Had a good interaction with Aaron one time before so when it came time to have a leak in my shower plumbing repaired I called him first. He replaced the ploy pipes with pex for a reasonable price and made sure the tub overflow was fitted properly too. I would highly recommend his services. It's good to see people who take pride in their work.

Plumber was polite, did a good job, and cleaned up after himself.

Dealing with RES-COM Plumbing was a dreadful experience. Initially, the original plumber who responded to the call did the work and gave us the quote was a decent man. I would enthusiastically work with him again if he were not connected with RES-COM Plumbing. Once the job was finished a new contact billing person started contacting me. That is when the problems began. His first contact was to issue an unexplained bill for $992.00 when the original quote was $500.00. There was also a $75.00 holding fee my tenant had to pay to assure services. The bill arrived void of any breakdowns of costs or charges and was presented in narrative form as if he was trying to tell a story. When I contacted him to ask for explanations he became indignant. He even called my tenant numerous times seeking payment before we were able to agree on the terms. Finally, I was able to speak with the owner who agreed to lower the cost to $700.00 in addition, he would provide a 30% future discount for any future services. The decent thing to do would have been to give that discount for THIS job along with the reduction. He surely knew I would never use them again to ask for that discount, which means he would never honor it. Decency was not a consideration. The biggest problem I have is with the billing colleague who harassed me and my tenant for the better part of a week and the way he/they presented an invoice void of costs and charges. The hostile manner in which the billing person communicated with me also shocked me to the point of disbelief. To be fair to the original plumber, he did a fine job and it was a joy to work with him. My issue is with the hatchet billing man & to a lesser degree, the owner for harassing us for payment - even blaming us for the added arbitrary costs. The bill was fully paid within nine days. It was a horrible week and a half of harassment. I have never witnessed such unprofessional and despicable behavior from a company whose sole job is to provide an honest service. They are far from honest from what I experienced and could never in good conscious recommend RES-COM Plumbing.

We called StrongBuilt on 6/28/23 with a kitchen drain problem. Office scheduled for same day. Colton Hayes comes out talks to us, goes to truck, comes back says snake is broken and he can't fix drain backup. He promises to come back first thing in morning. Doesn't show or call. We call two more times. Office gal says we aren't on schedule but she will put us on 6/29 schedule. We wait some more. Different guy (Chase Giles) finally shows up late in afternoon and seriously works on snaking out drain line and trys very hard to patch up the damaged relationship between StrongBuilt and we the customers. Kudos to Chase Giles. He works hard and finishes the job. The first guy (Colton Hayes) and Dispatch not so much. We don't expect you to work miracles but we do expect you to honor your word and either show up when you say you will or call and say you can't make it. We won't call StrongBuilt again unless you can remediate your customer service issues. Larry & Denise Kollert.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

Called and spoke with Michael who was not Very welcoming when he answered phone...Michael stated he would call me back in 30 minutes and send someone..30 minutes passed..and No one.. someone finally showed up..Jeremy was Great!!! He fixed our back up issues in hour...Thank you Jeremy!!

Quick to respond, cleanup was excellent, follow-up great, priced competitively. I have used this company and asked for Orlando now a second time, and have NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED! If you want a feeling of security and an excellent job for any amount of money (always priced competitively) this employee and company ROTO-ROOTER will not disappoint. A pleasure to deal with & feeling of complete satisfaction while being away from the area! Really use them, I sure will when and if I have need of them AGAIN!

We are completing a home bathroom renovation project and some work was required with the air ducts and installing a new exhaust fan. They had the knowledge and ability to approach the work with confidence. They worked with us to complete the project within the constraints of a tight construction schedule, have been extremely friendly and trustworthy, and did really high-quality work at a fair price.

We did, after we researched the product and the reputation of the plumber listed as a preferred installer, Anthony Gravagne was highly recommened and we saw why. Anthony did his research on the system and our house lay out, he knew the system what was needed for install, which parts should be upgraded and replaced, he came on time. Friendly and informative about the water purification system giving us information about managing it. A seasoned professional.

I recently purchased a home which required significant plumbing work due to renovations. Not only can high quality work be counted on at a reasonable and fair price but I have no doubt that their experienced tradesman have skills that other competitors may not always have. When challenged with difficult unexpected plumbing issues that required repair and/or innovative work-around they preserved and fixed things when others may have required significant and costly demolition to even attempt a repair. The technicians also watch out for the customer by identifying potential issues that may require attention at the time. Customer service is excellent. I had an issue with fixture placement in one bathroom and all necessary work was redone at no cost so that I was 100% happy at the end. Very friendly and professional. I'll always use them!
