This guy did amazing work for me. He didn't beat around the Bush and he did exactly what he said he was going to do and it came out perfect. I must have had 10 other plumbers come and give an estimate. But what they really did was talk too much. Not this guy. I will use him going forward for anything that I myself cannot do.

Received call from office to let me know he was running behind on an emergency job. He showed up 20 minutes later and was friendly, courteous & did some problem solving before he started the job. HIs demeanor and reassurance was outstanding.

Clogged kitchen drain. Plumbing technician was very professional and courteous.Disconnected and cleaned pipes and reinstalled. Only problem is, hot water comes out of faucet as a trickle. Not a good thing before Thanksgiving.

Responded quick, charged $675 for a ten minute hydro flush. Main line plugged up again because line was broken. Came out again and diagnosed that line was broken.

Quoted a total of $8750 to fix, did it myself for 1.5 hours of labor and about $50 in parts. These guys are openly shameless on what they want to charge. If you are desperate and helpless, watch out.

Can not say they are crooks - just ruthless. Not that your problem will not be fixed, but these guys are under huge corporate pressure, not going to make any common sense desisions in the customer's best interst - just the way it is..... just very sad.

Kael Thor did a great job and Mr Rooter Plumbing was VERY reasonable in price for unclogging my home drain. Kael was a respectful man and persistent in getting the drain working again. He made sure he cleaned up everything in what turned out to be a pretty messy clogged drain situation. He is a very personable guy and did the job professionally with a big smile, which is appreciated. Explained what the problem was, what needed to bo done, & did it all in a timely & professional manner.

This is the second time we have used Mr. Rooter - 2020 and 2022. Both times, the repair was done promptly and correctly. All issues were resolved on the first visit.

It is also the second time that Jason Young was sent to our house. Jason is very friendly and professional. He is a pleasure to have working with us, and a credit to the company.

This service was a little on the pricey end in my book, but the courtesy and expertise of Kael Thor, my service tech, was outstanding. Not only did he swiftly complete the job, but he took the time to clean the area afterwards. Beyond that he was very friendly and knowledgeable and it felt like I was being helped out by a buddy rather than some corporate service. If I ever have need of a plumbing service this is 100% undoubtedly the person I'd want to answer my call. EXCELLENT!

Called Mr. Rooter about 11:45a on Saturday and Jacob got to my residence about 1:00p. He assessed my problem and got to work on it. Cleared my drains, cleaned up the mess in the basement and was very informative and courteous. will call him back if I ever have problems in the future. Thanks Jacob.

Needed to have the pressure tank and switch replaced for the well. Jason was very Professional, straight forward with what had to be done, kept me informed through the entire process. Will definitely use this service again.

We called Mr. Rooter to clear a plugged floor drain in our shop. The technician arrived and assessed the situation. He stated it could be a difficult clog and needed to be hydo-jetted. He quoted us $623.00 for the job. We reluctantly approved the estimate (we needed the drain cleared and assumed by the price it would take several hours to complete the repair). 40 minutes later the technician was finished, packed up his tools, and was ready to collect his money. When we questioned the short amount of time to complete the repair and the $623.00 he wanted for it, he stated that Mr. Rooter uses flat rate pricing and they charge that for all jobs regardless of the time it takes to complete. We paid the man and he left. I later called the office and spoke with 2 different managers. They both stated the same thing about their flat rat pricing and refused to adjust the invoice.

I called 2 of their competitors and received hourly quotes of $128 and $136. Mr. Rooter charged us $623.00 for 1 hour labor and no materials.

In my opinion, this is UNETHICAL PRICE GOUGING!!!! I WILL NEVER CALL MR. ROOTER AGAIN!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!

I suggest if after reading this you still call Mr. Rooter, get a second estimate before you hire them.

Excellent work. Jason was our technician and he was professional and knew what he was doing. Had some work done in an older home and it needed a new gas valve/updating and some plumbing updated. Jason was able to get our gas stove installed and get the washing machine draining correctly. Very happy with the work. Thank you Jason.

