Had emergency water main burst in basement. They vacuumed area around outside shut off. No mess. Installed new service really neatly and fast. 26 hours from estimate to completed work. Really pleased with outcome

Great work to help us clear our sewer back up. Had some tree roots blocking it and they cleared it and explained things to us to make it an easier process. We really appreciate their assistance and professionalism.

They completed my driveway and sidewalk and the job is perfect. The rain drains off the concrete properly and they cleaned up and replaced the dirt where it was needed. E & K consistently produces affordable results for me. I manage several apartment buildings that have required sewer maintenance. Jason and his crew have made it as easy as a phone call. I trust their advice and love how they treat my tenants and properties. Their communications are clear and understandable for anyone who doesn't know the industry. The crew and fleet that shows up to work has a professional image that is remarkably clean for anyone's preconceptions of what a sewer team might look like. I am all around impressed with their image, their work and their pricing. I highly recommend calling E & K when you don't know what to do next for a plumbing problem.
Originally used for my own residential service in a emergency situation. On site in less than 2hrs, service men were polite and professional. Almost seemed to be bigger issue until skilled knowledgable member tried technique with tool I've never seen and magic. 45 mins work tops and unbelievable price has me using them for all my rental properties and referrals. My repeat business has blown me away with their customer service they provide to me, family and friends.

Once we reached out for them to do some plumbing, they were quick to come look at & quote the job. It took a couple days to schedule the work, but that's to be expected. Overall expediency, quality of work, and pricing was fair and customer service was excellent.

Jason, the contractor was an absolute Godsend! He went above and beyond making sure that quality work was installed. He kept in constant contact with each step, sending me pictures of the work that was being done. He was very precise with his work as a contractor and wanted to make sure the work was done correctly. E&K Contractors performed an excellent job for us on a water line repair. Water was coming through our asphalt roadway in several sections. Bob quickly came out that evening within 40 minutes after calling him on an emergency basis, and performed an excellent assessment of the problem for us. Our HOA is on private property so the entire project was left to the homeowners. The City of Toledo was able to lower the water pressure, so our HOA was able to wait until the morning to begin the repair, which ultimately was a cost saver. The crew arrived early the next morning and contacted our HOA to give an estimated time of arrival -- they arrived as promised and were prepared. Our HOA trustees were kept up to speed with what was happening during the entire process. All of the workers were professional, courteous and hard working -- from the foremen, truck drivers, equipment operators, laborers, etc. Kudos to Jason who was there from start to finish and was a liaison in interpreting for us laymen and women trustees, what was happening, all the while diligently working. We would highly recommend E&K Contractors.

They were the 3rd plumber I had out to resolve a drain/ flooding issue. They were knowledgeable about how to resolve my issue and what kind of system I had even though it's 100 years old. Follow up was decent. They were professional.

Had to have a section of my sewer drain replaced and they were recommended by Action Sewer Cleaning company. Did call a few other companies, but they offered the best service at the best price. Called them on a Tuesday and they came the following day! Once they had repaired what we believed to be the only bad part of the line, we found more issues downstream. They came back the next day and replaced another section of the drain. They also completed the service by snaking out the completed drain and ran a camera down to insure that there were no further problems. Took them no more than 3 hours each day to complete the project. Would call them again, if needed (hopefully not, though). Don't waste your time calling around, just got directly to these people. Professional and courteous. Thanks guys for the great job!

Company has been working on my street and completely blocking entrance/exit to my driveway (and street, in general.) I asked a man to please move his truck and I saw him flip me off as I passed by him.
I called E&K and they saved the day!! I had a sewer back up that started to leak water all over my basement floor, called E&K and they came out and cleaned my sewer line, they also fixed my kitchen sink that was leaking and my washer valve that was leaking as well. They guys were so nice and professional! Thank you so much for all your hard and good work!!

Had a great experience! Thanks to E&K I found out I don't have to dig up my front and back yard to fix my storm drain. I was told by another company (T&J) that I would need $4800 to fix the problem and all I needed to do was unclog my french drain. Thanks E&K!!! I would highly recommend!!!

We called on a Sunday and they were very prompt about coming to snake our main sewer drain. Very professional, and quickly got the job done. We were given a 30 day warranty. I hope to not need them again but E & K will be the people we call!

E&K Contractors are top notch! They came out to give 2nd opinion after another contractor told me I needed to replace 15 feet of sewer and recommended I replace the entire sewer while I was at it. E&K cleared our sewer, which the other company did incompletely, and did so for 1/4 the cost. They also gave me an honest assessment of how much line was faulty and repaired 7 feet of sewer for half the price. City inspectors were present for the whole job so I'm certain it was done right. The crew was professional, efficient, and fun to have around. You can't go wrong with E&K!

It started raining half way thru the sewer replacement so of course it turned into a mud hole, but they got it finished and cleaned up and even returned the next day to clean up some more.

I highly recommend E&K if you want professional work and respectful service. Great value. I had a chronic problem of my house drain backing up once a year and needed an outside cleanout to fix my problem long term. I was impressed by the thoroughness of the initial diagnosis. It is always important to address the root cause of the problem. Their price for the repair was fair and I feel a good value. The work was performed in one morning which I felt was quick based on how big of a job it is. The follow up after the repair was really great as well. E&K went above and beyond. I highly recommend and I will be using them again.

I guess this company doesn't want my business. They came out over a month ago and took the measurements for my concrete replacement. I was told I'd hear back in a week. 5 weeks later and 2 follow up phone calls from me to their company, and no quote or call back of any kind.
I can only image what would happen if something went wrong with their work.
I'll be using a different company for my concrete replacement.

E & K did everything you want out of a contractor. They were priced below the many other contractors we researched; they completed the job swiftly and thoroughly; and all the workers were pleasant and respectful. Moreover, when I called them back to fix a minor issue they were out promptly the first time and then came back again until I was 100% satisfied... What more can you ask for?! Job well done!!!

It went great. I called several contractors. Bob from E&K was the only one to actually show up at the appointed time. They worked around my work schedule and were happy to communicate via text message so I didn't have interruptions at work.
We need 50 feet of sewer line installed. E&K did a great job. We have a lot of large trees on the property and they took great care not to damage them, snaking the line around to avoid large roots and never once complained. It was even difficult to find the sewer line, taking several more hours than was planned, but I barely heard about this. I left for work in the morning and when I got home the job was done.
E&K handled all of the permitting. This was fantastic. I didn't have to deal with inspectors or make phone calls or any of that. They just took care of it. This was a real treat. At one point they needed a signature and someone drove all the way out to my work just for me to sign a form. How cool is that?
I've used a lot of contractors for large jobs at our fixer-upper home. E&K has been one of the best. They are punctual, courteous, professional and they do what they say they will. No hidden charges or non-returned phone calls. Pricing was completely fair. I would gladly use them again for a future project and highly recommend them to you too.
