Fred came out same day, was very courteous & friendly. He unclogged our tub & washing machine drains. He also found a problem we didn't know we had & he repaired it as well. Would recommend them for clearing drains!
Fred quickly diagnosed the issue and unclogged a laundry drain that was severely plugged. He also gave some tips on how to keep the drain open and prevent the issue from reoccurring. A+ service and very personable. Will call in the future without hesitation.
I called this morning on a Sunday and talked to Fred and told him my sewer drain in basement was backing up. He said give me about 45 minutes and he would have me taken care of. He came within that timeframe and got to work and cleared the drain in about 30 minutes. Price was great, he was wonderful to talk to and all of this on a Sunday I just think was amazing. I would highly recommend this family company!

Horrible!! They have cleaned my sewer line every year for many years. Last time he blew me off for 3 days with excuses. Then it backed up again in a week. Blew me off for another two days then wanted more money for coming out the second time! Then told me that's why we don't like to do sewers. What?1?1 Isn't that your business?? Stripped my cap and promised to replace that too. Never happened. You are a freakin' joke Fred!! And David is a creep!!
Oustanding service performed promptly, courteously, and very fairly priced. They offered good education about the actual problems we were having with our sewer rather than just rushing to unplug it and move on to the next job. We have battled with drain issues off and on for 5-7 years so I've used just about everyone around. I wish we had used Able Master long ago. For the first time I feel we have a clear plan for both a trustworthy repair and permanent fix to our troubles. I would highly recommend them both after my own personal use, but also based on the original references I was given from several plumbers I've used and trust who are familiar with their work.

Fred is the man. Not too many owner operators left out there. He took our call gave me a estimate and came out same night within a 30 min of my call. Price was dam good for that. We have used Able Master twice now. First time was the day before Thanksgiving when we had a plumbing emergency. He was the only one to answer our call and come out within an hour. I told then specifically that my drain had already been snaked and was told it needed vacuumed out. They used a snake again did nothing to help the problem and was still charged. I was specifically told they would clean up when they were done. They didn't even attempt to clean. Left a huge mess.
They were nice but i would only use them for small residential jobs in my opinion. Wasted my time my money and created a huge mess that i had to clean up.
Do not call Mr. Rooter Plumbing. They came out to unclog my drains from roots and charged me over 900 dollars. Able Master did the same job for a fraction of the price, and much more efficiently. Very friendly, and fast. No other place in Toledo does as good of a job, and are as reasonable.
We called Fred the day after Christmas, with sewage in our basement, after being turned away by several of the big name companies. He came the same day, and had the problem completely fixed within 2 hours at a price I couldn't believe. I can't recommend Fred and his services enough, and he'll be the only plumber we use from now on!!

We had an emergency main drain backup around 6pm. I called multiple places and no one was able to come out. I called Able Master Sewer and got a hold of Fred. Kitchen sink was backed up. Turns out the real clog was 16-20 feet into the drain system. Fred arrived when he said he would be here, and was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He got my drain unclogged in less than 30 minutes. Will call him again if I have further plumbing issues.

Just bought and moved into my house. Sewer was backing up and smelling in the basement. Fred said he knew it would be bad. But he got through and cleaned up the mess before leaving. Problem solved!

I had a backed up sewer line and had already had one plumber out who wasn't able to clean it out. I was referred to Able Master. I cannot say enough good things about Fred and Jason. Not only did they come as soon as they were available, but they waited me thru what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. In addition, they went above and beyond by going into the crawl space left open by the previous plumber and found an additional issue that, if not addressed, would cause considerable damage. I highly recommend them!

