I had an emergency backup of sewage in my basement on Saturday night. They were the only company open and willing to come out on short notice to clear out the blockage in my drain.

I had them out Sunday afternoon and they absolutely crushed it! They arrived on time and knocked it out with a level of professionalism their competitors just don’t possess. They ran me down the entire process, so that it was easy to understand, and they were in and out in less than an hour. Not to mention they didn’t make a huge mess, and they even cleaned up before they left!

Full service for a comparable price to other companies that don’t care nearly as much. From the phone call to the owner, to the two techs Christian and Roger that came out to perform the fix, a positive experience overall. Would highly recommend 10/10!

Come out on time. Figured out the problem and fixed it immediately. The price was amazing as well as the customer service. He explained all the option and went above and beyond. Also stayed late to make sure it was done that evening.

JAG Plumbing replaced my two outdoor hose spigots. One of them they had to literally crawl in a tiny crawl space to get to. They did a great job and were very respectful.

Woke up cold this morning - no heat. Called Perrysburg Heating and was told they are extremely busy because of the weather, but they would have someone out today. In less than an hour we received a call from Dave who said he would arrive in about 20 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the issue and left to obtain the replacement parts. He returned in less than an hour and had our furnace soon working again. Our home is now nice an warm. and all well before noon. We love how professional and courteous everyone at Perrysburg Plumbing, Heating & Air conditioning has always been. how they never come into our home with dirty shoes.. they always put on the paper booties. Problems have always been quickly diagnosed and repaired. We cannot speak highly enough of this company and all of the folks that work there.

Thank you for your recent service on my second floor bathroom toilet. Your service technician , Troy, was very professional and helpful with service work that was done.. My wife called to obtain a quote on installing a pump on a point well and fix a leaking sink. Rob did not advise of a service fee to provide a quote on installing a pump for a point well or the sink. Post assessment stated it was be $110.00 and he could not find the leak and provided a quote of $6-800 for the pump install. When I called to inquire on the cost breakdown the quote adjusted to $924. I asked about the service charge and it being customary to inform of any fees in advance, as we were surprised with the $110.00 initial charge. When asked about the service, Rob became audibly angry over the phone and said he did not need to deal with this and I could find someone else. I asked to speak with the manager Mark who was standing near by and asked if it was appropriate for Rob to speak to a customer in such a manner. Mark had no issue with the response. I will not use nor recommend Howard to anyone in the area.

I would recommend this company to anyone that is need of a plumber or any drained unplugged. David was prompt, professional and priced reasonably. Due to Covid I've been trying shop, eat and patronize local establishments. David's company is a local plumber that I would highly recommend due to his honesty, integrity and great service.

Still waiting on him to return and put the access panel on and show me where the shut off valves are that I paid him to install, this is now 3 days that I have been told he would be here no show!!!!!! Wasted another day September 21 called him said he would be here after his meeting yesterday morning called around 230 he got very upset,I said I didn't want to waste another day waiting and not have him show for the fourth time, he stated he was still in a meeting and I was very annoying we will be going to court update, hired Downey plumbing they came out, informed me that there weren't any shutoff valves installed , Rob stated he did put them in I will be requesting a full refund
