Collin was fast, courteous, and all around helpful!! We called for an emergency past midnight and he was here in less than 20 minutes, and out under an hour. We will definitely call again in the future!

I called them at around 8 am on a Friday and they were out to my house 45 minutes later. Collin was professional and polite. He quickly used his camera to figure out that I had some toilet paper clogging my drain and removed the clog. Collin was wonderful. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be calling them the next time I have any kind of plumbing need.

We are selling our 1857 home and had an unidentifiable clean out in our backyard that was showing signs of waste backup. They had to clean out and identify what it was, and then they scoped the main line out of the house to make sure it was clear and not tied into this backyard clean out. They stuck with it and gave us the all clear we needed for our closing.

Bob came out and installed the new gas line same day. Pricing and speed were both great, and he even cleaned up after himself. Thanks!

My house was back up Bad & I could NOT take a shower, use the bathroom, wash clothes, wash dishes, etc but Collin & his Team came in found the problem & Took care of it (it was a sewer pipe that broke). I Highly recommend Them!

They told me they would give me estimate and call me. (was my mom's home). well, they did the job without my okay and charged her 200 and sign invoice. That was not the agreement. They lied to her and told her I was going met them there with the money. Lie! I believe he took advantage of my mom. I did pay 125 for the job because I did want to pay for service.

Wow! I had a major Leak in my ceiling pipe. I was debating calling a plumber because of the high costs. I broke down and called after 2 days of emptying buckets of water catching the leak. The woman on the phone was very kind. I hung up with her and I got a call from the technician literally 8 minutes later. He arrived 30 minutes after that. Took care of the leak and it was affordable! I spent under $150. This company is great from the first phone call to the end of service.

A guy came out to fix my toilet and didn't. It was clogged up again within 2 days.

Vic was the tech that went out to my mothers home on 3/1/20. He was friendly, knowledgeable & professional. This company came out when no one else would ( Sunday) I would recommend this company and technician to others ! Will use again☺️

I called them because their ad said water heater repair. But they didn't repair it. They tried to sell me a new water tank.This company just ripped me off for $200. Call a reputable repair company that actually repairs water tanks. I'll never call this company again.

John Hawkins and Chris were very professional and friendly. They explained wanted needed to be done to fix my bathroom sink drain. Completed the project in a little over an hour including clean up. I called at 8:00 am and Damian was at my home by 10:30 to give me an estimate and perform the service. Within two hours the job was complete and everything was back to normal. Damian was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Had drain back up into showers and toilets from clogged drain / septic tank. Called T&J and they were out within the hour! Erik was professional and thorough and had us unclogged and flowing freely in less than an hour! Was especially thankful as we were due to attend a funeral wake in 2 hours and were afraid we were going to miss it. Highly recommend this company!

I called T & J Plumbing after finding them from a GOOGLE search for an emergency plumber. The person answering the phone was pleasant and professional. I explained that we had a large amount of water leaking and needed someone to come asap. She got my information and told me I would get a phone call soon. This was a Sunday, New Year's Eve...I didn't expect much. Maybe 5 minutes passed and I got a call from a plumber that said they would be there within the hour--HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. They quickly found the source of the leak and were very helpful and professional.

I called T&J because I woke up to find my toilets leaking at the base and my tubs backing up! Come to find out it was a clog in my main sewer line but I had no outside clean out available. T&J installed and outside clean out and unclogged my main line in a timely manner and were very professional and helpful! Collin and Kyle as well as their supervisor were great! Highly recommend.

I called them yesterday on 5/13/22 to unclog my shower drain and they were very professional. The plumber that came out to my home was very respectful, professional and fast acting. Considering the rain and flood conditions, Toby was prompt in his handling of my basement flooding. He arrived within a reasonable time, was very professional and reasonably priced, considering it was late in the evening. He and his affiliate worked dilently into to the very early morning hours to clear my drain line with a jet hose. Highly recommend you spend the extra $$ to jet hose. It is faster with very minimal cleanup. Highly recommend this company.

Tech was fantastic!!

I thought that I had a simple sweat repair on a t connector on a copper pipe that appeared to be leaking. Unfortunately, we found that it was not the connector but the old 2-inch copper drainpipe that was behind the vanity wall that was causing the leak. An access hole had to be cut from the other side to get to the pipe which we found to be badly corroded on both sides of the pipe. Rick from T&J Plumbing did an excellent job of cutting out the old pipe and replacing it with a section of PVC pipe that should last forever. He was very efficient and completed the job quickly, all at a reasonable price. He was also a great guy to talk too!

