Absolutely the most ridiculous experience I have had with a contractor. They installed an under sink water at my business about 1 year ago. It failed, so we called them out to fix it again, close to warranty timeout but that wasn't the issue. The tech checked the unit and told us that it was wired incorrectly, supplying 220V to a 120V. I explained that they installed the unit last year and how could this be? His reply I don't know what to tell you. I called the company and asked for a manager to call me back; they didn't and I ended up calling them again. I was connected to Pete who gave me a CYA answer about voltage and then they installed a direct replacement, so you need an electrician. I explained, again, that they installed the unit a year ago and asked why wasn't the voltage problem found at that time? And how could a 120V unit last a year hooked up to a 220V. He said that they simply hooked up a direct replacement and don't check that during the install. WHAT? Your company installs electric water heaters and doesn't bother to check voltage? Totally ridiculous response to my valid questions. I wonder how many older retired folks that really don't know anything about electrical issues get burned by this company every year with this kind of BS? I would give them a 0 Stars rating but you can't do that.

Am giving 3 stars to the company. Tech would get 5.Discovered a leak at the valve connecting main water line to the city's mete on 3/10/22 Called Strongbuilt - Dispatcher was very friendly and professional, but explained that there would be $150 extra charge because they could only get the tech out there after hours. I agreed. The Tech showed up diagnosed the problem right away, but said he could not fix it right away because he did not have a replacement valve, because they do not carry them on their truck. He did have a valve that would allow a hose to bypass the main line to the house. Reluctantly I agreed, because it was around 5pm and did not want to be without water. Cesar Lopez was great, very knowledgeable and profesional. I blame the the company for not sending out a part to him so the job could be completed. Next day I had Bob the Plumber show up to price the job. No people skills, had to hear about his two truck payments and his sick mother and that the bill would be around $1200, I was getting charged twice, once for the by pass, and once for installing the valve. No taking responsobility for lack of a valve. (That somehow became my problem) Oh and the tech could not return till monday) Temporary hose tripping hazard had to remain over the sidewalk till, then got to hear all his problems, lack of techs inflation, no one wants to work etc. Spent the better part of 3 hrs. To make a long story short. Cesar Lopez came back Monday, but because of other problems, had to extend original trench, (The orginal tunnel under sidewalk had collapsed, over the long weekend, and he had to rebore the tunnel.) Cesar did a Great job - he fixed the problem perfectly however my bill was now $1789.15. And all this because Cesar was not provided a replacement valve on his first go around. In my prior life I worked as a Mangement consultant and Business Analyst. Going into a company I looked at what was the problem people or system. In this case it was the system. Waste of time sending out the quoter Bob, should pass that down to tech. Also some companies I worked with either had all the parts on the truck, or would have a runner who could get them out to the job so that ther would not have to be a be back. Again definitely would give Cesar Lopez five stars. But the company would only get one. Company did express regret - but no offer - am still out $1789 FOR A $600 JOB.

Eric was great a 6 out of 5! He was timely, informative patient, just the best I could have expected. It was the hottest day of the year 112! And working outside on the west side of our house in the afternoon!!

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person!
