I called my home warranty company because I had a leak in some plumbing outdoors. I made sure each company knew it was outdoors when I was scheduling the appointments and filing the claim. So Super Drain shows up to my house, the guys takes a glance at the issue and demands the $60. He told me he needs the $60 before he can even call the Home Warranty company to get the repair approved. So fine, I pay the $60.

He steps off for a few minutes and comes up to me saying he has bad news and that the Home Warranty won't cover the repair because it's not indoors. I was livid. No wonder he was so rushed to get the money. I asked him if he knew the policy with Home Warranty and he agreed that he did. So I asked him why they would even come to look at the problem if he knew it wouldn't be covered? He tried to make up some excuses about how it might have been covered so he just wanted to check.

I don't even have experience with this company's service because we never got that far but if they are willing to scam you out of $60 before even beginning the work I can't imagine what problems you would have later on down the road. Not to mention they were extremely unprofessional. So again, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Great responsiveness and service! Prices very reasonable. Brandon did the installation of a water conditioning system and a new water heater. He was prompt, professional, polite, and his work quality was excellent. He left the site cleaner than when he arrived. Thanks very much! I will definitely use Tucson Plumbing in the future.

Had a potentially long and drawn issue with a gasleak, but Sampson's Plumbing and Rooter made the process smooth. Hands down the best plumber in Tucson, with extremely fair pricing and very diligent and professional work. I would highly recommend for any plumbing needs that may come up!

My assigned technician was feeling ill on the day of the appointment so the owner, Angelo, made arrangements to fit me in to his schedule that day. Great communication, super professional and knowledgeable, and an extremely clean and quick fix to my main drain line leak. The cost was extremely fair and the most competitive I could find. I will use Affordable Plumbing again if need and you should not hesitate to call them if needed...or you could waste your money and call those businesses that you hear all day on the radio or TV commercials (how do you think they can afford all those commercials - hint, it’s by over-charging you). Call Affordable Plumbing and Angelo - and save money!

Michael came over at the request of my home warranty. He told me one thing, (the correct diagnosis, according to a second plumber), and then told the home warranty there was no issue. He lied, took our cash, and walked away. Michael, or anyone from Agile Plumbing, will never set foot on my property again. Find a different plumber!

1st Experience: Kitchen sink would not drain. Called and they had a coupon special. They came out same day and fixed the issue. Very good company.

2nd Experience: We had been having an issue with our washing machine backing up into the far shower. I called Plumber Kings and Mr Rooter Plumbing to get a competitive quote. We ended up having roots growing into our plumbing. Mr Rooter was just talking at me, while Robert from Plumber Kings took his time to explain and stayed patient. I talked to multiple people in the office through the fix. They are absolutely Great Individuals working for Plumber Kings. They provided a great service, and their price was fair.

I strongly recommend this company. They triple check their work before they tell you they are done. Great Company.

I highly recommend this company. The response time was very quick. The technicians were professional, honest and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix my sewer back up. The technician recommended fix for now and the future was appropriate for industry standards. My Dad is a plumber who lives out of state who questioned the recommendations of another plumbing company I had out yesterday. Cal’s plumbing recommended what my Dad wanted done without knowing what he thought. Pricing is comparable to 2 other quotes BUT Cal’s has the expertise and the best equipment for the job. AND there’s no busting up my foundation in two rooms to do the fix. The technician explained EVERYTHING unlike several other companies in the area.

I was having electrical issues I called Riteway on a Sunday morning and their scheduler called me within in 30 minutes and worked me into their schedule for Monday. Julio came and fixed my electrical issues and was so polite, professional and thorough. I am now a loyal customer with Riteway for all my electrical, HVAC and plumbing needs. Tuhavi installed our sink in 3/2017 and since we have had only luke warm water and no truly cold water despite try to adjust the water hearter.
We just dealt with it and finally called Tuhavi to have it checked out. They had this contractor come out.

They did not arrive on time or call with notice. I had to call Al who had to call his staff multiple times to figure out what was going on. Once they came they said there was a leak which was the source of our lack of hot water and needed to order a cartridge part and would finish the work the next day. The next day they did not call us until I again called Al at 3pm and found out they were finishing a job and we were next. They then said it was a broken faucet and needed to be replaced. We now have no water pressure and still no hot water. The faucet is not leaking either.

Terrible communication, follow-up, and work. STAY AWAY.

We are very happy with zach. He came and installed a dishwasher in our kitchen and also added two new hose spickets in the front and side yard. It was all done professionally and in a timely manner. We would highly recommend zach for all your plumbing needs
