Best System Repair in Tucson AZ

Brandon was our tech over to assess and provide an estimate. Our system beyond its lifecycle, and Brandon gave us options for replace in kind, moving to a conventional rooftop packaged unit, and a rooftop packaged unit with solar. Brandon was knowledgeable and friendly, and professional. We appreciate the free estimate, but lots to consider. I'm sure Brandon at Strongbuilt would be happy to answer any technical questions we may have.

These guys/gals were awesome! I got Brandy as my project manager and she was able to check out what I was wanting to get done within a day of contact. She was also able to get a crew to start the following day! She has been able to get what I had as an idea in my head into reality in an unbelievably short amount of time. The work crew was super professional and the cost of everything has been really good. Go with these folks!

There was an issue at my place of work. We were given a quote of under $500 but charged almost double. We were charged a truck fee even though we are located across the street. Less than 30 days later, the same issues came up and we were told they only guarantee their work for 20 days! So we were charged AGAIN for work that was done by them less than a month before. It has only been 30 days later, and AGAIN we have the same issues. We called another plumber who fixed their poor work and more, and charged us considerably less. As a Disabled Veterans organization, we aren't looking for hand-outs, but definitely did not expect to be taken advantage of.

I am very pleased with all aspects of my experience. Vanessa, Ricardo and team communicate well. It appears that they strive to give the customer value. Not to mention the fact that Ricardo did eliminate the leak entirely.

James - my tech was an awesome dude. Everyone else has terrible communication my appointment was pushed multiple times with no communication and I was left to call and find out what was happening - Management is never available and appears to leave before a standard 8 hour day has completed. Cheers to the customer service, but a company needs to walk the walk, and not just talk the talk. AVOID DOING BUSINESS!

We needed an immediate sewer line inspection completed. Ramon was responsive, honest, and took time to explain our sewage system and document his findings. Would highly recommend Plumbing 360 and their professionalism.

Our neighbor recommend them highly to me. We had a clog in the drain between the house and the septic so neither toilet would flush. I called at 7:30 am and explained the problem. Sergio indicated his schedule was full but that he would work us in. He came bout 12:15 pm and unclogged the drain in short order. Very professional and courteous. Nice young man, lives in the Vail / East Side area. I will absolutely use them again.

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! I recently had a leak from my shower drain onto the ceiling of my downstairs neighbor. It was a complicated situation with a number of potential insurance companies involved. One agency gave me a quote that seemed to be a bit of an insurance chasing quote - $1800 for the job. Luckily, Mario from Southern Arizona Plumbing was able to take a look at it, find the simplest way to fix it and do the job within four hours for $400. He was honest, thorough, respectful and ABSOLUTELY saved the day.

Job Requirement: Full house re-pipe (Poly with PEX), replace water heater, replace main water line from street to home shut off valve.

I generally don't take the time to post reviews but was compelled to since the job requirement was extensive and expensive and as such may be helpful to others.

Contacted 5 plumbing companies. 4 provided quotes and 1 was a no-show. Needless to say, the 4 bids were wildly different and all provided moderately different approaches for re-plumbing the home. Eventually selected Plumb. Why?

1: They were the most certain about the re-plumb approach.
2: Whole Home re-pipes appeared to be a core competency.
3: Others who utilized Plumb provided favorable reviews.
4: Although not the cheapest their pricing was competitive.

Review:
1: Crews were always on time (shocking in todays environment !!).
2: They re-piped exactly as they described during the assessment. I believe Plumb's approach was the least disruptive (other plumbers planned to move some exterior plumbing which made me somewhat nervous).
3: Cleanup was excellent.
4: Only gripe (small) is the dry wall repair was great in most rooms but only good in one room. The skip trowel texturing was smoother than the rest of the wall. If you look wall with the intent of see if the texturing matches it is pretty obvious that it does not. However, after replacing the wall hanging items it isn't as noticeable.

Overall: Would recommend Plumb for any plumbing needs but especially for an extensive job like this one. I should note that we had a small gas leak in a pipe above our kitchen that Plumb was also contracted to repair (yes... crazy timing). When Southwest gas returned to turn our gas back on and test everything the technician shared that we must have hired a very good plumber because the quality of the water heater installation was exceptional. He said he has seen many shoddy water heater installations by other plumbers in town.

AirZona is awesome! I definitely recommend them! None of my toilets were working and neither was my shower/tub. I took the day off from work so I could wait for a plumber. My home warranty tried to hook me up with another company and they weren't going to come until the next day. Yikes! I insisted on a same day appointment and AirZona came to the rescue same day! Juan showed up and was very professional. Unfortunately, he was not able to completely fix the problem that day, but it was not his fault, it began hailing, so he couldn't get up on the roof safely. He promised he would come back first thing the next morning, and he kept his word. He showed up on time and immediately fixed the problem. I asked him about long term prevention and fixes, and he never tried to upsell me. Instead, he took the time to measure our pipes and told me his office would contact us with some bids. I can flush now! LOL I am so happy!

I'll never call another plumber! Initially, I called A.S.G because it was in my area and I needed help quickly. Anthony, the owner, came over shortly after we spoke and patiently walked me thru my crisis! He was kind, professional, and reasonable. He explained my plumbing problem without making me feel stupid and presented me with all of my options. Since then, I have called him for clogged drains, a burst water line, a new water heater, and most recently, a mystery leak. He hasn't disappointed me once nor taken advantage of my situation. He takes my calls, returns phone calls, and shows up personally every time! He has truly earned each of the these five stars!

I am a tricky customer! I will be on the roof if I want to see what you are doing. I will google info to double check what someone is telling me. I will know if you BS me. I will expect explanations and a “free class” when I pay for work. I am not the stereotypical female. It actually frustrates me if I can’t fix things myself. (Youngest of 4 daughter’s and one son who all are do it yourselfers. Whether by osmosis or role modeling, our father taught us well!) Desert Star was super patient with me. They answered all my questions. They went over and beyond (way beyond) my expectations. They even got up on the roof of my house next door at no additional charge to help troubleshoot a squeaky damper. I am not sure I have seen a company work so hard do make a customer happy. Every worker and person I spoke with over the phone was respectful, patient and genuinely wanted to help. Fernan, Jim, Sean, Caesar, Manny and Allyse all were wonderful! It is hard to find businesses that actually try to earn your trust. They have earned mine! I highly, highly recommend Desert Star!

Overall good experience. It took some time to work through the issue, but was ultimately resolved in a professional manner. They have been my plumbing company for over 10 years. Will continue to be the one I go to in the future.
