We called this company to repair a leaking shower (caused by the cartridge). The original technician arrived promptly and gave us an estimate for the repair costs which seemed very high: $400 to repair or $1200 to replace . However we agreed to have the company do the work. They canceled the first appointment due to an employee's illness (understandable) and rescheduled for the following day. No one showed up and we had to call them twice - they did not communicate with us. The next day the same thing happened- they did not show up and did not communicate- we had to call them. On the third day, they did not come at the newly scheduled time. I phoned them and said I had to leave and cancelled the appointment. I contacted another company who came during the time window, completed the job and charged us less than $300 for the replacement.

They assessed the problem, and identified a solution, and got our home up and running in no time. Thank you very much for being there to help our community!

Bruce called me to let me know that he could come early. When there is a plumbing emergency, that is always fantastic. This was a same day call, on a weekend also!Bruce was both professional and friendly. He explained everything as he was doing it, was very clean, and helped us by giving us a lot of advice about how to prevent future problems. I have used Mr. Rooter before, and would use them again. They are not the cheapest in town, but they are definitely reasonable and competitive.

I had been without a water heater for almost a week. I called roto rooter and someone came out same day to see if it could be saved, turns out it was better to replace. They gave me a great deal, the tech was knowledgeable and did a fantastic job on install. We won’t be using anyone else for our plumbing issues.

Had a pipe crack outside the house this morning. Called them at 0745, and got the voicemail. Check the website again and it said they're open 8am-6pm every day. So called again at 8 and 0815, but got the same voicemail. Left 2 messages asking for assistance, but no call back. Hopefully just a miscommunication problem.

My experience with Arco Plumbing was excellent as usual. We have been with this company for a few years and they are very accommodating and professional. My husband says his new shower faucet turns itself on just by looking at it! Great job Larry, as usual.
