I'm always a little wary of name brand service providers, but I had no choice during a recent emergency furnace outage. My fear in this case was unfounded. Fox was great and offered a fair price. They were prompt, thorough, and professional. I will use them again (If I have to.)

I am very pleased with the plumber service I received from this company. They were skilled, friendly, and successfully fixed the plumbing problem in my property. Their excellent service and fair pricing make them my go-to plumber experts.

Jesus was fantastic. He responded to our emergency within 15 minutes of our call. He promptly stopped the flood coming from our outdoor faucet and gave us a price to replace it. He was on time the next day and promptly replaced the faucet and took care of the problem. Jesus and his co-worker were professional and pleasant throughout.

As a business owner, for me it is all about making it right when there is a mistake. Both when I serve customers and also when we receive customer service.
On the Friday after Thanksgiving our restaurant had an emergency plumbing issue which caused our restaurant to not be able to operate. The person that took my call (Will) did an incredible job of responding and keeping me informed. After a couple of hours, the issue was that the plumber he asked to come to our location called out sick and did not tell him. After struggling to find us another plumber that was available, Will decided to take it upon himself to come out and do the repair himself. It was a one hour drive from Ballard for him just to arrive at our location. He resolved the issue in less than an hour and our Friday night reservations (revenue!) were saved! I pushed very hard for him to take a large tip, however, he could not be convinced. I have to give a huge shout out to Will and the management at Pioneer. Most times things flow very smoothly from start to finish. When we did have a hiccup, they always work to make it right!

We are very pleased with the service from Roto-Rooter this week. Technician Tuan was very prompt, courteous, and efficient. He cleaned out the line for the bathroom sink which we knew was a problem, then he cleaned the line from the shower. He found a partial blockage there that was building up. The website was great to make the appointment, the dispatcher was courteous, and I even printed a coupon to use from the website. I also purchased a gallon of Pipe Shield biological drain cleaner for preventative maintenance. Do not use anything caustic in your drains! Call Roto-Rooter!

Excellent service. He did several projects in my house in one house call. He offered to charge me by the hour, which results in savings for me in comparison to per-the-job typical charge. I appreciated this. All the work was done very professionally.

Scammy. Sales person Made a big deal about my contractors not shoring up a 4+ foot hole and talked up how they would be safer. Then their plumbers didn’t shore up the hole for their work. Then they left a bunch of dirt in the hole that the contractor had previously removed.

took a while to figure out what the problem was but they were committed to solving it and making sure it was done to our satisfaction- professioonal and friendly which these days counts a lot.

Nick was very helpful, and was professional. He Repiped my bathrooms.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

We called them after finding a leak under our house they came out explained what needed to be done and made it sound so simple but knew I wasn’t going under the house so they fixed the leak but they my new hero’s will definitely be the first place I call if ever needed again and would refer them to any one that will listen all done in less 2 hours

Unclogged a pipe in a three story building. They had to put a camera down the drain, gain access into several units, snake from two units, cut through ceiling, cut pipes and re-glue.......hydro-jet the line and unclog the drainage pipe. VERY responsive!

We had a few quotes from various plumbing companies to have a water main repaired/replaced. Our house was built in the 60s and they planted big trees over the utilities, we've had our water repaired twice and on the third time we decided it was time to think about moving the line. Akers came out and gave us options but showed us how much of a liability it would be to repair at it's current leak spot, so we bit the bullet and had it moved. They were responsive and were only delayed because of a previous project and issues with the city. They showed up only a few days late and did the work with amazing quality and we're super nice about explaining what they were doing and why (but not if you dont care, which I did). The team did a great job and I have already referred them to someone else who needs work done.

My wife&I are ecstatic by the service and price we received from O'Neill Plumbing on 2/9/16. Plumber Steve G. was highly efficient, communicative, and FAST! He explained each job in detail before starting including giving an approximation of the time involved.
An earlier estimation from another local company was literally three to four times what we paid and, the said, would require lots of reconstruction.
I will recommend O'Neill to all my friends and neighbors for a first class job.

They came quickly, were super friendly and fixed it the next day. Great people. Not cheap but quality is worth it. Use these guys.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Sherif installed a new water heater and recirculation pump for my home in North Capitol Hill. My home is fairly old and my water heater was over twenty years old. It was my first time replacing a water heater and when I gave Sherif a call he patiently walked me through the possible outcomes and pricing for each option. Sherif gave me all the information without me committing to any kind of service. Also, Sherif had me send photos of my water heater to him so that he could assess the situation. I found this much more effective than many of the other plumbing companies that insist on a visit and $100+ charge before providing a quote. Sherif was very communicative on the day of my service. One of his earlier jobs had run longer but he kept me in the loop the entire time, letting me know when his ETA was going to be. When Sherif and his partner arrived they did the job with great care, making sure not to scuff up any part of the house while removing and installing the old and new water heaters. Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend Watertite Plumbing.