This place was wonderful. Fred came to my house right away after I contacted them about my basement flooding and fixed the problem immediately and at a reasonable price. I will definitely call again in the future.
Called on Sunday Morning an hour later my drains were open again. Highly recommend Fred with his life time experience in the plumbing field.
We had them out a few months ago for toilet paper coming out of the sewer in the front yard. They came and put the machine in it and left. We notice the laundry room drain was still gurgling but ignored it cause he said he fixed it. So 2 weeks ago noticed toilet paper coming out of the front yard drain again. I called them and they came out again and I told him I don't think it was fixed from last time cause it was still gurgling and now the t.p, again. He put the machine on it again and said it was clear and it was tree roots again. Then said it maybe the line from our laundry room to the main sewer and to have my husband put the hose in the drain, see if it overflows, and he will come back out, and charge me again. We went out of town for a week or so and come back, take a shower and a load of laundry and t.p. again in the front yard. So I call them and tell them we are still having the problem and I am told they are busy and will call me back in a little bit. Well 4 days later and still no call. Going to find another company that will guarantee the work they do and not Nickle and dim their customers. We are very upset because we have used this company for 4 years now and have referred 2 other families to this company. I will be relaying to them that the company is bad and they should discontinue their service as well.

If we could give Fred more than 5 stars we would. He came out and fixed a problem we were having with a clogged cleanout pipe from our house to the street. We were told by 2 other companies that we didn't have that cleanout at our house. One of them only partially fixed the problem 2 years ago. They said we would still need to install that pipe sometime in the future. Fred told us we had to have one or they couldn't have passed inspection when they built the house. He saved us a considerable amount of money just by being an honest man. He found it by going down in our crawlspace and measuring, something the other 2 companies did not bother to do. He saved us money, time and gave us peace of mind. Thanks again for a great job Fred and we will be recommending you to everyone we know who needs plumbing services.
I oringaly called another plumbing company to come out and fix my clogged basement drain. They were too busy to come out, but they gave me Able Master's number. I called and within 45 minutes he was at my door. His demeanor was professional and caring. He fixed the problem in no time. I came away impressed with his speed, neatness and efficiency. Also, I found his price for the operation to be reasonable. I would recommend him highly to anyone who asks.
We had a floor drain that was backed up. Called Fred and he came over that night. Fast, friendly and fair. He showed me how my floor drain worked and what to keep an eye on. Would use Able Master again.
Very professional and explained everything they needed to do, also helped explain how we could save some money on the project but did not take any shortcuts.
I would highly recommend. Technician is patient and full of knowledge. He'll walk you through what he's doing step by step. He leaves nothing to chance either. When he kept going to the basement to make sure the pipe down there was acting right, as he cleared my kitchen sink, I knew I was in good hands.

We called because of flooding in our basement at around 6 at night. We expected we would have to wait for the next day, but he came out within a half hour. He found a root causing the problem and had it resolved before 8 o'clock.

Called Fred Sunday evening, was able to schedule him for today Monday right as I was getting home from work, Fred was timely, professional and courtesy to my home, Fred was quick and precise with his work, very detailed and helpful in what he needed from me, he was rather fairly priced (lower than I expected) and I will definitely be using Fred going forward for any plumbing needs, I highly recommend Fred and Able Master.

Fred at Able Master came to diagnose our drain backup as soon as we called. He recommended we contact the Sewer Dept. since he believed the issue was on their end. Very nice and professional to work with. We called and spoke to Fred the owner and he was able to come out 40 minutes later that same night to unclog the floor drain. We've gone through 3 other plumbing companies previously and none were able to fully resolve the issue. He was able to give us better estimates than anyone else so far and was efficient and informative. I highly recommend!

I called at 1pm and they arrived by 4pm, were very courteous and professional. Fred listened to my concerns and was responsive. Fred started work and was immediately able to diagnose and remedy the issue. With a home with 3 females showering everyday it’s no wonder the drain didn’t clog sooner. The size of the clog was unbelievable! My drain works perfectly and better than ever all thanks to Fred!! I would recommend Able Masters to everyone
Is 8pm on a Sunday the worst time to discover a completely clogged bathroom drain? Not with Fred from Able Master on the case! He came over within 30 minutes of my husband calling, had the drain unclogged in record time and it only cost us $200.
Overall, a very good experience for what felt like had the potential for disaster.