I am so happy with Mr. Rooter. I called with a sump pump problem and they came out right away. They gave me an estimate of all the things I wanted done . I agreed and in two days they installed two sump pumps with battery back up . The guys that came out were extremely nice and professional. The gentleman who did my installation was very kind and cleaned up after himself . ( I think his name was David). I will definitely call them if I have any other problems!

Although I'm a DIY kind of guy, I appreciate the help when I can get it (and I know when to quit). Our downstairs toilet stopped working due to a drain clog. Of course, with two little girls (2 and 4), this was an emergency pinch. I was shocked that Mr. Rooter was able to schedule a repair the next day. This is almost unheard of nowadays.

Our plumber, Troy, was excellent and extremely punctual. I appreciated that he even put on shoe protectors every time he came back in the house from outside, leaving absolutely no mess in his wake. Second, I appreciate excellent communication and Mr. Rooter is on top of it.

Result: he installed a new toilet after a thorough snaking of the waste line. In his work, he noticed (and quoted me on) another possible repair in the future that'll definitely save me time and disaster. Thanks, Troy. These people have my business for years to come.

Great Service. Delivered and Installed a new High Rise toilet for me. The young man was just so nice. I am a wheelchair user and this is a Godsend for me. The American Standard toilet flushing is amazing. I am very very pleased!!!! Did all this on a Saturday for a very reasonable price!!!

Although the time it took for the service tech to arrive was a lot longer than expected, David was very thorough and very friendly! He explained everything to me very well during the visit and confirmed the issue which was the same as I was told by another company(broken sewer pipe 20ft from clean out access). I received an estimate for the work straight after he finished working in my yard and it was explained to me very well too!

I wasted 2 days out of my weekend. Booked 1-3p on Saturday. By 5:45p I finally rescheduled for the next day. They promised that I would be one of the first since they couldn’t make it the day before . I waited again until 4:30p. Then I called and canceled all together . I will never try to use this company again.

I felt very comfortable with him in my home and taking care of my problem. He was very thorough and very precise. Bad experience (after previous okay experience) with Mr. Rooter of Toledo to share. Short version: Made an appointment, they didn't show. Long version: Water was streaming out of our wall, we made an appointment in the morning for a plumber between 4-6pm, we called them at 5:30 to check the status of our appointment, the said they were on the way, we called again at 6:15, they said they were on the way, we called again at 7:15, they said it got too late, so they couldn't come. If Mr. Rooter was up front with us, we could have gotten another appointment with another company, but now we have to pay a 24 hour emergency company to come and repair the pipe as water pours out of our wall. We recommend you avoid them.

Quick response when others didn’t bother to even return my call. Thorough job along with a camera inspection after the blockage was cleared. They had the equipment that a typical plumbing company would not normally have on hand. A one year guarantee helped me swallow the pill a bit though.

The plumbers that fix your problem are great!! The office manager Jessica needs work. They sold us a product to pour down our drain, we never received the product. I called to get reimbursed for It, here I am 3 months later NO refund or product!!! Very frustrating!!!

When I called I specifically asked if they did garbage disposal repairs. The woman I spoke with assured me they did. However when the plumber arrived he notified me that they only replace disposals not repair them, then quoted me at $430. I specifically asked her if they would repair them and I was lied to. Overpriced and dishonest. Do NOT recommend.

