I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

I had a great experience a few years ago with this company. I should have called them again right off the bat for a recent problem I had. Instead, i had to call them in to to take care of a problem that Drain Doctor botched. Long story short, Drain Doctor charged me for a service they actually made worse. Then they were going to charge me more to fix the problem. Luckily due to their poor customer service I couldn't get them out to do the job. So instead I called Roto Rooter. They came out and took care of the original problem. And told me there was no other problem that needed fixed. I will never call anybody again except roto rooter. Everything about the experience was exceptional. From the second the office took the call I felt that my business was important. The person on the phone was prompt, courteous and respectful. And she held true to her word every step of the way. She gave me a day and time and she got back to me to confirm we were still scheduled. Then she called me when the tech was on his way. The tech was kind and patient with us as we explained our horror story with the other plumbing company. He assessed the situation, handled it professionally, and went through the extra steps needed to ensure that we didn't need any other work done.

Jag plumbing was very knowledgeable and worked quickly for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

I had water in basement. Vic and Tony came to the rescue. They explained to me what needed to be done and they were very friendly. I ended up needing a new subpump and also put a backup in for me. They were quick and very thorough and very very nice. They will be the ones i call and ask for. Thanks guys. Also when i called to set up appointment the gentleman that answered also was very nice.

Sewer Tree Root annual cleaning. I used two of the other local companies in the years past. Able Master beat the price. Did a FAR superior job and were much friendlier. Fred and his son actually listen and care. They took the line all the way the to city sewer. Something the last 2 guys didnt do. The others just go till they hit the roots. pull out and leave. Go with Able Master. You wont regret it.

I rent and they treated me like I owned the place. Kept me informed as to the work they were doing and offered me options. Walked me through a final inspection I felt comfortable and safe having them in my home. Need a plumber Call ZPLUMBERZ

The only sewer company we will call now. They are friendly, and professional. Very quick service , usually can come out within a few hours of our call. We called another company once , ended up having to call Alexis sewer a week after the other company came out . I recommend them highly!

Having issues with my point well. He came out and got me going again in no time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Our water hasn’t been this consistent in over a year!

Have used them twice, both in emergent situations, and they fixed the problem quickly and efficiently! Great, reliable company!

The absolute BEST! I've used Drain Master multiple times and they are always responsive, professional, and get the job done for a very reasonable price. I'm a single woman and I very much appreciate that they are never condescending when explaining things to me. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My review is unfortunately like so many here- listen to these low reviews and not the excuses the company provides for their awful customer service. I would give this company zero stars I could do so. They asked me to wait from 6/19 until 7/5 for my central air system to get repaired, followed by canceling the day of service and requesting that I wait an additional 5 days because the technician called off. I just received a call today (7/10) 20 minutes before the technician was supposed to arrive that they're canceling my appointment indefinitely because the technician put in notice. As a result I have to go back to the home warranty company after wasting nearly a month waiting on them to get their act together.

This company has been extremely inconsiderate of my time and doesn't seem to care that my family has been without AC for nearly a month. When I spoke to their assistant she said I could schedule with another company with less of a wait time and I did try to do so - unfortunately I wasn't able to accomplish that.

My house has regularly been in the mid to upper 80's with a handful of cool days while waiting for this company to get their act together- it has been uncomfortable and unpleasant.

I would recommend literally any other company in the area over this business. I will be reporting them to the home warranty company in hopes they no longer do business with them. Absolutely a horror to work with McAtee and I will for the rest of my life avoid the company. I highly recommend you avoid them as well.

Edit: As for the company's generic response, I don't see many 5 star reviews on Google for your company, so where are these 2,700+ positive reviews??? You didn't collect any money because your company couldn't figure out how to show up for the job. Instead you cancelled twice in the summer to completely inconvenience a family. Your response is feeble and doesn't at all make this situation better. I stand by what I said - I recommend literally any other company over McAtee.

Pipe Doctor performs any service from snaking your pipes, unclogging your drains, and even major work digging out to the street to see what is going on with any issue. They are a growing company and continue to grow everyday. Keep up the good work Pipe Doctor!!!!

Dipsh*ts scheduled to do a install today at noon. just found out the re-scheduled the install and didn't even bother to call and tell us. On top of that we paid for this install going on 2 weeks. Will never use this company again.

He said it is a commercial quality system. paperwork states it is residential. he lied and said he purchased the unit for 850$, and he can prove it , He tried to call a cell phone, it was his other cell phone. the unit is only 400 $, the unit was dented. he said it came like this from the factory, he threatened to take away the unit, knowing that we need the water heater at that time of year, but I told him to take it, then he backed down. I hope there is a no star rating

Replace sump pump and water heater for my elderly mother in January they're incapable of submitting a claim to State farm for my mother still to this date in June Ron told me he would handle everything claims he tried it three times then he said he would send me a hard copy of the plumbers report still hasn't done it have a text from him where he said he was doing me a favor by giving me a receipt ???

Trying to get them to honor warranty they won't respond. Water seeping out of plumbing they installed and puddles on basement floor for weeks now.