The drain in our basement clogged causing flooding. After contacting several plumbers who were not able to help, one plumber referred me to Able Master. So I had a terrible smell in my basement and wasn't sure if it was a sewer issue or an animal that had fallen down my chimney and gotten into my furnace. I called Able Master to check my sewer lines and make sure that wasn't the issue. The guy came out checked my basement and the drain and found nothing and stated it definitely wasn't a sewer smell. Suggested I have my ducts checked for a dead animal. He didn't charge me anything for his visit and inspection, NOTHING!!! I know many other companies that would have charged a nominal fee for the visit, and he was kind enough to charge me nothing. Will definitely call them if and when needed in the future, what honest and kind people!
Prompt and courteous service, they were able to come out the day after calling when every other plumber I tried before them gave me a week timeframe. They were able to take care of my problems in a few minutes. Will be my first call next time something goes wrong.

We had a leak in the pipe that feeds the sump pump pipe into the sewer pipe due to it settling. Before we filled everything back in I wanted to be sure there were no other issues and they came out same day, which was a Saturday afternoon, with their camera to see. I called Saturday morning and Fred was at our house within a half an hour. For what we thought was going to be a major issue, he was able to fix for us at a very reasonable price, and explained what we could do in the future if it comes up again. We will definitely contact him again in the future for any other problems we have.
Had waste water backing up into our basement last night from our main sewer line. Did what I could to put a bandaid on it and went to Google this morning. Very fast and friendly. I had a backed up sink and disposal and it was late evening and the owner picked up, and came out himself and had me back up and going in about 15 minutes. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Fred is amazing! He came by twice in two days within 30 minutes of calling. We hired him to clear our sink but he ended up detecting a sewage problem and several additional issues. He is super knowledgeable, kind, and professional. We highly recommend him!
Fred has been coming by once per year since i bought my home in 2018 to clean the tree roots out of my sewer. He always answers his phone, and is very flexible with scheduling appointments. Fred came out on a Sunday within an hour of receiving my call. He cleared a pipe that had backed up and created a pool of water in my basement. Had another day gone by I would have had standing water in the finished portion of my basement. He not only is professional and courteous but he went out of his way and ultimately saved me thousands of dollars in new carpet that I would have had to purchase.
Fred is simply the best. Always on time always professional. When I need any drain clean I know i can count on Able Master to get the job done right and at a fair price. I would recommend Fred and Able Master for all of your drain needs small or large.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I knew we had sewer problems when the toilet started overflowing with soapy water from the clothes washer. I called Able Master; they came at the appointed time (same day). What a dynamic duo. They quickly located the problem and cleaned both drains with skill and expertise. Fred even spent time in the crawl space to rule out additional problems. VERY reasonable rates; Extraordinary service. I'll be using them again and recommending them to anyone with sewer problems.
Able Master always does a great job when I need them, and I have used them several times for different reasons. Any time I have called they are out the same day or next day and are always on time or early. I find their prices to be very fair. They are always kind and professional to work with.
My drain tiles were clogged today and Able Master was able to get my issue fixed very quickly. They explained what the problem was and how they fixed it.

Sewer Tree Root annual cleaning. I used two of the other local companies in the years past. Able Master beat the price. Did a FAR superior job and were much friendlier. Fred and his son actually listen and care. They took the line all the way the to city sewer. Something the last 2 guys didnt do. The others just go till they hit the roots. pull out and leave. Go with Able Master. You wont regret it.
Able Master's was the only company that would quote me over the phone, so I could get the best price possible. His service and communication was quick and prompt. 5 stars!!!

I called and set up an appointment. They did not show up or call. I called and they said they would call back in 15 minutes. I waited an hour and called them and they said they would call back in 15 minutes. I waited another hour and called them and they said they would call back in 15 minutes. Then when I called after that they would not answer the phone. They never showed or ever called me back. I would never deal with a company that treats their customers like that. When I called the 1st time I told them I would pay in cash.

Called at 630pm for sewer backup said be there in 30 mins came right on time and got the roots out made sure job was completely finished before he packed up. Very friendly easy to talk to. I would recommend this company to anybody. I personally will use them again when needed.
