Best Water Heater Replacement in Seattle WA

I called to ask about a broken water heater at 7:45 am, and they told me on the phone that they could have a technician at my house by 9am, which was an unexpected and lovely surprise. He called on his way, and arrived at 9am on the dot, which was also really lovely. I am not used to getting such fast and prompt service. Once he arrived, he meticulously tackled the problem, talked me through the possibilities, and then answered all of my followup questions at the end. Water heater is working great, and it was a completely seamless experience. Very happy!

Had pipe work done on some damaged pipes. The plumber was quick and charged a fair rate. The work was done to my satisfaction. I look forward to working with Johnson plumbing again.

Great service to clear main line from kitchen sink. Fast and friendly service. My only complaint is that they wouldn’t give me a quote on the phone-was told driver would provide quote, and they charged an exhorbitant amount for 45 minute job. As a customer, you feel you have no choice but to pay whatever they charge-seems like there would be laws against that pricing policy.

Outstanding customer service and workmanship. Owner (Arash) immediately replied to my after hours inquiry and sent the skilled and personable plumber (Reza) to quickly and correctly locate a cracked drain intersection in my crawl space. This required using multiple couplings to customize a perfect fitting replacement and adding hangers to support the joint better and prevent a repeat. It was worth the higher-than-handyman cost which was still well below what the big corporate plumbing outfits would have charged. I'm keeping the Rigid Plumbing and Drain Services contact info because I plan to call again next time I need plumbing help.

PJ and the team came to the rescue for me. My home ran into a serious plumbing issue, with a sewer line that needed to be replaced. Our whole household was in emergency mode — we couldn't take a shower, flush, or even wash our hands normally.

PJ and the team went well beyond the call of duty, working late into the night on a holiday weekend to get us operational again. They didn't have to do that — but I am so appreciative that they did!

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

We had a problem with a leaking sink faucet. Taylor Fehlen came out and looked at it and said that the leak was caused by our undermount sink coming loose from it's mounting. He did not bother to look under the sink to see if the mount was indeed failing. What he thought was glue holding the sink up was actually silicone caulk. He refused to ateempt to repair the faucet because he was concerned that the sink would fall on him as he attempted the repair. I had another plumber look to give me a second opinion. The sink mount is solid. He was able to replace the leaking supply hose without a problem. I have contacted the business and they have refused to refund the $108.41 dispatch fee. While I understand that this a a fee for showing up, the fact that he misdiagnosed the problem and refused to even attempt repair based on his incorrect assumption that the sink mount was failing is troublesome to say the least. I would stay very far away from these folks.

Bob Thayer, owner, was able to fix a plumbing issue on my work van, Aussie Pet Mobile, in a matter of minutes. He did it after hours and was extremely reasonable. Genuinely nice guy who you can trust your plumbing projects with!

Andy and his crew replaced the water line in my yard. The work was exceptional and all damage to the landscaping was repaired good as new. It improved the flow of water into my home a great deal. I would recommend them.

We had a bit of a plumbing emergency this past weekend when we split a pipe messing with our outdoor spigot. Mike from O'Neill was able to come out and get everything fixed up within a couple hours. It was a beautiful Saturday and considering we're in the middle of a pandemic, we definitely needed our water running so we could keep up with our hand washing. Mike was also able to take a look at our other outdoor spigot and find a quick fix for that too. We now have running water and TWO working spigots. The cost was reasonable and Mike was friendly, professional and did great work. Highly recommend.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

5 star experience all around. I was a bit skeptical because they are a newer company, but I submitted my request on their site and Sharif got back to me the same day. He was easy to communicate with and I was able to get an actual idea of the estimated cost ahead of time, which was very reasonable. He was able to come out the next day and arrived exactly on time. Friendly and efficient, he got my new water pressure regulator installed beautifully and with a warranty. I'm very pleased to have no more drips and also to have perfect water pressure again. So refreshing to have someone local who I can trust after trying with the big corporate companies. I look forward to future business with Watertite Plumbing.