We have used Mr. Rooter for 2 plumbing repairs and to run a gas line for a new gas dryer. Their work has also been good with fair prices

I called on Saturday to get an early service call this morning. The time slot was 9-11am. At 10:30am I got a call saying all their technicians were still on other jobs but we were next on the list. Blah blah blah. They faithfully called every hour after that to tell me the same story. At 1:30pm I told the woman that I saw the review here that stated they did this before, she said ALL the calls were emergencies. When they called at 3:30pm the woman started to tell me the same story... I asked her where she was located and she said Cleveland, not Toledo. I asked if maybe the problem was a communication issue since if they knew they had all these appts at the SAME time as mine why did they let me schedule an appt, and that's when she got snippy. She said they didn't know how many appts were scheduled, if they were emergencies or not, and she wasn't gonna tell me that it was a 10min problem. That's when I told her it wasn't ten minutes, this was ALL DAY. Needless to say, their customer service stinks, the corporate office, not located anywhere near here, makes appts willy nilly with no regard to customers. I called another plumber and got scheduled by the plumber himself. Don't use Mr. Rooter. They don't deserve your business, or your money.

David did a great job fixing the drain at my daughter's house!!! The drainage pipe was totally blocked but David worked extremely hard for over 3 hours to unplug it! Mr. Rooter came out to help us when we had an emergency on a HOT Sunday afternoon and thanks to David and his co-worker, we are now able to use our clothes washer, tub AND toilet!!! We highly recommend Mr. Rooter and will definitely call them again if we ever have another plumbing problem!!! We are grateful for the quality and speedy service that we received on the weekend!!! This company has a terrible problem with appointment times, scheduling, and customer courtesy. I called at scheduled an appointment for between 3 and 5 pm on a Wednesday. I made it very clear to the lady doing the appointment that I did not live in the house that needed the work, not even in the same county or town, so there guy coming had to be on time. At 8:15 pm the tech still had not shown up yet ( over five hours of my time wasted in an empty house). So talking with the company I decided to reschedule for Saturday causing me to miss a day of work because they cannot schedule appointments correctly or manage their time appropriately. I still could not get a Guarantee That their guy would show up on time when it was the first appointment for the day. He did show up on time and fixed the easy problem in less than 2 hour. At the rate of approximately $230 per hour after the cost of materials. Terrible experience all the way around and will not be getting my recommendations in the small communities that I am well known in.

Called Mr. Rooter because we were experiencing drain stoppage at our residence. They were out the next day! I requested Greg Hartlage because I heard he is thorough and professional. And honestly when I met him I got that vibe instantly. Greg explained what was happening in detail and solved the problem pretty fast and efficiently. This is the second time Edward has been out. First time on Christmas Eve for frozen pipes and this time for a hose bib repair. Always on time and pleasant. They are good about calling ahead and giving you a realistic window when they will be there. Very professional and satisfied with workmanship.

I am a renter so I can't comment on the price but our technician Jarvis went above and beyond with helping us. He was extremely professional and nice. He cleaned up very well before he left. If all their employees are as good as him I'd recommend them to everyone.

Jason Cousino and Davious were fantastic! We needed emergency service over the weekend and it was awesome to be able to talk to someone on a Saturday night. These guys were professional and good humored given the complexity of our issues. You could certainly tell how much they both enjoyed the challenge and would not give up until the issue was resolved. They seem to make a great team. For as big of a disaster as my plumbing issue was these two turned this into a really pleasant experience.

The water heater needed repair so I called for service. They talked me into purchasing a new one (even though ours was only 2 years old) because the part could take over a week to arrive. That was $2300. At that time they also replaced the diaphragm on the toilet. The toilet has never leaked but after the repair it started leaking. I thought it had something to do with the newly replaced diaphragm. Again, I called to have it fixed. The guy showed up with an IPad and send he would send some quotes. He had showed my husband where the leak was coming from so after he left my husband took a closer look. A screw was loose. So he got a screwdriver and tightened it. And, voila, no leak! The quotes we recieved were to have a new toilet installed $400 (with us purchasing the toilet separately) and another for $360 for Good toilet repair-major-plastic. Interesting.
Needless to say, we will NEVER use them again.

Got the job done and in a timely manner

The team promptly arrived within 2 hours of our call. They unclogged our pipe to the septic tank and cleaned up the area. We were impressed with their performance and polite way.