This is the plumbing service I prefer to use. As a property owner, you want your plumbing fixed by professionals who will do the job right the first time. They are a big pricey but worth it, because you never have to worry about the problem recurring. I do negotiate with them, and they have come down. I recommend them highly.

Fast, efficient, and my yard looks better than ever!

On a Sunday night about 2 weeks ago, Vic and Ron showed up to unclog the main drain from my house. When they showed up we discussed the possibility of putting in an outside cutout to clear the drain in the future if the need was there. When cleaning out a drain they found a crack in the pipe. They use a camera to make sure the drain is completely clear and were able to show me the crack. This morning around 8:45 a crew of 7-8 guys showed up to put in the outside cutout and patch the pipe. It took about 4 hours for all the work to be completed and they were extremely professional the entire time. I hope not to need to see them again, but will reach out if the need arises.

Needed a new Hot Water heater. Local BG plummer wanted $1700, T&J installed the same unit for $1100. Did a nice job and left the place clean as they found it.
It is not white glove service but rather competent service at a value.
I recommend these guys.

I called for some plumbing repairs to be done. This was the rudest company I had called for serviced. Terrible customer support. Was very bitter on the phone and unhelpful.

Had a leak under the kitchen sink, called and they had someone out ASAP! I got a call letting me know when they were on their way. Bill arrived and was kind and explained exactly what needed to be done! Everything was fixed and looked better! He cleaned up after himself and showed me exactly what he had done and made sure I was pleased with the work done! Will be using T&J again if needed!

The owners Jason and Jamie assisted me with this issue and came out to personally resolve this issue. I will definitely deal with them for the long-term going forward, they definitely went above and beyond. Thanks again for helping me with resolving my problem. Review as of 4/24/19 -
Used T&J for a pipeline in January due to a water line bursting cause of the polar vortex, someone was dispatched almost immediately and the service technician was excellent and very helpful. (Paid for the service with cash).

However, I used them again (unintentionally) was assigned through Pivotal Home Solutions in March.

They fixed the issue, but my tenant was less than happy with the service being provided, stated the staff was rude and nasty to her.

When we requested for another service to be completed (sewage back up), she stated again, please make sure it's not T&J, since we're so mean and nasty.

But, Pivotal sent them out again, the service tech was sent out and he was rude and left within 15 minutes without providing any service at the site.

My tenant contacted me and stated I needed to speak to the plumber and said the plumber had tried to call (recieved no calls) and as I was on the phone with her he left and left the lights on and door open and he didn't even come down to the basement without any equipment.

I still haven't recieved any resolution to this issue and is very disappointed with the service, because my first encounter with this company was superb.

How can you assess anything without any equipment? Please help me with a resolution to this problem.

Toby came out late evening on call with a great attitude, took care of the issue with two other colleagues. All 3 were extraordinarily friendly. Great local business would definitely recommend.

Super down to earth people. Got to my house in less than an hour. No scam. Definitely going to use them next time.

Had them out again for a different issue, awesome people. Did a bunch of work they didn't even charge me for! I felt bad because it was getting late, but they stayed until the job was all the way done 100%.

Called T&J around 9am and they had a technician to my house by 11am. Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly and they did not charge an obscene amount for the services provided.

Prices were very good. Needed service asap on a Saturday morning they had someone out. They dont charge extra. I highly recommend.

We had an appointment this past Tuesday, they never showed up after booking us days out! Poor service. A young lady did contact me in attempt to clear this up. I will say that prior to this, they were very reliable, this was just an unfortunate situation.

Needed to have a sump pump replaced at 1 AM on a Sunday and they got the job done.

TERRIBLE. I just found out that I got screwed by this company. I called T&J and had them look at my driveway storm drain in my backyard. I was told that I had an old clay pipe that ran from my backyard out to my front curb collapse and also tree root damage. I was quoted a price of around $4800 to run another line from the backyard to the front. I just had another company come out and low and behold my storm drain was just plugged with dirt and actually goes straight down and wasn't connected to anything. Actually I was told that you can't run anything out to the curb anymore!!! Don't bother!!!

