Sean R. from Beacon Plumbing was able to replace my cracked hose bib in less than 45 minutes. He was prompt, concise and efficient. Sean was very knowledgeable and informative. I work for them

The plumber who came out was nice and knowledgeable. And he didn't make me feel bad that after I got his assessment I did not have him do the work, just got billed the $69 for the call like the operator said I would. The only reason I didn't have him do the work is we're a condo and for what needed to get done I needed other owners to agree first.

He responded quickly to our call on a Saturday afternoon to unclog our kitchen sink and was able to come out in a timely fashion to unclog it. He found a gasket leak in our disposal and fixed that. He put in a proper drain/filter for our utility sink and it drains great now. Worked quickly and was knowledgeable about our problems. We would use him again.

The plumbers were friendly, honest and explained everything thoroughly. They were ok that I added an extra item to the list too. I have used Jim Dandy before and knew they would do a good job.

Called them on Friday repiped my house today. Emilio and Doug were amazing! Did it in 5 hours for the lowest quote on the market after having 5 quotes. Plumbing works great! Highly suggest you call them.

Rude and sloppy

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Rick was very knowledgable and explained everything we needed to know about the garbage disposal that he installed.

Simon was able to get out to me next day and detect a leak that we had just become aware of. He was very professional, timely, and gave great advice on how to handle the situation. He detected the leak in about 40 minutes and offered support over text on a Sunday when I was fixing it. Great guy that you can trust to do right by you.

Todd is great. Reliable, honest, knows what he's doing and is nice. He has good resources and has excellent suggestions for saving money too.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
