The only sewer company we will call now. They are friendly, and professional. Very quick service , usually can come out within a few hours of our call. We called another company once , ended up having to call Alexis sewer a week after the other company came out . I recommend them highly!

Three back to back loads of laundry lead to my basement drain overflowing and me having no idea what to do. The kindest father and son duo, Bill and Todd were so sweet and helpful. I called this morning when a different company couldn’t handle the job, they came within a few hours and even though the job was bigger than anticipated they still took care of me. The price was also very reasonable and they cleaned up after themselves:)

dont be fooled by the blurb saying he does commercial work, rudely interrupted me as soon as I told him I was a retail general contractor. Probably shouldn't advertise your business as interested in commercial work if your going to cut people off on the phone. Sorry I wasted my time trying to offer you our business

A friend referred me to these guys, I work in the construction industry so when I heard they were still in the mom and pop category instead of big box category I gave them a call..My grandmother's drains were clogged, these guys came out same day cleared it up and had great prices, they also treated my grandma like family,, they still have an old school feel...thanks guys..I'll send more work your way anyday

I can not recommend these folks highly enough. It's a local, family-owned business and they very much act like it. Personable and professional service.

I called them to have a second look at an issue that another company told me would cost upwards of $4000 to repair.

Bill and Todd cleared up my issue for about $250 and gave me a good explanation of the problem and how to prevent it happening again.

I would recommend these guys to everyone without reservation.

We had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Todd was able to come out on the same day, on the weekend, and solve the issue quickly, professionally, and reasonably. Bill was able to come out to my home extremely fast. He was so kind, professional and conscious of keeping my home clean.. which I so extremely appreciated!! The clog in my super long sink drain pipe was too far for his equipment to reach and due to timing, he had take off before being able to complete the job. He assured me that his son, Todd, would come by same day to complete it. Since I wasn’t on Todd’s schedule and he was squeezing me in, I figured he wouldn’t be by until the end of the day. To my surprise, he showed up within the hour of Bill leaving! Todd was just as kind, professional and conscious of cleanliness as Bill. Todd went to great lengths to make sure the pipe was unclogged and then he even made sure to give me some tips to help prevent this in the future. This father and son duo was amazing! I could not say more positive things about them and my experience with having them out at my home. If you’re ever in need of the services they offer, I highly reccomend Alexis Sewer Cleaning Company.

Fantastic people, quick to come out. After the first time i used them, there was a 2 year gap and he remembered me by name and even what we had talked about! I generally have to have my main sewage line cleared about once a year, but i always use these guys because they do a great job and the price is unbeatable
