Dayron and Michael were knowledgeable and most helpful! I missed the name of their new crew member. They Completed excellent service and were kind and courteous as well! Even cleaning up afterwards. Only drawback to today’s service was the lack of a new air filter to go with the installation of a new return register, guess someone forgot! Or I supposed Acree thinks a filter isn’t part of a new install???August 2023 Not overly thrilled! Jose stated the $1100 repair was due to a faulty thermostat, this thermostat was installed New when Acree installed an entirely new unit... it was the incorrect thermostat and I called Acree back to fix it 3 times, the last tech informed me it was the wrong part and he could only make the heat function by wiring it to the emergency heat control. I again called but got no joy from Acree management to repair properly. Jose also said ducks were dirty and these were cleaned and sealed during the new installation 😞

Your technician Kevin Green did a fantastic job of the Installation of UV light. He was able to do it the same day during the visit so that I didn’t have to take another day off. I greatly appreciate that. He also was very professional and informative throughout. I’m excited to see how the quality of the air is going to improve with this installation 😊

Jason did a very good job. And was congenial and descriptive about what he was doing. He fixed a small problem in earlier installation easily at no charge.Very nice fellow. I am very satisfied with Red Cap!

Awesome service called John up to see about doing a pipe scope and possibly lining of some pipes on a property I am selling. I explained to John, that the company a potential buyer hired to inspect my plumbing claimed that there was 14 feet of cracked and collapsed cast iron pipe under my foundation, and that the buyer refused to let me see the video of this claim. John sent his guys out the following morning. Pipe scope was done by his guys and they found no evidence of any cracked or collapsed pipes and no need of pipe lining . John called back later that day after reviewing the video and advised me of the same. If you are looking for an honest and no BS company to take care of you Trenchless Sewer Line Repair is it.

Michael, the plumbing technician, arrived on time with a smile on his face. After a thorough explanation and patiently answering questions, he proceeded with the work in a timely fashion. The work area was left in spotless condition. He was also kind to my pesky dogs! This was my second positive experience with this company.

Be careful with this guy he is a crook his name is Tony Castro dark skin Spanish and English this guy does a lot of cocaine and has a gun in the under his seat of the truck of the van report this been very violent
