Advanced Sewer and Drain Cleaning LLC came out to my house today for a clogged line and David was great, Best Service I have ever had with a plumber. He responded to my text and phone calls right away and was at my house the as soon as I came to them with the issue. Not to mention he knew the issue as soon as I gave him the run down.
Once he got to my house he made sure that the issue was fixed, Even with this being a harder job he stuck through it for 2 1/2 hours. He was able to get Most of the roots out of my line and found that there was a clumped of hair that is worth 10 years in the shower drain.

My issue is now fixed, He also gave me a lot of helpful tips and tricks to maintain the pipe. I would 100% RECOMEND THIS PLUBIMG COMPANY FOR ANY ISSUES with plumbing.

I called this morning and explained my issue and they said they had multiple calls but would fit me in between 3 and 6. Promptly at 3 they were at my door, came in and evaluated my situation and told me their plan. They went to work and stayed at it until they had all my drains cleared and draining great. Very nice guys and explained exactly how they were able to clear a very unusual clog. They were very careful while in my home and double checked for leaks prior to leaving. Oh and did I mention the price was very reasonable, I was happy to write that check! I highly recommend them!!!

After my drains decided to back out at 545pm on a Friday night, I was left with no choice but to to call a professional since my d.i.y. methods did nothing to free the blocked drains. I called another business first and they were not very personable and were asking for an outrageous price since they could not get to me until after 9pm. I decided to call someone else. I called Advanced and a gentleman answered who was very helpful and straight to the point which I liked since I'm not trying to get the run around on a Friday night. He said he was headed to his 2nd to last stop for the night but would squeeze me in after both. Little over an hour later and they were here and within minutes he figured out he needed to get on the roof to snake the drain. A few minutes later and he busted the clog free. I am so grateful he was able to fit us in and not for an outrageous price either he was very fair. I would 100% recommend them!

I called David at 10:00am, he was at my house by 12:30 and finished by 1:00. My drain was backed up and it was overflowing into the dishwasher. Luckily no water ran out onto the floors. Great job at a great price.

I don't usually write reviews but advanced sewer and drain cleaning service has set the bar for the expectations of services rendered by similar companies. I will never use any other company again. I knew Dave as a young man that worked with his uncle to learn the trade and I had no idea that he had started his own drain cleaning service until today, I was so glad that I chose to call advanced sewer and drain take my word for it if there's a problem with your drain or sewer call Dave you will not be dissapointed. Also his helper Shawn was awesome very polite and worked very hard to assist Dave with the job.

Amazing customer service! Very friendly and professional! After being quoted some astronomical (thousands) price by a big name company we called Advanced for help after a huge storm came through- our basement was flooded with all kinds of water and thick sand and dirt! He came right out and had it cleared within minutes for a literal fraction of the price!! It was clear the other company was trying to take advantage of me, but these guys came out, were straight up about it, fixed the issue and I felt confident he was just an honest guy doing his job! I have been using Advanced Sewer for most of my home plumbing needs since 2016. They have always done great work, they are extremely responsive, they show up on time (many times, same day), and the pricing is always fair and competitive with respect to the job. I called Dave on a Sunday morning with a severely clogged kitchen sink. He came out within a half hour and fixed the sink and also a bathroom drain that was slow. He was very polite and professional and, considering it was a Sunday, reasonably priced! I would use him again!

I had a bad issue with clogged pipes and Advanced Sewer cleared them up with no issues. There wasn't a huge messhe was finished, he got me scheduled immediately when I called, and he was a nice guy. He said yes and showed up at 1230. Ran the snake down the drain and the problem was resolved quickly. Easier for me to do than my roommate renting a machine and waking me up or for me having to have paid for a hotel room for the day/night.

I was referred to Advanced Sewer and Draining Cleaning by another company that I work with regularly and have had all positive experiences with. When I called, David told us that he was not available today. When we tried to explain that it was an emergency by describing the problem, he hung up on us in the middle of my explanation. Later, he called back (almost an hour later) and said he thought I hung up on him, which we did not do. While it's possible that he could have gotten cut off by a bad phone connection, the professional and responsive thing to do would have been to call back right away.

What a savior today!!! The sewer backed up in my basement and created a mess beyond measure. We called every possible one in the book and got no response. Several said that they would be here but never showed up or responded. Dave responded to our cry for help and assured us he would be here as soon as he finished the job he was working on. They came quickly to help with my drain issue but were not able to resolve it. They did provide a reference for another company that could help. Unfortunately, the younger crew member broke a mirror and did not choose to say anything about it. Overall I would try them again if needed, especially in a hurry.
Edit: owner followed up about broken mirror to apologize and offered to pay for it.

Googled Drain Clog Toledo... called a few places...this is the first guy that answered his phone the first time i called.

I explained my sitiutation, which was a clogged sink, and clogged in the wall, and he quoted me a very fair price and said he’d be right over, he was close by.

About 10 minutes later he was here and about ten minutes after that he was writing me out a receipt.

Came out on short notice to unplug my sewer line and a sink that was backing up. Very reasonably priced and he cleaned up the tree roots that were blocking the line then picked up other items in the basement that were drenched with backed up water. Highly recommended if you like using smaller businesses.

At 1105 someone texted back and asked what the problem was and what the address was. I texted the problem and address immediately and still 2 hours later no response.
UPDATE: I originally gave this business one star but today I received a text message from David at Advanced. He apologized for not being able to respond to me due to some extenuating personal circumstances. I appreciated him reaching out. He seems like a genuine person and I am definitely willing to give him and his company a second chance.

Woke up to water in my basement AGAIN!! Called Saturday morning and David got here as soon as he could, after over 100 ft of snake, he finally was able to unclog the main!! So glad he is the one who got the call.. the last guy only brought in 40 ft of snake and said it was good, obviously not. Thanks so much!! I highly recommend David and Advanced Sewer!! He will be the only one I call if I need again!!

This review is late! We moved into our new home in December and that weekend that we moved in the tub would not drain and the toilet water was bubbling and would not flush. We knew from the previous owner that when that happens the sewer line needed to be cleaned! I called on Saturday he wasn’t able to come because he was heading into the movies with his family to see Ghostbusters! I appreciated that he answered my call and told me to call him first thing Monday and he would head over and that exactly what he did on Monday! He cleaned out both sewer lines and found they had not been cleaned in a while! But he was quick, reasonable and very funny! Would use him again and I definitely recommend his services!!!!

Dave would get an extra star if it were available. Unclogged a drain that no one else could and did it quickly! I had replaced this 35 foot run of drain pipe twice in the past (in my crawl space). Cost me less to have Dave do it. Made an ex-DIY'er out of me!!

We called Advanced on Friday afternoon. Dave said he was knee deep in a flooded basement and would I call back and put a message on his answering service. I told him we had a clogged tub and bathroom song drains but it was not a big hurry as we have two other bathrooms. He told me he would call be back Sunday evening to set up a time for the following week. He called us right on time setting up a time the very next morning. Made an appt, the owner told me he would show up between noon and 2pm. 2pm came and went and the employee never showed up. I called the owner at 4pm and no answer. I sent the owner a text message asking if he was going to show up and no response. LOST MY BUSINESS INDEFINITELY !

My kitchen sink backed up on Sunday, Dave let us know he was out of town but could come Monday evening, which he did. He had the drain in the basement leading to the sewer, cleaned out within a short time and was on his way. The price was good for a last minute call. I also used this company 2 years ago for the main sewer pipe leading to the road that was clogged with tree roots. He cleaned it out then and I have not had a problem with it since that time. Again, a great price. I highly recommend this company!!
