I was more than happy with my service from Rooter Right. Connor was awesome. He explained everything and did a great job.
These guys definitely have all of my future business. They responded super quick, were extremely reasonable, and the employees went above and beyond. Very pleasant, clean, and well mannered. A++++
Our hot water tank went out so we called Rooter Right. We couldn’t have had better service!! He came out late at night to find out what the problem was and we had a new water heater the following day. He was quick, professional, and affordable. From start to finish, Sam was on point. This isn’t the first time we have used them and definitely won’t be the last. This is how a business should be ran!

Had a leak in garage ceiling and Cody stayed until he found the source. It was a tricky leak and quite the puzzle to find where it was coming from. Very professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated. He figured out our issue and cleaned everything up after. We are very appreciative and would recommend him and the company to anyone.

On-call gentleman, Sam, was very helpful and scheduled repair. Then, serviceman Dakota fulfilled timeline by the minute. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job fixing my sump pump. I am very satisfied with this company and its crew. I strongly recommend this business.

Sam and Rooter Right's employees were very conscientious about keeping things clean in our home while installing new cleanouts for our clogged sump lines. Sam made sure I had an understanding of what they were doing and why. The surprise for me was how much Rooter Right cleaned up after the job was complete. I will continue the have Rooter Right come back to keep the sump lines clear.
The company responded promptly and came out and fixed the issue.
Sam gave us a estimate on a main line water leak in our front yard, came out an turned off water prior to repair, next day Cody and Tony came out and repaired water line. Very professional and kept to estimate. Will recommend this company they are great to work with .

Overall great experience, Cody and Alex were excellent! We had an issue in our home we originally thought was a simple clog, but quickly realized was something bigger when each drain and toilet became effected one by one. A few days earlier my mother in law had a hip replacement so a sense of urgency in getting things back up in running was needed. After the first place we called couldn’t accommodate us same day we called Rooter Rite. The person who took my call was very understanding to my situation and assured me they could have someone on the way, and quoted me a price range. Within half hour Cody called my cell phone to let me know he was on the way. When he got here, both him and Alex walked through to assess the cause of our issue. Within 10 minutes Cody had located the source and fixed the issue. He was kind enough to show us what he found and explained how to check and correct this next time. We are so appreciative of the prompt and professional service. I highly recommend Rooter Rite, and plan on calling them first from now on

Had to replace shower valves and outdoor spigot. Replacing the valves meant opening the drywall but the tech did a very neat job so patching was relatively easy. I was surprised at how well he cleaned up the area too. Bonus! Very pleased and they will be my first choice for future plumbing needs.
Cody came on a Sunday and installed a P trap and connected my drain to my gray water tank on my tiny home....excellent work and very professional....

Called them in the morning, they came out that day and fixed our issue. Cody was also informative and friendly. Great service.
Had a drain backup on Sunday called @ 8:00 am through roto rooter's service line to get it cleared out. Rooter right got here at 9:40 and the service is done at 10:15 at about $100 less than what roto rooter charged me to have the same service done 2 years ago. Guy was very professional and informative. Will call in the future.

Quick response and courteous.
Called for a backed up bathroom sink and they were able to make it out the same day. The technician, Miles, was very friendly and professional and was able to get the job done fast! He even cleaned up after his work (I have had plumbers leave messes before). Will definitely use them again.

The technicians came when they said they would be here. They took extra steps and precautions to ensure my house wasn't left a mess or damaged. They explained everything they were doing and showed me what they changes were. And when I found an issue they came right back and stayed late to make everything right.
Rooter Right did a great job and the employees were very friendly. They remedied all my issues and got me in the same day. Definitely good guys and I intend to use them again if I have any further issues. Thanks again!
He tried to fix a clogged toilet. A few hours later the toilet was clogged again.
I called Merritt plumbing to fix the issue. Merit plumbing pull the stick out of the toilet. Rooterright still cashed my check and charged me for the service they never fix the issue. He is a croak and I hope no one else uses his services.

I originally ran into some miscommunication problems about when someone was supposed to come to our house. After indicating my frustration, Sam immediately reached out to me. He apologized and offered to correct the problem. Sam was true to his word. He sent someone out first thing on Saturday morning. Cody and Tony replaced a toilet, outdoor faucet, and a crawl space pipe. They both were very friendly. And they were really nice when my kids followed them around. Cody did a good job of explaining everything to me. I was very happy with my experience and the work that was done. Thank you to Sam, Cody, and Tony. I will definitely be using Rooter Right again.

Took care of my drain issue in no time. Great job!
I dislike the process of hiring electricians and plumbers. I am always leery of businesses that won’t give ‘ballpark’ cost for a standard job. Rooter Right was the only company that would give me some idea of cost over the phone. They were able to schedule the job the next morning, which was at my request. The service tech assessed the problem then quickly and neatly completed the job. I appreciated the lack of a song and dance when it came to pricing, which was very fair and consistent with prices my friends said I could expect.

Cody got the problem handled right away with no disruption to the tenant even though he had to pull the toilet. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He is definitely an asset to his employer.

1. Called and in FIFTEEN minutes on a Friday at 5:00, someone was here in 15 minutes.....no joke 15 minutes.
2. It was a stressful time, but a reasonable price and Dakota got the job done.
We will def. recommend and call back for future problems.

Came right on time. Called before they came and actually showed up within the 30 minute time frame.Montana and Jacob were very nice and knowledgeable. Even took a look at some of our other plumbing issues and gave some advice
Cody came out on a Saturday and capped a broken pipe so we could have water service over the weekend. He was very professional and finished the job quickly.
Cody and Tony were great! They were super helpful and explained to me everything they were doing because i had no idea what was going on. 10/10 recommend these two! They’re life savers! And came out quickly and got the job done!

I tried calling Rooter Right on Sunday, November 3, and it went to the answering machine, where it said, the mailbox is full. Goodbye. On to the next plumber. It says they are open 24hrs. Right.
