dusty, dirty shoe-prints all over the house and all over my black rugs (one of which had chunks of mud on it). At least stomp your feet a couple times near the work area to make some sort of attempt to remove debris from your shoes before tracking it all over the house. The guy also left mud all over my walls and didn't even bother to wipe it down. Again, common courtesy, when you make a mess in someone else's home, CLEAN IT UP. He could've closed the door to the bathroom where the work area was before filling in the hole, but that obviously didn't occur to him, so now I have a fine layer of dirt all over my entire house. This employee had ZERO respect for my home, and that reflects very poorly on the entire company. Luckily, there are dozens of other plumbing companies here in Tucson, and I bet one of them would be more respectful of my home.

Edit: In case anyone wants to know, the employee was Chris. I've read other reviews where people were happy with him. All those instances seem to point to the customer being there watching him, so naturally things will go smoothly. I was not so fortunate and had to let the property manager let him in. The property manager also was unhappy with him, due to the fact that he broke my sink which the HOA will now have to replace due to his incompetence, and also the fact that he was told he needed to bring a jackhammer for the leak was underground and he did not. I found out later that he left and was gone for 2 hours getting a jackhammer.

Chris was awesome. Fixed the issue and came back 2 days later to do work to prevent pipes from freezing again. Came on a Sunday as the on call person and would highly recommend

On a Sunday, my 2 year old AC system failed. Monday morning, Carlos came out and diagnosed a burnt out blower motor. He said they would have to get one ordered as they did not have one readily on hand. The next day, Carlos and another technician arrived with a replacement motor; however, after attempting to install it, the motor was determined to be a bad fit for my system and they would have to order the correct replacement. I never heard anything back from the company until two days later when I called to find out what was happening. I was told the part was on a UPS truck and they would inform me when it arrived. Later that day my wife and I became concerned as the heat of the day was making our house too warm so I called and got the number for the business owner. I finally got to talk to Mr. Cummings around 5 PM and he was very apologetic and assured me his people would take care of everything the next day. Friday, we heard nothing until I called in the early afternoon only to be told they could not locate the part, but would send over two portable AC units to cool my house down until they could find the part. Around 5 PM, Carlos and the other technician showed up with the correct part (we never did get the portable AC units) and they were finished installing the new motor very quickly, then they left just as quickly. They never looked at my compressor, or my thermostat, just left! The temp in my house at that time was 78 degrees. After waiting a couple of hours, I rechecked my thermostat and it now read 79 degrees! I called the company and they sent out a different technician who said he had to re-wire the system as something had been changed during the motor remount, and that the system would have never run the way they left it.

5 Stars. On Tuesday 9/30/20, Anthony responded to my frantic call. The upstairs bathroom of our rental townhome has leaked and caused damage to the upstairs carper and downstairs bathroom ceiling, etc. Knight Owl Plumbing was recommended by one of our friends. Anthony was on site within the hour and worked until 9:30pm to perform of the needed repairs and was fair and reasonable in terms of cost. Couple of days later, I had handful of to do plumbing items at my home and he was very accommodating and worked around our schedule. Again, he was fair and reasonable. I recommended Knight Owl Plumbing to several of my close neighbors and I highly recommend them should you have plumbing needs.

Very serious when it comes to doing his job right. Very Professional, Always on time, and Makes sure he will respond if he can’t get to your call right then and there, he will respond!

I was told I would recieve a $1,000.00 rebate from APS approximately 8 weeks after my install. This is even in the sales agreement signed by myself and Parker and Sons. I was told they are one of the very few rhat can offer this rebate and that they would handle the paperwork. It is now 12 plus weeks and no rebate. I reviewed the APS website and they do not even list this rebate. So it seems that I paid more now than the competition's price. Might have to send APS and the AZ Attorney General the sales agreement to have then look into this for me.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

I am a home inspector. I always recommend to my clients that they have the main sewer line video inspected during the inspection period when they buy a home. The hidden issues that might be lurking within can be costly to repair.
