They came out and were very knowledgeable and professional and helped me understand the sewage system on a home I was in contract with. They were able to clean out a portion of the pipe and video scope the line to verify there was no damage. They responded to my calls and helped me provide paperwork when I needed it. Will work with them again in the future for sure!

Cody and billy were excellent. Water heater was not working properly called on Sunday and spoke with Cody came out 1st thing Monday morning installed new heater went over all specifics and reviewed on how to flush tank awesome service highly recommend Cody and billy and drsinmasters

Highly recommend and would use again. Had a variable speed blower replaced last winter and a summer tune-up service call before the heat hit this year. The tech was very knowledgeable and made several good-faith suggestions without coming across as a salesman.

They did excellent work for half the price of what other companies had quoted. They were responsive on the phone and on time for the appointment. They fixed my toilet and installed a new faucet. Every other company I called had quoted $400, but Apperson did it for $200 and they did a very good job. I will definitely use them again next time I need a plumber.

In the past month the crew at Paul Davis has assisted me in completing 2 projects at an apartment community I manage. They have been very professional to work with and the workmanship on the completed projects is wonderful! While I cannot say I look forward to the next unfortunate event to happen; I can tell you that Gerardo in their office and Pio and Kent in the field will be the first call I make for the restoration!!

Rocky was beyond awesome and so so loved Christie. Absolutely love a woman who knows how to answer tech questions w/o having to consult a tech. Was in such a horrible place. Water heater down and the day before Tucson got snow my furnace went down too. Arrow couldnt help with my water heater within my perameters but turned me on to some one who was out that day to fix my furnace. They are awesome people and, not that I want something to break, but should it happen I will definately call them first. Cant say enuf good stuff bout Arrow

work was terrifc and got a excellent deal on a sump pump and piping. Plumer was professional and was strait forward on what was going on with my sump pump. Made easy to understand. Will call again for any plumbing issues.

They were courteous on the phone, showed up when they said they would, both gentleman (Manuel and Colton) were just that: gentlemen - and they did a great job on the work needed (food disposal replacement and water heater service).
