Daniel even suggested good restaurants in the area, since we're from Illinois. They were on time and made sure to call and text with reminders. Kenneth was Great! Not only was he up front and honest about why we should replace our current water heater, he took his time to inform us what working parts he was going to update and total cost it would be. He used his time to do a professional job and made sure every new part installed, worked properly. As a matter of fact, during the water filling up the new water heater he made a statement that the tank shouldn’t take that long to fill up. He went around to the side of the house and tested the water pressure. Kenneth found that our water pressure regulater was defective. He came back the next morning and replaced and updated that section of our plumbing also. Both my wife and I are very happy that our water heater doesn’t leak anymore and no more low water pressure. We had 3 sewer drain lines either repaired, replaced, or relined. This was a big job over several days. Nick, Julian, and Jeff were great to work with. Knowledgeable, professional, and they did a great job of explaining everything. I have used Goettl twice before, and I highly recommend them.

New AC installed near end of May. Not two months later, AC is not working properly, blowing hot air in several rooms.Was able to schedule service technician to come out, however, unable to solve the issue and stated that new equipment would need to be ordered and someone would be in contact with me to set up that repair date.3 days later, no contact has been made and I had to reach out. Customer service had no idea what was going on with the status of our repair and stated they'd get back to us.For the cost of the unit, I'd expect a certain level of quality. This is not the case. It is almost as if they only care about making a sale vs retaining customers for the long term. They certainly were extremely responsive during the sales process let me tell you.Currently have not received a call back on when my further service to repair the issue will occur.Currently, would not recommend this company to anyone. Low quality equipment and poor installation when the salesperson made a high point on how those were some of the best things about Parker & Sons. Also, AC unit is leaking onto my roof, which was a problem of the previous unit as well. Laughable!!!

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

Go with these guys every time! Had a clog in our shared/common kitchen line with our neighbors. The home warranty assigned a company that had no idea what they were doing. They told us that we did not have a sewer clean out, adding that would need to pay out of pocket to have one installed. Our HOA recommended calling Bio Remedies for a second opinion. I'm so happy I did. I spoke with both brothers who contacted me within minutes of submitting a query online, - Ken and Steve - who both confidently reassured me from the get-go that they could fix the issue without any installation! When Steve came out, he saw immediately that we had TWO sewer clean outs! The clog was fixed within minutes and the cost was cheaper than I could have imagined. Thanks, Bio Remedies! I've found my go-to plumbers for life.
