I attempted to fix the bathroom faucet sink, but plumber I am not. So, in a moment of desperation, I contacted The Clean Plumbers. Theresa answered the phone, and she was lovely. Her greeting was so pleasant and personable. Instantly I was at ease. I attempted to explain what was happening, and she patiently asked me to repeat what I was trying to do. Once I explained, she understood. She made no promises and said, They will call you when the dispatcher can fit you in. I completely understood. The dispatcher called and said they were on their way. Fifteen minutes Jorge was there! Jorge was courteous, conscientious, and professional. Roughly 45 minutes, he addressed the mess I created and installed our new faucet. This was my first time using The Clean Plumbers, and I strongly recommend them! Everyone was fantastic, from the initial call to the dispatcher to the plumber! Thank you!!!

I write this review in total disbelief, and honestly, reluctantly. I believe that people are far more motivated to write negative reviews than positive, and that bothers me. So it requires an overt act to prompt a negative review from me. I'm astonished, because of the many positive reviews of Olin. I am an Ybor resident, and I wanted to support a local business. After reading all of the positive reviews, I felt confident in choosing this contractor. I scheduled a 4 hour window (9-1) on Tuesday, 11/15, for today, Friday 11/18. I was told by Judy that I would receive a 30 minute head's up when the tech was en route. This morning at 9:50, Judy called to tell me that Mark was on the way. She called again at 10:05 and left me a message that Mark was on the way. I missed both calls, but I called her back at 10:20 (30 minutes after the first call) to confirm. She said it was too late, that her technician was at my door 45 minutes earlier and nobody answered. I told her that didn't make sense, because her last phone call was 15 minutes ago, telling me that the tech was on his way. I asked if he could just come back, since he couldn't be far, even if he was at my door 15 minutes ago (which he was not). She said no, she could reschedule me for next week. I told her that was confusing, since certainly they allotted time for my job. I had rearranged my day so that I would be available for this call. I asked her again if she could just ask the technician to return. She said no. I then asked if I could speak with the technician directly, or to the person in charge of the technicians. She said she would have the owner, Derek (sp?) call me back. I waited 45 minutes with no call, so I called the office again. Reached Sara, who said she would check to see if the message had been relayed to Derek. Sara came back to the line a few minutes later to tell me that Judy asked her to relay that she had spoken with Derek, and he said they were no longer interested in doing business with me. Wow!! I was not rude, I was not angry, I was just asking for help and clarification. An owner who is truly interested in customer satisfaction would at least return a phone call. I'm very disappointed in Olin's lack of professionalism, especially considering that their business is right around the corner from me. I am an advocate for Ybor businesses, but this one has failed. As a side note, if you read the positive reviews, most of them are specifically about a tech named Joe. My assumption is that Joe is a great plumber, but the rest of the company is not deserving. I've scheduled with The Clean Plumber (Mauricio) in Tampa for Monday, and if they come through I will be posting positive reviews and promoting their business.

Blake was awesome. Super helpful and patient. Took his time and checked every possible outcome for a repair. Highly recommend.

Our garbage disposal died, and I called Bay Area Plumbing to fix it. They came out quickly, changed out the garbage disposal in no time, and were very friendly. I have also seen their involvement in the community and am glad to support a great company with a big heart!