Bob and Tim were professional and on time, and our new hot water heater was installed efficiently and cost effectively. They even cleaned up after themselves when they left! Great experience!

Big time gas leak on my property. T&J came out very quickly, and my technician was very polite, professional, and honest! He was very up front on what needed to be done and how much it would cost. They worked tirelessly to get my leaks found, fixed, and pressure tested. I couldn't have asked for more!

Rich was a true professional. He gave us an immediate estimate on the price of the service and as it became apparent that the fix was simpler than first thought, he adjusted it down. I called today to have a broken pipe fixed and a leaky pipe under my sink. They came out that afternoon. You got a courtesy call when they were on their way. Once here, they gave me an estimate and went to work once I agreed. Jeff even looked to make sure no other issues, found one and took care of that also. He fixed completely, cleaned up after he was done. He answered all my questions and was very polite and friendly. I will definitely be using them again if I have any plumbing issues.

I was extraordinarily impressed with the service work I received from T&J rooter. From the moment they walked in the door I knew their service was going to be better than most because they actually wore booties! A few other plumbers in the past merely tracked mud throughout my house and didn't bother to apologize nor clean it up. T&J's service was quick, clean, and the professionalism from the plumber was amazing. He explained my issue in detail and once the work was completed, he showed me the finished work and I was impressed with the detail and neatness. He suggested a few other things that needed to be worked on but was not adamant or hard pressed on getting more money out of me. The tech was out for 2 1/2 hours and kept going in and out of my house to smoke cigarettes. Left my basement a mess. Overcharged me for the same service I used them for 2 years ago.

It was a long wait to have job done. (NO fault of theirs). He was on time. Worked until the job was done. I've never had water pressure so good. I'm very pleased.

The company was easy to get in contact with , they answered my call right away and were very nice. someone was out within just a few hours . The repairman that came was extremely courteous and explained everything very thoroughly. He repaired everything quickly, he was careful in my home with covering shoes , etc . And answered all my questions. Overall they made an unpleasant situation the best it could be !

A great company. Very professional estimates. I had an outdoor faucet replaced when I had low water pressure. The plumber gave me all sorts of information on the galvanized pipes that I should eventually replace, as well as the water meter. I will definitely use their service again.

Recently had a major leak in the kitchen plumbing of the house we just bought, called T&J based on their excellent reviews, did not disappoint! They were able to come within a couple of hours of our call. Toby was super knowledgeable, and also very understanding. We discovered shortly after he began diagnosing the issue that our home warranty actually covers plumbing (I thought only electrical/mechanical systems were covered). We unfortunately had to stop him before any repairs were made and use the company our home warranty company assigned. He was so kind about our awkward situation, only billed us for his time, and left detailed notes about what he’d found. Great company and customer service!

We had to have a clean out put outside so we had Marty, Collin and Manny come out and take care of it. Nicest guy’s!! Very friendly and answered all our questions. They did what they had to do and then cleaned everything up. t & j Rooter Service will be the first one we call if we have another issue. I would like to say that in the past we have had some of there other techs out and they all have been very friendly and nice.

They were very fast in taking care of my sewer pipe backup. After cleaning it out they had the ability to run a camera in the pipe so that I could see my problem. Unfortunately for me I need a part of my pipe replaced. They quickly found the location of the pipe gave me an estimate and put me on their schedule to get it done.

After trying another company with failed success, we called T & J and they were there a few hours later and the issue was fixed quickly after that. The technician was helpful and friendly as he explained what he was doing and the costs.

Horrible customer service! Called a couple days ago to set up an appt. They called me back saying they would be there in half an hour. But this wasn't a good time and asked them if they could come on Tuesday. They said great and I would receive a call on Monday for confirmation. Well I never received a confirmation call on Monday. I called again today (Tuesday) and they asked me a bunch of questions that they should have asked when I called initially. Not when I'm expecting them to show up because it turns out that they can't even show up because the homeowner is currently not here. We'll she's not here because she's in the hospital. Which was the whole point of me having a plumber look at the house during this time, so it didn't inconvenience her.

This information about the homeowner would have been great to know on the first phone call a couple of days ago.

I will not use this company ever.

