I had a main line sewer blockage and Olin plumbing was the first company to come up so after reading others reviews I decided to give them a call. My sewer line had no clean out to gain access to the line and my septic tank had never seen the light of day. Derek Olin found the line manually and cut an access point in the line and was able to clear the blockage. Not only did he not charge me for all of the exploratory work, but told me exactly how and what all I'd need to prevent this type of frustration in the event of another blockage, and all without trying to sell me on a huge expensive plumbing job. It's nice to see a company that still believes in old fashioned honesty instead of chasing after the almighty dollar. I'd definitely recommend Olin plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber.

We had a problem with a clogged drain to the main sewer on the morning of Saturday, December 30th and called RotoRooter at 9am for service. No other companies could help until Tuesday or Wednesday, but RotoRooter had a time slot available for 10am and showed up shortly after. They were professional and friendly and identified and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Overall it was a great experience as the technician was friendly and got the job done. It saved us a lot of stress over the Nee Year’s weekend and I would highly recommend them.

We had our home repiped because of a slab leak. Our home is 1958 so the existing plumbing lines were on borrowed time, instead of having our floor busted up and deal with future leaks from old plumbing lines we had Landmark replace all piping, not an easy job on an older, block, flat roof home. Jason the owner, Nico & Sokol did an excellent job. Nico work days in our shallow roof and insulate all the lines. The City Of Clearwater plumbing inspector continued to comment on the excellent, thorough workmanship performed to complete the job. So yes, we highly recommend this company. Victoria

I had a previous sewage repair call from another company and the technician didn’t seem to know what he was doing. I did not have them do the repair because they didn’t inspire confidence.
I called Gulfshore Plumbers instead, and I’m so glad I did! Gulfshore is family owned and operated and it shows. Joey is friendly, professional, and thoughtful. He’s young, but knows his stuff and that became apparent within the first few minutes.
He was meticulous, but fast & had the problem diagnosed in about 5 minutes. The full repair was done the next morning for more than $100 less than the other company wanted. Couldn’t be happier with the service or pricing!

Our proprietary manager sent him and I would absolutely NOT recommend him to anyone. The first time he serviced our house he wrote that the clog was an “alleged” clog even though I had pictures of sewage in my shower, bathtub, and all over the floor. He did nothing to fix the situation and I got a bill for over $100 for a “false emergency” even though he did not come until several days after the issue occurred. Then when I wanted to know how the problem would be fixed because it was still happening he told me he needed to “look at his notes and he would get back to me” which he never did. I didn’t hear from him again until he came over to repair a different issue. Refused to wear a mask in my house and showed up 30 minutes early and then was irritated when I made him wait until the appointment time.

Installed a new water heater to replace an old leaky one. Did it in the same day I called! Devon was great and did a fantastic job!