3/13/2020 I discovered that my toilet was backing up and I had water in my washer/dryer area. I immediately called Mr. Rooter and within 2 hours, Nick was at my door ready to go to work. He was very professional and personable and he worked for 2 hours to try to solve my issue. He wasn't able to fix it but had called his supervisor and they are coming back tomorrow morning. I appreciate that he tried so hard to help me and was honest about the problem.
3/14/2020 Jason arrived at 9:00 AM on the dot! He was professional, friendly and went right to work. He worked for 5 hours on my system and did not stop. When he was done, he explained to me in detail what he had done so that I would know and understand the procedure. I am very appreciative of the hard work and care!

Robbers of joy..over priced & not friendly at all..will NEVER contact them again because they're scam artists..how does a simple unclog of a main drain turn into $990? Whatever they have on that IPad is a fraud!

They were on time. Technician was very friendly and professional. He told me what he thought the issue was and what it could be. Once clearing out my basement drain, he gave me tips on how to keep it clear. I would defineltly use them in the future, but hopefully I don't have to.

Mr. Hamilton, from Mr. Rooter Plumbing, was a pro! He was friendly and patient, and most importantly knew what he was doing. Our new water heater works great, and seems solid! I'd buy from them anytime!

He was here on time again the next day and had both leaks sealed up in about an hour. He was a genuinely nice person who knew his business and did a great job. They actually came out to change a valve on my pipes (so not a repair, per se), and they were very courteous. They called regularly to see if the water had been turned off from the city's end (that took forever) and tried to make sure that we get got water back in a timely manner. I would use them again.

Terrible experience. While the plumber who did the work was excellent, the customer reps and/or management/logistics people simply lied to me. I was told I was first on the list for the morning and that they would arrive between 9 and 11. The guy got here at 5:30 PM and cost me an entire day of work. I called several times and, each time, was told that they were running a bit late, but this simply was a lie. When I told them I had been told I would be first on the list of the day's jobs, I was told Yes, you are on our list. I would avoid this company like the plague.

And they do restoration due to water main break.

Unwillingness to correct the incorrect charge on my invoice , they charged me for something more expensive than I received, this is not acceptable business practice and I will not use them nor ever recommend them again. A $44 overcharge cost them any future business from me !!!

Nick was excellent. He was polite, thorough and offered some great suggestions to help keep our drains clear. He had 2 drains to clear, plus flush the main house line. Would ask for him to help again. Only issue we had was the main house flush was a little over priced.

Had some plumbing issues so called Mr. Rooter yesterday and they could not guarantee to come out then but they gave me a window of between 10:00 and 12 noon today. I got a call about 11:45 saying they were running behind so would be late. Got another call about 1:00, same thing, then another around 2:00 or so, same story. Then nothing until I called them a little after 4:00 and they said they are too bust to come out today and did I want to re-schedule for tomorrow. No way ! And I sat home all day to be sure to be here when they could come out. Wasted my time and a whole day. If a business makes an appointment to come out then they should make an effort to do so. They did not even have the courtesy to call me and tell me they could not come out. I will NEVER call them again, nor will I EVER recommend them to anyone else. Apparently, in my opinion, they are not a trustworthy company to do business with. What a way to run a company. Guess they were on some jobs where they could make more money from or something ?

I'm afraid your service man missed some key detail. For example, he said he didn't see a facet to drain the water from the tank. He said a whole would have to be made in the tank and drained out with a vacuum of sorts. There is a plate screwed on the tank with a picture of a facet providing instructions how to drain. You have to remove the plate to find the facet or drain valve. Also, some of the so called extra work was not needed according to other techs that provided estimates.

Your tech was cordial but I'm afraid missed some details etc. as noted.

Jacob was very nice and explained my options well. It was 90 degrees and we don't have air. He had to go down steep stairs to the basement and was talkative and happy to help us out.

Every single detail of our issue was handled exactly as it was prescribed. Called Mr. Rooter Plumbing and they showed up on time. They spent about an hour looking the job over and their quote was more than double than all the plumbers who bid on the job. Will not recommend they're unreasonably expensive. My recommendation to shop around and you'll save tons of money for the same work.

