Roy, my tech, was awesome! He was great at communicating with me. He figured out the problem and quickly fixed it. Great experience from start to finish!

The 2 plumbers were professional, respectful, friendly, thorough, methodical and explained everything that they did. They also gave me a list of things to do to prevent future problems.

Al Coronado plumbing was AMAZING. They showed up on a SUNDAY with a LESS THAN 24 HOUR NOTICE! And were able to fix our problem. The service man, named XAVIER, that came was Very professional and Extremely Kind and was sure to educate me on what the problem was and how he was able to fix it. I felt like I was informed through out the entire process and was VERY relieved when it was all fixed and done. He did a GREAT JOB! Jack Manny and Fred arrived on time and even called before, they asked what I was having Problems with and went through them step by stop found The problem and even going to make suggestions to the landlord and other issues they found. They were very polite and showed me where the main shut off was in case I had a problem. I thought that was a very nice thing to do they were very professional very polite And I give him the highest rating. GOOD JOB!

Had a leak in our main drain pipe that we needed fixed as soon as possible. Tim Baker gave me a quote that afternoon. Very professional. Did the repairs the next day. Will definitely be calling again in the future.

I needed a new flange (closet ring) for the base of my toilet. Sunday at noon. I called another place, one of the big Tucson names first because they popped up on Google first. I was put off by the receptionist and the amount of rings it took to answer.. A second one I called acted like they didn't want to touch the job (a cast iron flange) I fhen found Tony through Yelp.
I will absolutely use Tony again for any repairs needed. Professional, friendly and personable plus he arrives when he says he will (or even earlier in my case). he had it repaired in no time. and left it cleaner than it was when he arrived (i had chisled away a lot of rust when i was inspecting it early on). To top it all off it was extremely reasonable and fairly priced.

Jake and Chris came out right away for the estimate. We set up a time for the next day to do the work. They were on time, professional, and got it done right.

Michael came over at the request of my home warranty. He told me one thing, (the correct diagnosis, according to a second plumber), and then told the home warranty there was no issue. He lied, took our cash, and walked away. Michael, or anyone from Agile Plumbing, will never set foot on my property again. Find a different plumber!

Luis was amazing! He was kind, courteous and so helpful. He did an outstanding job and left my bathroom spotless! I would ask for Luis all the time!

Assigned this company by my home warranty to fix leaking toilet. Tech comes out, says it's fixed, leaves. I go check it, still leaking, call him back. Comes back, says it's fixed, show him it's not, he says it's wet from previously leaking, leaves. Call the dispatcher, asked for someone else, said they'd get back to me.

Dried the area underneath the leak, put a dry paper towel, watched the toilet leak on it. Going to just call someone else tomorrow and pay out of pocket because I just want it resolved.

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person!
