Amazing Customer Service . Jordan ensured I understood the issues and that I knew what my options were. Showed my pictures of his work and explained to me what my future expenses would be to continue the maintenance on my A/C.I would highly recommended Intelligent Design and then ask for Jordan.

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

Paul did a great job and his communication was great. Had great knowledge and cleaned up after as well.

Brian came out yesterday to do the summer inspection of our air conditioner and mini splits. He called us 20 minutes before he arrived to give us a heads up. He was neatly dressed and very courteous. It was obvious that he is well trained as he carefully examined each component of our systems. Brian showed us that the condensor pump for the airconditioner was not working and he replaced that. He also found that the refrigerant was very low and added four more pounds which brought the cool air in the house down to the proper temperature. As I'm revewing the invoices I see that Cool Willy has a checklist for each unit-air conditioner, mini split, etc and the technician has to fill in the requested information as he does his inspection. We were so pleased with Cool Willy's Air & Plumbing and Brian in particular that we signed up for the Cool Willy's Club which gives you summer and fall inspections, 10% discount on repairs, priority scheduling and several other perks. Oh, and we will be requesting Brian to come and do our fall service.

I had a water leak situation, Seth from American Leak detection was very professional, they were exact with diagnosing my leak within a couple inches. Even with this information my plumber failed to find it. Seth came back out and located the leak again for me. Very responsive and professional. I will only recommend this company for future repairs. Thank you again American leak detection!

Brian and Donald were awesome. Very conscientious about keeping the work area clean. I had them come to my home which was built in the late 50’s. I have never had any work done on the plumbing this entire time. Brian explained everything that he was doing, and shared the real time camera scope and explained everything that he was seeing. He was very kind. Both he and Donald were extremely professional and patient with my questions, and with my recording and picture taking while they were working. Being a woman, you never know if someone is trying to pull a fast one on you and overcharge for parts and labor. These gentleman exceeded my expectations! I hope never to have any plumbing problems again, however, if I do…I’ll call these guys for sure without hesitation!!!

They quoted me one price and billed me a higher price. I contacted them twice to address this issue and they never responded. They left a mess, didn’t even hose the path clean. They left dirt covering all the pavers. They dug a trench across my backyard because the person I discussed the connections with didn’t draw where the connected were to be placed. By digging across the backyard, they damaged the sprinkler supply line.

Did excellent work at a fair price.

I called 930pm the night before and got an appointment for the next day. They called me the day of to ask if someone could come earlier than scheduled and i said yes. Dominic and his assistant came within the hour and assessed the situation. Went and got the supplies in a timely fashion and came back problem solved
