I LOVE this company! We found Mr Jobe to be knowledgeable as well as friendly. He was able to explain what our problem is, and offer options for the solution. It’s nice to find someone that does what they say they will do.

Robert was friendly to me and my dog. He was professional and diligent about repairing my disposal. After many attempts to get the disposal working he installed a new unit which he had in his truck. Plumber Kings are returning this afternoon to locate my clean out. Their prices are reasonable and I trust their work. It is a new company eager to do well and serve the Tucson community.

We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

They installed a new unit without bothering to look at the ducting. I was charged a fourth more for a unit that does not do its job and after it was installed I am told the problem was the ducting. They gave me an estimate of almost 4000 to replace the ducts on a 1000 sf single story townhouse, almost 3 times more than the best companies in Tucson. Arico has a technician who is very rude and flippant, and a field supervisor smelling of alcohol at 8am, who put holes in my walls and totally avoided the issue of repairing them. I used this Internet sites and their rating system to find a good company and this is what I got in return. Please do your research before calling this company specially if you are a woman and a senior. The positive comments here are suspicious, check others.

But not many have the training and experience to do the job.Leonard did just what he said he would do regardless of surprises that arose.I highly recommend them for installing tankless water heaters!!!I interviewed two other outfits that had been recommended. Raul from Rite Way Heating, Cooling & Plumbing came to my house to give me an estimate on installing air conditioning. He was absolutely fantastic. Not only was he super professional and kind, but he explained how things worked in a way that I could understand, which was super helpful for someone who has never had a/c before. I appreciated the care he took to ensure he had all the details (measurements, windows, instillation), which wasn't always the case with other folks who came to give estimates, as I trusted that I was getting the most accurate information.

Anthony rescued us!! We had a sewer back after hours. We called several plumbing companies and NO-ONE would come. Exasperated we waited until 7 am . A friend gave us a technician’s cell number who had done a large job for her. Anthony was incredible!! He got us on the schedule right away and had our sewer problem solved swiftly. Will not hesitate to call again if ever another problem!!

With my husband out of town, it was nice to know there were still some honest plumbers out there. I came across OTW Plumbing after trying a couple well known plumbing companies in town. I didn't want my lack of plumbing knowledge to drain my pocketbook. The staff at on the way plumbing were courteous, knowledgeable and worked within my budget. I don't typically write reviews, but for smaller businesses I know word or mouth is everything. I would definitely use them again. Thanks!

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

Professional Plumbing removed a clog in my sewer line and charged me double what they quoted me it would cost. I was advised they needed to use a water system to remove the clog as the snake could not do the job. It thus cost me approximately $300 for the one hour the plumber was on my premises. That's a bit much. Having said that, they did open up the line.

They came and scoped a property today for a buyer. They were very thorough on the inspection scope. Fair on pricing! AND!!! when I asked what was most important to take care of now and what could be put off for the future I got the most honest response I have ever gotten! Highly recommend!!!