Our water line was damaged at the curb stop on our side of the joint. Mr Rooter not only repaired the damage they provided the necessary documentation and photos to file an insurance claim. I had water gushing from my sump pump. I called Mr. Rooter and they were out within the hour. From the time I called and spoke with the person answering phone I was impressed with their professionalism. When the plumber came, Lindsey was able to stop the gushing water assess and explained what needed to be done. Lindsey explained everything to me. Lindsey repaired the issue and sump is pump working properly. The cost was reasonable. I do recommend Mr. Rooter.

Started off good till he gave me an estimate $1K. I said no that I have had it done 3 other times for under $400. He had to call his boss who said OK for $405. This would be no knife just pressure wash. When I signed his pad it was for a 1 year warranty. Work was finished and he said no only a 30 day warranty and I had to sign again. So he said he would clean up and leave. When he finished he came upstairs and we paid him. Afterward we went downstairs and the basement was a mess. The pipes were not even cleaned off. The wing nut on the cleanout plug was broken off and the floor, stairs, and door was stained with you know what. A few days later my wife went out to work in her flower garden and there was about a 10 inch hole blowen up threw the ground from the sewer line. The siding was covered with feces, which I had to pressure wash from the siding. Then fill in the hole that was made. No I would not recommend nor ever let them in my house again ever though they sent me a $30 discount on my next service.

Hired this company in the past. Thought I would have a great experience the second time round, but I did not.

They would not honor a warranty without paying for a video camera inspection (something our city offers at no charge). The person onsite left a huge mess. It took me hours to clean up the sewage he traipsed all over the house (his booties were ripped, so raw boots on our floors).

The guy spent most of the job time away from the house (about 4 hours). He only worked for about 1 hour onsite. I paid a very large sum for 1 hour of real work.

I've asked for a refund, but heard nothing. Buyer beware. I was scammed.

Our plumbing issues were a little more challenging than I had anticipated, but Nick kept at it until he got it fixed. Even though we had to eventually have two service calls for which we weren't charged Nick stayed courteous, cheerful and focused on fixing our problem. Patrick professionally fixed a problem with a bathroom sink complicated by the fact that the existing pipes were old, cast iron and of a non-standard size. Offered a combination of repairs totaling $10,000. Recommend excavating the line to the street and replacing a portion of it. Found a minor blockage within an hour and had it cleared in 10 minutes. The line to the street was completely clear the entire time.

A wonderfully friendly and efficient receptionist took our call, verified that there would be no automatic charge to come over to give an estimate on our leak (even though it was after hours), and then dispatched a serviceman to our house within the hour! Called 2 different companies to get estimates on re doing the pvc piping on my sub pump. They said it would cost 700 dollars. After I told them no They then offered me the job for 400. Needless to say I went with a different company for 285. Watch out they will try to gouge you for every penny and they just don’t care. Never except their first offer if you are going to go with them. Can’t believe in a 2 minute span I talked them from 700-400 just shows you what they’re really trying to do.

On this instance, I was not able to get the work done that I had requested but Greg provided me with a reference and took the time to call them and let them know what was going on. Never had anyone take the time to make sure someone would service my home. Would not hesitate to call them for any future plumbing needs.

We had an inspection of the sewer and storm drainage , maintenance to our on demand hot water heater, and inspection of our floor drain in our basement.
Jason and Davious were great. They talked in length about what was going on. They answered all my questions. And were very friendly to my wife and our very excited dog.

We contracted Mr.Rooter to handle an emergency at one of our locations and they never showed during the allotted time and did not call to follow up on when they would be there. They left an occupied home with no heat for over 48 hours with no remorse or time of when they could come. They lack in communication and the manager of the Toledo division is unprofessional and lacks the proper skills to resolve conflicts! Go to rotor rooter great service every time !!!!