Outside drain was unclogged

After having a different plumber snake my bathroom line to the mainline I discovered the next day that the other line was still clogged. Unbeknownst to me, my mother called T & J while I was at work. She was confused about what the plumber had done the previous day and apparently the men never tested the bathroom drain which was already completely clear and draining perfectly. They snaked the drain again and charged us $350 for the same job the other plumber charged $150. Had they run the water which they are supposed to do while they snake it, as plumbers they should have seen it was not clogged at all. $350 to fix a drain that was fixed by someone else for $150 the previous day.
Not sure these guys are honest.

I would definitely recommend. The guys are friendly, professional, considerate and knowledgeable. They work quickly and I was very happy with their service. I am going to call them from now on with any plumbing issues I have.

We had a sewer repair done. They had to cut into our concrete patio to do the repair. They showed up on time, finished all the work the same day, and left the patio cleaner than it was when they arrived. I was very impressed.

Although this service was the fastest turnaround we could get for an emergency water extraction, when the technician arrived, he was a genuine jerk. Rolled his eyes and complained when the slightest hiccup arose that may have made his job a little more complicated. Slammed doors as he walked through the home. Umm, I'm paying you, sir, to do YOUR JOB! Not impressed!

T&J has been to my home twice in the last 2 years. Having a guest in my home for over 10 months they were pouring contents in the kitchen sink that contained grease. It accumulated and caused a slow drain in the main drain. T&J's Hydro jet system got the job done.

I can't say anything bad about this company at all. As a new first time home owner one of my biggest worries occurred. Shortly after moving in my drains began to back up. I called 3 other companies in the area, left voice messages and STILL have not received any call backs (nearly a week now). I called T & J and they were at my home in less than 45 minutes. Victor was awesome, working for over 4 hours and to find there was a root issue in the main line. He cleared the drain, cleaned up all the mess then got me scheduled for the work that I didn't hesitate to have done within 48 hours. They came in, cleaned and patched the main drain and replaced the incorrectly installed or messed up PVC work that was done previously. Again, they cleaned up all the mess so that was something I didn't have to worry about. Some suggested I get other estimates, but if no one calls you back how are you to do that???? Service man , Isaiah, put down runners when he entered my house, as it was snowing outside. Very impressive! All the way down the hallway and into the kitchen. Right up to the sink. He surveyed the job, then went to his van and returned with the appropriate tools for the job. In a short period of time, he had replaced my kitchen sink faucet. I had attempted to do some remodeling myself and failed at changing the faucet.
I wish I could post a picture of the mess I made and finished job done by T&J plumbing experts.

My toilet clogged and backed up into the tub and sink. The pipes were leaking heavily into the kitchen and basement. I tried everything before I broke down and called T&J. Came and looked at a blown hot water heater. We needed an itemized estimate for our home warranty to cover it, which the guy seemed like was a big hassle that he didn't want to deal with. They did give us one, 6 days later. Naturally we had already found someone else to do the work.

Our kitchen sink backed up at about 5:00 p.m. on a Monday. I called Scott and he was out to fix the problem by 6:15 p.m. He did an excellent job, and did not even charge extra for performing the work outside regular business hours! By comparison, the first place I called said it would cost $169 just to come out after 5:00 p.m., and another $180 to snake the sink drain. T&J did it all for about half the price. Thanks Scott!!!

Have a tenant and the toilet was clogged up. Cost 150 to run the snake but they got it done.

As I was doing laundry, I noticed that my basement was flooding due to the sewer backing up. I called T & J and they literally had someone out there within the hour. This is where I am most impressed with this company, not only did they do amazing work fixing the problem at an exceptional price, but they actually cleaned up the entire area when they were done. I have used another plumbing company for many years and I always had to go down and clean up when they left. I will only be using T & J from now on for all of my plumbing needs.

My basement is flooded and this company ran a snake, hydrop-jet ect. Basement foundation, sewers is not what they do!!! They made the problem worse.
This company can't help with foundation,drain sump-pump problems.

They where going to charge us 3x as much as another company. Maybe to rent the equipment???

While away on vacation I had water leaking from the bathrooms and raining down into the basement so I called T&J around 11 pm they sent Darryl over to my house within 30 mins. I called and Tara answered, took my information and called JR to help.

He arrived with about 15 minutes, assesses the problem as a break in the joint cement and fixed the problem within 10 minutes of arriving.

