Our hot water heater quit working and upon inspection had leaked. Our technician Jordan arrived within 45 minutes of our call and promptly diagnosed the problem and presented an estimate. With our approval, he located a new water heater system that fit our needs exactly. He drove and returned with everything we needed within one hour. Our heater system was more complex than most as it was a gas heated system and had a fan exhaust. Jordan had the old system removed and a new one in place with all new piping, connections and fittings completed efficiently and quickly.
Jordan was professional, courteous, competent and friendly. The scheduler at “2 Sons Plumbing” went out of her way to take care of our emergency quickly for which we are deeply appreciative. We strongly recommend “ 2 Son’s Plumbing”.

AVOID BEACON - Expensive / Unnecessary/ Did not even attempt to fix my issue;I had an issue with a tub faucet. I called Beacon. They quoted me $1000 MINIMUM and up to $2000 and said they were going to likely cut out the tub to be safe. The faucet needed a new cartridge installed but Beacon did not even make an attempt to remove it. Beacon wanted me to sign the $2000 estimate before any work even attempted for liability purposes. But...if I knew a handy man that was brave enough likely could be done for way cheaper?!? If I knew someone to fix it I would have called them!Puget Sound Plumbing fixed it within 2 hrs (they did have to run for a new cartridge) - no hesitation to remove the stem from the faucet and get it taken care of. And they said if they needed access under the tub they could easily access through the cabinet adjacent to the faucet (not pull the tub). 5 starts to Puget Sound Heating and Plumbing. I would steer clear of Beacon at all costs.

I had 2 toilets that were needing to be installed. Will not only did not come out to do them, he additionally allowed a leak to persist. Do not use this company if you want reliable service & on the chance that you must, ensure Will is not your plumber unless you want bad service & a bad job.

My service tech worked very hard to clear my sink blockage but wasn't successful due to old, outdated pipes. They'll have to be replaced, alas....

I am so thankful that I found Ridgid Plumbing and Drain Services! I received a call from my tenants that a new toilet I had installed by another company in October last year was leaking at the base. I tried calling a few different places, but did not find anyone available or the pricing was not clear upfront. I then called Ridgid Plumbing and they gave excellent knowledge, advice, and also the pricing was clear and fair. They also sent someone out immediately. Nick and his crew were fantastic. Very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating was quick and painless. I submitted my request around 10:45-11am, they had someone call me at 11:20 am about the plumbing tech's ETA and Joseph and his coworker arrived around 11:35-40 am. Joseph and his coworker replaced the leaking pipe, the bathtub faucet and above all both men were very polite. I will be reaching out to Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating for future plumbing issues. Thank you, Joseph and coworkers for getting all of this taken care of in less than 4 hours!!! :)

After a competitor had been out twice to try and repair the issue, it was refreshing to see Ammon so invested in finding and fixing my issue as well as making sure I was happy with his work. I would definitely hire Drain Pro again and I would certainly request Ammon.

I had a leak outside and was pretty sure it was in the sprinkler system, but being the 2nd owner of the house I didn’t know where the main shutoff was. Over time it had gotten covered by dirt and then of course because I couldn’t see it I had also covered it with gravel in one spot and bark in another. Andy was able to locate it the leak and main shut off quickly. Then he was able to find the additional valve locations. He was professional, courtesy and caring. I’d definitely use Akers again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing leak detection and repair. Thank you, Andy!

Jeff Richter and John came to our house to fix the garbage disposal. They were prompt, very quick, very professional and personable. They explained what they were going to do and after exactly what they did do. They made me feel like I had known them for years. We will only use O'Neill Plumbing from now on and we will always ask for Jeff Richter and John they were wonderful!

Had my water heater system need a purge and removal of air bubbles form the system. They came out within 3 days and fixed it very quickly.

The technician Norm was very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didnt need.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
