Best A/C System Repair in Seattle WA

Not impressed by our service call to fix our AC unit. We turned on our unit last week and the unit was blowing warm air. We did a bit of troubleshooting on our own and determined the unit was empty of freon, because of a leak. Technician came out and used some tool but said it was too low to sense any leak and that we would need to do a pressure test that takes between 4-8 hours at the hourly rate of $260. Recommended at that point that we should look into a whole new unit through them. Decided to get a second opinion and within 15 min the technician at Brennan was able to see where there was a pooling of refrigerant and after a flat fee pressure test was able to confirm that is where the leak occurred. Overall, spent a fraction of what Fox would have charged and the technician found the likely leak right away where Fox didn't even mention it at all and wanted to jump quickly to buying a whole new heat pump at about 10-11k. Definitely makes sense why I was able to get such a quick appointment.

Chad was a great technician: very professional and knowledgable.

One of their drivers was too big to get out of his truck at home depot and slammed his door into my work van. I wasn't close at all. C'mon man!

Best company ever to work for and company wise ......

We first used them to repair a leak in our upstairs tub. Then we thought we should replace our 2 toilets as well. Called on a Monday and they got me on the schedule the very next day. Austyn was our plumber both times. Super professional, friendly and explained everything he had to do. We have more work to do, we will be calling them for future projects. Will recommend them to everyone we know.

Customer service is an art form that not all people posses. Ali & Jumanne are at the top of the game when it comes to customer service. They came out, explained the options and helped us pick the best one for our project. Highly recommend them for electrical service.

Our drain was logged .I call roto-rooter and they came as on time as they promised.Thanks for Lynnwood roto- rooter for wonderful tech .Alex ( 2349) cleaned out the drain and the area . We have to move our washer out for his work but he moved back the way it was . Wonderful . We had to have our whole house repiped, and although it was daunting at first, the Repipe Specialists made me feel confidant in the decisions we made. They were helpful, friendly, and did great work!

Jayson was awesome! He installed a new water heater, rerouted some piping, replaced our washer box, and replaced a leaky waste pipe. Would definitely recommend, we plan to work with them again next time we need plumbing work done!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company! They were on time and were able to fix my clogged sink in under an hour! The technicians name was Prescott and he was fantastic. Super friendly and very knowledgeable about what was going on. He talked me though everything and gave me excellent advice going forward! I will be recommending him to everyone!

After receiving a water bill over $500 for my rental house, I had my son call Clearwater Leak Detection to locate the leak. Simon gave us the time he would be out, and was at the residence as stated. He explained the process he would use to locate the leak and what his charges were. He promptly went to work and after a few hours he located the leak in the main water line. He stated he could fix it and gave me a price that was reasonable. He set a time to do the repair and again arrived as state with all the equipment needed to do the job. After digging a very large, deep hole, he located the leaking line exactly where he stated it was and replaced the leaking section of the line, that had been repaired 3 times before with hose clamps, with a new section of water line with brass fittings. He was at all times Friendly, Courteous, Knowledgeable and Professional in his work. I would not hesitate to call Simon again or recommend him to anyone that would need his services.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