Needed emergency sump pump service on Sunday during a holiday weekend. From the moment the dispatcher answered the phone, their service was exceptional! Said they would call me back within an hour & they did! Serviceman said he would be out within the hour & he was! Had the sump pump I needed right on the truck. The serviceman was personable & polite & efficient. I had a new sump pump installed & pumping away within an hour after he arrived. Old drainage has issues, Isaiah rocks, does great work, very helpful with his knowledge. At some point I will have them back to replace more drainage.

Recommend any Plumbing problems....I've had them do my Plumbing for 19 years and 2 different houses...anything from clogged drains, to installing 2 six inch cleanouts at 2 different locations, to removing tree roots from main sewer line, to installation of new water heater. They are very professional, efficient, and clean up nicely after job is finished.

I called to three other places before deciding to go with T&J. They we the cheapest by far but also knew what they were talking about when quoting the job. One place was 3 times more expensive and another tried to tell me that they had to reroute the entire plumbing from the street valve to my house shut off valve. They showed up when they told me they would and the job was done quickly and effectively! They did a great job cleaning up and even fixed the landscaping around the valve. I will most definitely call them again for all my plumbing needs and would recommend to anyone who asks! Thank you T&J for the price, professionalism and doing it so quickly.

My husband and I previously had repairs done by T&J when we were renting and the landlord used their services. We have had more than satisfactory service for years. This time around, my mother's kitchen sink was clogged, and I immediately thought of them. Rich has to be one of the most friendly, caring and informative plumbing professionals ever. He arrived early, looked over everything, and explained all that needed to be done. The company happens to give very reasonable rates, which are few and far between to find. Rich cleared the drain quickly, but unfortunately ran into a hiccup with a rusty piece on the garbage disposal that then required replacing. He quickly installed the new disposal, and even one of the owners stopped by to offer any assistance. Very knowledgeable of how to winterize an outdoor industrial facility. Helped winterize plumbing for outdoor equipment and under office trailer. We usually have pipes freeze every year, not this year! Highly recommend, good service and will tell you what needs to be done for long-term, even if it's not the easiest route to take.

Hired T&J to install a new gas line...although price was a bit high (but cheaper than a few other companies), the guys were professional and did a great job with installation. Will definitely hire again.

i had an appt set up for 10-10:30 for dripping shower head, said it was delta and need new cartridge or not sure. i told the scheduler i needed to leave by 2. she said they would have plenty of time to fix they would call 30 min ahead. so i booked appt. my appt reminder came up on my phone with reminder that 30 min call ahead and i commented again i need to leave by 2.

the guy showed up at 12:37. did not call ahead and fresh from eating lunch. initial conversation i told him we were moving and the first thing was him wanting to put a company sticker on my hot water tank in basement for future business??! hello? he looked at my shower head and was like “ugh. thats old” (is 28 yrs old) and then was like “i dont know if i have the right part, or thatll hold up. i recommend replacing”. and he was like….”yeah….since u need to leave at 2, i dont have time to replace the cartridge either if u chose to go that route”.

so. yeah. this company will not be fixing my shower. waste of my time.

We called T&J as we were having an emergency installing a new faucet in our trailer. Water was leaking and spraying everywhere and I was frantic. The guy that we talked to over the phone said he was on another job but could get out to us in around hour. Obviously we couldn't just let it continue to spray so we kept working on it in the mean time. Around 10 mins later we ended up fixing the issue so we called back to let them know. The same man started cussing out my boyfriend, who was nothing but kind, and then screamed don't ever call us again!!! and hung up. Welp, we won't. Honestly, what else was I supposed to do in that situation? Since we fixed it (& I honestly didn't think we would, hence why I called) why on earth would I pay someone to still come out? Absolutely 100% unprofessional and RUDE. I understand about keeping scheduled appointments but I had literally just made it due to an emergency and he hadn't even finish his last job yet. Crazy.

I just moved into a new home in the Toledo market and was having a water pressure problem. I called to get an emergency technician out. After waiting for an hour and a half, I called back and asked if they forgot about me? She said that they would have someone give me a call. 30 mins later I get a call and the problem is diagnosed over the phone. He proceeds to tell me that he can't get to my home until tomorrow morning and would give me a call around 8:30 AM. At 9:45 I get a call from their dispatch saying that they are way overbooked and won't be able to get to me for another week?! Keep in mind it's was below freezing and I essentially don't have any water. A week

Got an estimate for $250.-$800. Talk to the guy at Home Depot and I fixed it for seven dollars myself. It took me less than one hour. Won’t be using your service ever again.

