Best Custom Bath in Tampa FL

Just nice people. From the office guy to the plumber that came out. Did a fine job at my rental house and were nice to deal with. Will use again.

Set an appointment for them to come out and give an estimate for some plumbing repairs on a house in Tampa, was told a plumber would be there some time between 10 and 12. Around 10:30, I got a text saying the plumber assigned to my job had taken another job in Dade City that morning and would likely be late getting to my house (great planning!), but definitely no later than 12:30. I explained I was on a tight schedule and needed to keep the time agreed to, but I'd wait until 12:30.
Sure enough, 12:30 rolls around with no plumber. I texted my contact and told them I was done waiting and would find another plumber. The reply I got was No problem, thanks for the opportunity. Not that an apology would have made a big difference at that point, but it seemed pretty childish to not take ownership of their scheduling issues.

Prompt, professional and friendly. They did a good job. However $899 to replace a 24” single bathroom vanity and faucet (which we supplied) and two angle stops was excessive…for 1 1/2 hours of labor. Next time I’ll shop around.

If I were only rating the technician who came to my home, he would receive 5 stars. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The customer service and pricing brought this rating down. I was told to expect a technician between 8 and 1. I called at 2:20 and was told he would be along shortly. I called again at 3:40 and was told someone would be at my home by 6:00. I understand emergencies happen but would have expected someone to reach out to me about the change in schedule. The estimate for repairs was extremely high for the work that needed to be done.

Paul was our technician. Very courteous, polite, extremely knowledgeable. Educated us throughout the process of the repair. Made sure there were no lingering questions on our part. This was a weekend call and he made it fit into his schedule. Greatly appreciate all of his effort to resolve this issue. Great Representative and reflection for your company.Would not hesitate to use your services again.

I live in Houston and also own a home on St. Pete Beach, Florida. As an out of state owner, it is difficult to know who you can trust with repairs and can easily be taken advantage of. Luckily, I was referred to Tampa Bay Repair Services and very happy to report that I received excellent service on several large repairs, including painting, and the jobs were completed in a timely manner. No complaints!!! They even cleaned up and left my home clean and beautiful. I highly recommend Tampa Bar Repair Services for all your repair needs. They do everything!

Peninsular Plumbing is a great company - called them for drain cleaning and their technician (Tom G.) came out. He is ex-military, extremely personable, knowledgeable and did not look like a convict from the TV show Cops. I got service scheduled for that same day and he cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.
