Best Drain Pipes in Toledo OH

I purchased an old dental building. They capped and closed all those pipes and removed them. Then they installed a sink into the bathroom to meet code.

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

Drain Doctor did a fantastic job! The technician Josh was knowledgeable and speedy with his repair! Will use Drain Doctor for all my plumbing needs! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We called Rooter Right because of a gas leak. They were the only company that got back to us in the area and they were able to send someone out the next day. Connor and Landon were absolutely great. They fixed four leaks and were very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Called Ott plumbing after unsuccessfully calling 6 other companies for my new sink and disposal installation. Ott sent Nick to my home and he was courteous, efficient and very thorough in his work. Most unprofessional plumber named Robb/ installed well tank charged over 640 dollars and installed incorrectly/ no returned phone call / on weekend no emergency phone number listed. Call the following Monday after two days with no water and immediately asked for 110.00 dollar service fee States how do I know your not trying to scam the plumbing business lol joke of a company stay away spend money elsewhere.. A-1 creep!

Once we reached out for them to do some plumbing, they were quick to come look at & quote the job. It took a couple days to schedule the work, but that's to be expected. Overall expediency, quality of work, and pricing was fair and customer service was excellent.