Made a phone call about our system being backed up at 8:20am and they had someone (Adam!!!) here before 10am! The girl who took my phone call was very friendly. I even received a phone call when they had someone headed my way (again, very friendly).

We called to have a drain cleared. They were able to open it up somewhat, but said we had a bigger issue that would cost $23,000. We had another plumber from a different company come out the following day, and they were able to open it up in an hour for $150. Make sure to get multiple estimates before committing to any major projects with them. They were trying to take advantage of us by claiming that we needed unnecessary work done.

Called for quote on clearing drain line to septic tank. Phone rep informed me we don't have quote numbers here, but we'll send someone out with no obligation. When the service tech arrived, without even looking at anything he quoted almost $700 to clear a 15 foot drain line. When I said no right away, he responded without any argument with $500. I declined - told them it didn't cost $500-$700 to clear 15 feet of drain. He responded with we do all flat rate pricing It doesn't make sense to me to charge more for a small job just so they don't have to charge differently for different size jobs.

If technician Nick Brown does your service, get EVERYTHING in writing and make sure you get a copy for yourself first. This Company left a hole in the wall in bathroom, a hole in the foundation, and took advantage of a 73 yr.old woman with dementia. Hole in wall and foundation cost money to fix. They destroyed her property and don't care. Then charged almost 8,000 dollars for maybe 8 hours of work. These guys should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of a 73 yr old women like this. Should not be in business.

The technician, Troy Manning was very thorough and professional when dealing with the situation.

These guys are awesome very professional and work hard to get the job done. I would highly recommend them and will use their services again on the future if a problem occurs five stars should be ten.

Jason was my technician and he did a great job on the shower handle install/cartridge swap.

Jason and Davious helped with getting my pipes cleared of roots with a jetting. They were very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions in a friendly manner and took pride in their jobs.

I was just happy to be able to get them in the morning when I woke up finding out my toilet didn't work it came the same day and fixed it replaced by toilet with a new one it took the old one out the price I thought was a kind of high but I was very happy that I got it done

We had work done a few months ago and it wasn't even a month later the problem reoccured. The Mr that came out was brief and did minimal work. He seemed to put personal feelings before his work.

I called and requested the time slot between 6 pm - 8 pm. Didn’t receive a call until after 6 pm telling me the technician would be late and they would keep me updated. Received another call at 8:45 pm telling me the technician was still delayed and I probably won’t be seen that night and they will make my appt a priority the next day. The next day I finally received a phone call around 1100 telling my the technician has once again been delayed (my time slot was scheduled for 1000 - 1200). When the technician finally came out the price was between $400 - $600 just to snake the drain. We sent him on his way and had another plumber come out and do the job for much much cheaper. Really an inconvenience that they can’t even give a ballpark price over the phone or say our services start at this price. I don’t recommend this company at all. This was my first experience with Mr. Rooter and will definitely be my last. I was never a priority with them even after they told me I was on the priority for the next day. What a joke this company is.

Troy was very professional and got right to work. This was a job that I didn’t have the knowledge to do, even though I’ve done a lot of plumbing. He did a complete clean job. We will definitely continue to use them.

Quoted me $1000.00 yes, one thousand dollars to snake 10 feet of my sewer drain. It was a weekend, I get a higher price but $1000... had it done for $150 by another company.