Kyle and Eric showed up to work on a backed up drain in the laundry room. They spent a lot of time looking at the drains in the house and the clean out and determined that whatever was blocking the drain and causing the back up must have worked itself loose because nothing was clogged when they arrived. They cleaned the drain area, there was lint in the drain from the washing machine, and filled the drain with the hose for several minutes to make sure it did not overflow. When they left they assured me there was no clog and they did not charge me for the visit. They assured me if anything clogged int he future they would come out and fix it! This is the second time I have called T&J. And it is the second time I have had outstanding Service. Becca was also fantastic at the office! I urge anyone out there with a plumbing issue to give them a call.

Toby gave us a heads-up courtesy call and then arrived timely. He went above and beyond to assess/explain our sump pump issues. Toby was thorough and professional. He gave us an estimate for the work needing done. We are in the process of scheduling to complete said task(s).

Yesterday, on a Saturday, I needed a plumber to fix my toilet. I was unfamiliar with plumbers in the area, but found T&J on The Home Advisor app. 5 stars and great ratings, I called them directly, because I needed same day service. The secretary was professional and confident, and left me with a great first impression. Within 30 minutes, Bill returned my call and said he was working on another job, but could be to my home in about 2 hours. I received a courtesy call from Bill 20 minutes before arrival, and then he arrived on time. He knew exactly what was wrong, repaired it quickly, and even took a few minutes to fix a frozen disposal for me. He wore shoe covers and left no mess behind. Bill was professional, knowledgeable and did a great job! Pricing was very affordable. I have already recommended this company to my sister, who is also looking for a new plumber. I will DEFINITELY use this plumber service again!

I called T&J Rooter Service for issues with my water heater. I was able to get the pilot and burner lit myself, however, neither the pilot or burner would stay lit. Technicians Jamie and Kyle were dispatched to my home, and arrived approximately 20 minutes after my call for service. Jamie identified the problems with my water heater and offered solutions. All of which were costly. Recently, I have been experiencing some obstacles in life. I won’t explain them here nor did I with the technicians. The amount of problems I’m facing is literally unbelievable, but any adult knows, “when it rains it pours.” I explained to Jamie that I would either need to wait until my next paycheck to pay for the service or I would call them back over when I could afford it. Jamie noticed my old military equipment and uniforms in my laundry room where my water heater is located. He explained he would be willing to help anyone who is willing to serve and possibly lay down their life for our country. Technicians Jamie and Kyle purchased and installed a thermal coupling on my water heater free of charge. The hot water in my home has been restored. I’m typically not an emotional man, but, Jamie’s empathy to me during difficult times nearly brought me to tears. From an Army veteran that served in Iraq, I want to say thank you T&J Rooter Service for your help, and for hiring qualified technicians that display first-class characteristics.

Sump pump stopped working in the muddle of the night. Woke up to 6 inches of water in our basement. Called T&J ROOTER and they arrived promptly. Diagnosed the sump pump as having pumped it's last time 😏. As a result of the basement flooding, the gas water heater was also rendered useless. T&J installed a new sump pump, cleaned the basement floor after the water was pumped out, and ordered and installed a new hot water heater. They took the initiative to raise the hot water heater off the floor with concrete blocks in order to keep it from being damaged again in the unlikely event that the basement floods again. T&J Rooter is the only company we call for all of our plumbing needs.

Staff was polite and hard working. Cleaned up after themselves. Would use them again!

Bill was the representative who initially came to my home; he was polite, and showed an honest interest helping repair my clogged sewer drain within my budget. He was incredibly hard working and conscientious, as was the other representative who helped him in solving the problem. I was impressed with what a wonderful job he did, as well as keeping the cost as reasonable as possible. I felt lucky to have T&J Rooter repair the line, and will DEFINITELY call them again if I ever need the services of a plumber. Fantastic job.

T&J was extremely responsive and professional throughout our sewer line repair. They delivered an estimate on-site which was lower than other companies and followed up to schedule time for the repair. They were very efficient during the work and left the area very clean afterward. I would definitely recommend them for plumbing work.
