We had Morgan come out to look service our A/C as our puppies thought the wires looked delicious and chewed the wires. Morgan was so professional and he took time to answer all of my questions. I had to apologized for not knowing what we should do to keep our system running smooth. Morgan gave us a detailed explanation of the spring service and winter service. He then explained it in a way I fully understood. I do not think I could have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!!

3:30 A.m. Woke up in a puddle of sweat, A/C was wailing away with no cooling. So sad, so hot. After a few attempts of on/off switching battle with the thermostat-no response from A/C. Determined that the compressor was not engaging, hopefully it was a mere capacitor failure...Called at 3:47 a.m. and pushed 9 for the emergency hotline to the guy on call. it took 3 maybe 4 rings....i was fearful no response after the third ring, I knew the heat of the day would be estimated to be 112 degrees. I had myself, a young man, my eldery father and our old chihuahua to worry about with the impending heat wave approaching. On the fourth ring a man answered and a wave of relief flowed over me. He was so polite, joyful, and made me feel at home as he clearly was waking up. He bounced some jokes back and forth between us as he got on the horn and called his A/C guy to work us into the Schedule for THE SAME DAY!!! They managed to work us in for a late morning appointment to save us from the emergency fee (we think...) while providing same day service. Dawson and Friend (name?) showed up right around 11 a.m. when the temperature outside hit 100. Within 20 minutes we had cold air flowing after the capacitor was replaced. While here we were recommended and quoted a freon recharge ranging from 300-400. We agreed and the total bill was just shy off $400 including labor, recharge, and capacitor replacement! BY NOON WE WERE PUTTING ON CLOTHES in our home again (like civil folks). YEEESSS!!! Also on June 4th we used this business for unclogging our kitchen sink which was draining very slowly. Same deal, got us an appointment to wave the emergency fee (we think..) showed up on time, very pro, polite, and courteous. Gave free advice on my ancient toilet (replacement needed) and unclogged my sink in no time. Best experience with a Plumbing and Cooling company in the same month!!! Usually a plumbing or cooling is major failure and is costly to repair and both times in a month, this company saved the day and made it very easy on the wallet, time, and accommodations. Will use this company for any and all my future plumbing and cooling needs and recommend to all I can!!! So FRIENDLY!!!! LUV U!!! Thank you!

We had a last minute project come up, called AL CORONADO PLUMBING late on Monday to install a commercial 3-compartment sink, commercial dishwasher and floor drain. They had a Supervisor at our location within 2 hours to physically inspect the job, offered great advice, provided a written estimate of the work and scheduled the job for the next morning, while on-site. The workers were on-time each day, they finished within the time estimated and came in UNDER the proposed budget. The Supervisor Brandon, was a great communicator keeping us updated through the entire process. He came to check the work of his team multiple times over the two days. I have had Swanson's Plumbing do work for me previously and have been more than pleased with their work. I have also referred Tim to friends who also thought the work was done in a timely, professional, cost effective manner and would use Swanson's again in a heartbeat. I had quite a leak at my water meter this morning. I called requesting service - Tim was going to be driving by my house on his way to a big job so he stopped on his way by (this was at 6:35 AM)and repaired my leak. He charged parts and labor but no emergency fee. I highly suggest calling Swanson's Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

The work was good, but I felt swindled. I called Tucson Plumbing because their shop is not too far from my neighborhood. When I told them I had a clogged drain, they said it would be $69, and the plumber (singular) could come in the afternoon. $69 seemed reasonable, since I saw an ad when I was looking up plumbers that said they could clear a drain for $47, and there was a similar ad in the paper advertising a $92 fee. What I found out, after the plumbers arrived is that $69 covers parking the truck in the driveway. It wasn’t until they looked at the job that they told me the minimum charge would be $289; a minimum charge of 1 hour at $110 per person for two people plus the driveway charge. I wanted the drain clear (it was Friday afternoon) so I said go ahead. Fifteen minutes later the drain was clear. Including the time to look at the job, clear the drain, pack up and do the paperwork, they were parked in my driveway less than ½ hour.

Glenn installed a water softener system, carbon filter, and RO system in my home. This replaced a much older and cheaper model water softener. I could not be happier with the work or the price. The system is excellent and sized to accommodate my family.

I obtained several quotes for this system; I chose Sampson's plumbing for several reasons: Glenn uses a non-proprietary water softener made here in Arizona. He took the time to explain the water softener system, the brand and his reasons for using it. Glenn was happy to work around my schedule and responded to all of my calls quickly and professionally. The price of the system was very reasonable and competitive. Other quotes, for similar systems, were several thousand dollars more expensive from other plumbing companies.