My wife and I had a plumbing issue and called Mr. Rooter for assistance. We called on a Thursday and made an appointment for Saturday 10-12pm. They called the night before [Friday] and asked if we could reschedule our appointment due to them having a lot of emergency calls to attend to. Normally we would have, but we were without water, so we declined and they accepted. Next day, we received a call at 11:15, stating that they were running behind but that we were NEXT as soon as a technician was available. They called again approximately every 2 HOURS to continue telling us the same thing [you're next as soon as...]. The last called received was at 9 p.m. and no voicemail was left [we didn't get to the phone] and by that time we had figured out no one was coming out that day [even though we were told ALL DAY that we were next. I called Sunday morning at 11 a.m. since I had not heard from anyone after that and since they said the day prior that IF they couldn't get to us on Saturday that they would definitely get to us on SUNDAY and we would be PRIORITY. The person on the phone was unsure of what happened and when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that she was not going to be available for a while. Suffice it to say, we cancelled our service call on SUNDAY. I felt like we were strung along for the whole day and we suspect that they had no intention of seeing us at 10 a.m. that SATURDAY because even though we told them we wanted to keep our appointment and they agreed, they still went to take care of other service calls. Point is, at that time {FRIDAY NIGHT], they should have just cancelled on us if they knew that they were not going to be able to see us due to emergencies [we didn't have a busted pipe but we suspect we had a frozen line and we had no running water as a result] and allow us to find another company. We went along with this ALL DAY, trying to be understanding / receptive but feel we were mislead [giving us an option for a cancellation / rescheduling that wasn't really an option] from the beginning and were penalized when we didn't answer their call by them not leaving us at LEAST a voicemail with an update for the next day.

Well over double what a respectable plumber would charge. Called a local company for an estimate on further repairs. They said please tell me you didn't use Mr. Rooter. I was appalled what I paid and was quoted for the additional work. They quoted triple on the needed future repair. The other company literally had a play book of what Mr. Rooter does. And I found out the other company would have charged me half of what Mr. Rooter charged me. They said they wouldn't be surprised if Mr. Rooter sent bad pictures of a different house and used scare tactics to sell a bigger over priced job. If I could stop payment on that credit card, I would. This is an absolute scam and I could cry. I gave them a half a month's wages. Do not call this company.

The representative was able to arrive on time and was very professional and courteous.

He asked a lot of questions, and seemed to understand that i was looking to have them install my purchased pump system and not purchase what they were offering.

When it came time to quote the labor to install my system, that is where it fell apart.

The rep was out talking to his manager for a good 15 minutes and when he came back in, he asked roughly how much was i paying for my system and from there, he stated that they roughly charge about $3,200 for a similar system like mine and that they would credit me the amount that i paid for my system from their total and that is what i would owe for the job.

Just shocked, i asked a few questions on how does this seem right when i was hiring them to install my pump, 2-3 hours of labor and now they are going to charge me around $2k to install just because they came up with some 'similar system' quote formula?

The representative was prompt. Figured out the degree of my issues quickly and went straight to work replacing my hot water heater. He was very informative keeping me updated as he went along on the project and very personable and easy to talk to.

Jason did a great job. He made sure everything in the drain is clear and made sure water is running in pipe good. He is very friendly and knowledgeable of the job.

I was very disappointed today. I waited all afternoon for them and no one showed. My appointment was between 1-3pm. I was asked to wait each time I called and they finally told me at 6:45pm that no one will be coming. I just ask why I was asked to wait. I could of called someone else. I feel that a customer at least deserves a true answer that wer are busy and we will need to get you another date right at the point the appointment is going to be missed. I guess it's my fault, I should of just called someone e else instead of trying to rely on a well know company. Hopefully this review will help you take consideration for your customers time instead of handcuffed them because you know they need your help asap.

The technician came shortly after our call. He was attentive and explained what he was doing and why. He did not rush to get to his next assignment and we appreciated his attention to detail.

Mr. Rooter responded to my urgent phone call regarding drainage problem in my house and immediately, Adam came for help. Adam is a friendly experienced master plumber. He satisfactorily explained his work and within a short time he cleared all the clogged pipes and drainage
came back to normal.

We were told we needed to tear up our basement and replace the entire sewer drain. Nearly $13k in work. Got a second opinion from a local small business, which indicated that nothing like that was necessary. Not impressed with the fear tactics. Would NOT recommend.

The appointment was easy to make but hard to actually have. I am unable to walk - use a wheelchair. Every rescheduling I made it a point to receive a call or text to let me know when service person is on his way. I received emails instead. Don’t look at emails that often. Very inconvenient for be to get to door . Otherwise all works now!
