I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

Jason was great to work with. He came in knew his stuff and I needed a part that he went out of his way to find. Overall Jason did a fantastic job and I highly recommend.

Jag's is an incredible local plumber. Very responsive to setting up a call and they do great quality work. They are very price conscious and are quick at diagnosing problems. They are my go-to company for anything plumbing relating. 10/10 would recommend calling Jag's for any plumbing issues.

These guys are amazing Friday was my wifes birthday and we had dinner plans and of course what happen Plumbing issues we called these guys at ASAP and Dwayne and Nate come out and fixed the issue and was cleaned up and gone before my wife returned from dinner to come home with no stress is truly amazing..Thanks guys

Would give 0 stars if possible. They charged me $460 to fix gas leaks but they did not fix them fully and the “repair” failed the check by the gas company. After repeated attempts for them to come back and complete the work properly I just called another company. The owner said he’d refund my money but it’s been over 6 weeks and multiple texts and calls with no refund in my hand. The last time I called the owner to ask about the refund a shouting match ensued. I told him I’d get my lawyer involved if necessary and he said he knew that was a joke and would go nowhere. I would highly advise against using this company. Shoddy work and about as unprofessional as humanly possible. I used Alternative Plumbing to finish my job and they were great.

Jason McKeand is excellent! He is prompt, courteous, personal, and knowledgeable . He explains issues and always gets the job done without padding the bill! He is fair and trustworthy. I recommend him and Perrysburg Plumbing without reservation (the front office is also excellent- making an appointment is actually a pleasant experience!)

I called the company just before closing. The receptionist said she would take my info but that they were slammed and might not be able to get to it till later in the week. The very next day they called me, came out to my house, and fixed the problem. The company was quick, clean, and professional. I am pleased with the work they did. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Absolutely recommend this company! The men were so professional and nice. Installed a new hot water tank, holding tank and iron filter. I've had them out before for a new well pump.

Called these guys up on the week of thanksgiving with a simple kitchen sink clog (not ideal for Thanksgiving week!), and they were at our house within 2 hours, had the clog cleared in no time, and were extremely pleasant to work with. Great job Noah and Isiah!
