I am extremely satisfied with the service, I had done at my house by Rooter Man. I called early this morning around 8:00 a.m. and with no hesitation they came right out at 9:00 a.m. Rooter Man is such a great company!! Christian and Joel Sr. was very knowledgeable about the service that we had done. Christian was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up very good at the end. The owner Joel Sr. was very helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company.

Just bought and moved into my house. Sewer was backing up and smelling in the basement. Fred said he knew it would be bad. But he got through and cleaned up the mess before leaving. Problem solved!

Lindsay is an awesome plumber.. she is very personable and explains things so we know not what to do next time. I would be happy for her to come and service any plumbing needs that I would have in the future!

I called at 9am Todd was here by 10am. He pulled a 7ft root out of our sewer. He was professional and friendly and I will be calling them again in the future. Thank you and God Bless

Trent did a great job fixing our heating system! We appreciated the explanation of what was wrong and how quickly he fixed it once parts came in.

I had a problem with a leaky toilet that was difficult to get to because the bathroom is tiny. These guys were very professional and clean. Eric was very patient and answered all my questions and found the best solution in the most cost effective way. He took the time to explain what he was going to do before he did it which I appreciated. He also fixed a leaky pipe we had in the basement with no problems. Highly recommend these guys and will definitely go to them again when I have plumbing issues.

While I did not receive service from them due to my state needing a sooner appointment, the person I spoke with was very informative, went out of her way to explain some industry information, and passed on another suggestion for someone who maybe would be able to come sooner. I booked with their recommendation, and my problem was solved in a matter of hours. Top notch service even when passing on business!!

Tried to stay local,,,, tried to help our local contractors,,, got burned, BAD. I should have read the reviews, and I should have listened to them. I should have seen that the company owner reviewed himself with a 5 star rating. Not only was he late for his arrival, he charged $550 for a 2 hour repair, and neither problem ended up being fixed. We ended up stopping payment on the check we gave him, and were threatened with court action (which we will gladly be attending with video of the non-repairs). This owner was rude to nearly everyone he came into contact with (all captured on video). I would not recommend this business to anyone, anywhere, at any time.

Replace sump pump and water heater for my elderly mother in January they're incapable of submitting a claim to State farm for my mother still to this date in June Ron told me he would handle everything claims he tried it three times then he said he would send me a hard copy of the plumbers report still hasn't done it have a text from him where he said he was doing me a favor by giving me a receipt ???

Trying to get them to honor warranty they won't respond. Water seeping out of plumbing they installed and puddles on basement floor for weeks now.
