Jorge and Robert came out to check my hot water heater. I was unable to get the pilot light to relight. They got it relit and we discussed why it had been shutting off. They diagnosed the problem and agreed to return by Friday (hopefully) or Monday at the latest to replace the deficient part. Both Jorge and Robert were very professional and knowledgeable and put me right at ease. I'll update to let you know how the repair goes!

My house is only three years old and the air conditioner quit at 0300. The original installer couldn't come out till Monday, I called strongbuilt and they came out this morning, diagnosed and fixed the unit quickly. Parts under warranty and one year on their labor. Awesome company and technician. Highly recommend and will use them again.

If I could rate them with 0 stars, I would. I was told on 20June2017 that a technician would be contacting us that evening for service. No one ever called. I called at 0700 on 21June2017 and the lady who answered had no clue about anything. I gave her all of our information again. This time we get a service window that was between 5 and 8pm. No one ever showed. My husband calls and the lady who answered had no idea if anyone was on their way currently or would ever be on their way. Do NOT do business with this company. They do not adhere to their word or have any accountability with their technicians.

They got back to me about my request real soon. Then came out to check out the problem right away without any charge, gave me a quote and everything was fixed in like 30 minutes. The plumber Will was so knowledgeable and friendly, just plain awesome. He explained everything he was doing and why certain things happen that I've learned a lot. I'm so happy I chose roto-rooters. Will definitely call again if I ever need a plumber again. Thanks so much!
