Intelligent Design not only service my prior unit but sold to me and installed an upgraded unit. Every thing went well until the job was finished. There were no owners manuals left with me. Thinking that maybe they would be delivered later, I waited a couple of weeks and then called. I was assured that they would be sent to me. After another week of no action, I emailed Eric and received a phone call and it was agreed that the manuals would be sent to me. Six days later with still no manuals I sent another email indicating that I was become impatient. I now have the manuals, plus a letter of apology from Kelsi. All is well and as with any company. some times there will be glitches. Just keep asking.

I would never call any other plumbing company in Tucson! This whole company is the best, from the office staff to their field service. I have used them twice and both times sent someone out within a couple hours (and it was not even an emergency)! Odus was great the first time and this time Kenny arrived. Jerran came out and did a thorough inspection of my home to ensure that there were no leaks. I thank him and Goettl profusely as my home has a mold issue that I need to take care of for my family's health. Since he did a detailed inspection, the warranty for my dry fog will be valid. Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

My plumber recommended this company to me and I found them honest and capable. Everything, including cost, was clearly explained to me and my concerns about the durability of my seventy-year-old sewer line were eased. It was fascinating to watch the live feed from the camera as it scoped out the entire length of the clay sewer line both before and after it was hydro-jetted clean. Absolutely all the tree roots were gone and the sewer line was good as new. They have a lot of experience with perma-lining, which I would like to have done someday.
