I called my home warranty company because I had a leak in some plumbing outdoors. I made sure each company knew it was outdoors when I was scheduling the appointments and filing the claim. So Super Drain shows up to my house, the guys takes a glance at the issue and demands the $60. He told me he needs the $60 before he can even call the Home Warranty company to get the repair approved. So fine, I pay the $60.

He steps off for a few minutes and comes up to me saying he has bad news and that the Home Warranty won't cover the repair because it's not indoors. I was livid. No wonder he was so rushed to get the money. I asked him if he knew the policy with Home Warranty and he agreed that he did. So I asked him why they would even come to look at the problem if he knew it wouldn't be covered? He tried to make up some excuses about how it might have been covered so he just wanted to check.

I don't even have experience with this company's service because we never got that far but if they are willing to scam you out of $60 before even beginning the work I can't imagine what problems you would have later on down the road. Not to mention they were extremely unprofessional. So again, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

I contacted Silverado Rooter & Plumbing because I needed to wrap and cover the pipes on the backflow units at my commercial property. The weather was freezing and it was about to snow. The following day, Jack Manning from Silverado Rooter & Plumbing wrapped those pipes and installed protective covers on each backflow unit. The quality of Jack's work is excellent. Alex from Code Blue was at our house earlier this week to install a push pop-up drain in a bathroom sink, and replace four hose bibs outside. His work was professional, and he did an excellent job! Abacus Plumbing is awesome!
We discovered a leak under the foundation of our house (slab leak) and then to our horror found out we had the dreaded polybutelene piping (of doom). Once your poly pipes start leaking you are sitting on a ticking time bomb. We had three reputable plumbers out to discuss our options. All three recommended a full house re-pipe which is an extremely traumatic and invasive procedure (not covered by insurance).
We ultimately went with Abacus.
Bob from Abacus was very confident, and very patiently explained to us how he would go about repiping our home. Since we have no crawlspace, or attic, and a multi-level flat roof, repiping was challenging. Bob had a clear idea of how to do it, and his plan seemed minimally invasive and logical. His bid came in lower than the other 2 as well.
The Abacus team (Shane, Ty and Francesco) showed up on time, with three large trucks, ready to go. They spent a long time making sure they all understood The Plan and then went about it in a very careful way, being sure to “measure twice and cut once”. They have a great working team relationship with each other. They were super careful about where and how they cut the walls, leaving nice, neat, rectangular holes. They carefully labeled and saved all the drywall pieces so they could be reused. They used high quality materials for the re-piping (PEX, copper and heavy duty brass fittings). They tried to make as few holes as they possibly could; in one case one of them even crawled up into the ceiling to feed pipe around a difficult corner so they could avoid making 2 more holes. Even though our house was a challenge to repipe the team really seemed to enjoy the problem solving process and coming up with solutions. Each night they left us with a working sink, toilet, and shower, and they left the house clean and tidy, so aside from the rectangular holes in the walls it was like they’d never been there. I swear my floors are cleaner now than when they arrived. They were respectful, sympathetic and understanding about how invasive this procedure is, and it was a pleasure having them in our home for three days straight. They even fixed some existing plumbing problems we had in addition to the repiping, and left us with a house that now has NO leaks of any kind. I feel very confident about the job they did, and would not hesitate to recommend them. It’s lovely to have peace of mind.

our main sewer line was clogged. both toilets tub backed up.it was a mess. Called Affordable Plumbing and Sergio came out on time. infact text me and was able to come out sooner. Surveyed the problem and I had no clean out outside so he went in thru all the roof vent needed to unclog the main sewer line. he diligently checked each drain in the entire house.He was professional, knowledgeable, a very courteous nice man.The price was very resonable.I truly recommend Sergio at Affordable plumbing.

He quickly fixed my issue and is making an additional appointment to check the wall for any further damage. I was so pleased and thankful for the service late on Tuesday evening.
