I used this small business for my own small business, to replace the ancient water heater from my suite. They removed the 6 gallon tank and we put in a demand, under the sink, tankless water heater. They had their electrician hardwire it in and add a switch to turn it off and on, per commercial fire code. The water heater works great and is perfect for a space that only needs hot water for the bathroom sink. They were able to get it finished within the window of time I needed to have it completed, so I am very grateful. Thanks Picture Rocks Cooling Heating and Plumbing!

Scheduled an appointment and they were able to come out quickly and fix the original issue we had called about as well as an extra thing that we did not know about until after scheduling the appointment and they were happy to help. I just want to let everyone know, this Company is Awesome! I bought the $55 promo on Livingsocial & can't believe how above & beyond they went.The tech was very professional and well trained. He Inspected & cleaned my unit top to bottom telling me what I should consider fixing soon before a costly repair comes. After the diagnose, the tech left my home and a wire must have come loose from the panel you remove to get to the air filter which made my AC blow warm? I called their office & not only was it fixed but they also repaired the most costly part on the house ($366.00)! The would not take $$ from me to go halves or anything. They were more concerned about the inconvenience I had and wanted to make sure I trust them in the future. Talk about INTEGRITY!!! Who does that? So that's why I'm letting everyone know, if you need an expert company to service your HVAC system, I recommend Intelligent Design Air Conditioning and Heating! Thank You guys! 8|

Awe full service, it's takin 3 weeks to remedy our sewer blockage and still have no toilets in our building, the communication sucks, promptness sucks, when told a day they would be there it never happens, this is not how to run a company.is this how you treat all customers? 4 days later and still have not got a price to complete the work that was started weeks ago.i just don't get it!!!!!!!!! My advice to anyone reading this is call someone else and pay the difference.
