Best Water Line Installation in Seattle WA

I called because I needed a new hot water tank. I got all the infos I needed in just a few minutes. I was able to get an appointment for someone to come over and install my tank within four hours after I called. The installer (David Boden) was right on time. I couldn't have asked for a better installer. He worked diligently and very thorough. David was very friendly and professional as he answered all of my questions and concerns in a manner that I easily understood.I have used Fox Plumbing a few times before and they continue to provide the service that I have grown to rely on. I was grateful to have called them and thankful that they were able to provide same day service.

I am very pleased with the plumber service I received from this company. The plumber was prompt, experienced, and fixed the leaky faucet in my bathroom efficiently. Their excellent service and fair pricing make them my go-to plumbers.

Very professional. Beth was quick with setting up an appointment and Alek, the technician, arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly on our furnace.

Just had an interaction with Beacon - they quoted $12,000 for a job that ultimately cost $250. The lesser estimate was vetted by a third impartial electrician who verified the $250 fix was sufficient. BEWARE - these guys are not to trusted.

Water heater was spitting out water, called, came same day and replaced it! They brought things up to code and it was all done quickly. Super professional, also helped with my sink. Joe was plumber who came and was great, and so was the person who answered the phone. 10/10 would recommend!

The technician, JD, was courteous, informative, capable and did a good job of jetting out our downspout drain that was plugged. He shared all his work with us, and did the best he could with our 70 year old drauns.Sadly, it took 3 days for the company to honor an appointment, with multiple re-scheduling (i.e., cancellation). A litle more homesty about scheduling would have allowed us to carry on with our other challenges.But loved JD!

I call Arash and his team for all of our plumbing needs. They have helped us several times, are quick to respond and are trustworthy with their recommendations.

The guy showed up an hour and a half late. No “phone call 30 minutes before”. Then he proceeded to tell me he can’t do the work from inside the house or in the crawl space. (the only clean-outs that I have)

Had a rep out last week to give an estimate and then scheduled the work which was completed yesterday. I was advised of a small issue as he installed the new fixtures which we worked through. Both appointments were on time and work was completed.

Price was reasonable.

Nick and his team replaced our old galvanized pipes. They were respectful, professional and efficient, not to mention their bid was thousands less than some others and done in less than a day. They cut far fewer holes in our walls than some estimates projected and patched them well afterwards. I can't imagine a better experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to repipe their home.

Simon was just like what all the reviewers said, knowledgeable. To me the most impressive is his generosity of sharing his knowledge over the phone helping me to diagnose the problem of my difficult mysterious water leaking problem. He tried to solve the problem over the phone with me without any fees and when we decided that it will need a under the slab water detection, he was very clear and up front about his fees and I had no hesitation to agree as the trust has been established. There's no cheaper way to find some complex leaks, like under a concrete slab. And if you need one company to do this, GET SIMON as he is as good as any others out there and most likely better. Plus you will be dealing with the expert yourself, not some dispatchers. I'm very grateful that I found Simon.

I had leaks in one of my basement walls. I called Drain pro Plumbing to come and do a leak search. They were very punctual, on time arrival, had called me an hour earlier confirming the time.
They did the leak search, and found there was a broken pipe in the wall, coming from the laundry room. Then did the drain pipe repair, with convenient cost. I am glad, they were able to make the fix at the right time, or else it would have been flooding later in my basement.
I am THANKFUL to the guys for their easy approach, hard working style.
I would say, if you have any plumbing needs, they are the right people to call. Good work.

We identified an issue with our main water line on Saturday night. Called on Sunday AM, had Andy the owner over to have a look in Sunday afternoon, and scheduled work for Tuesday. They dealt with everything (city, etc), and work was completed as expected - on time and on budget. We had water that evening. Yard looked perfect. Great service from a family company. Highly recommended.

Responsive and quick, showed up early for both the estimate and the repair. Quoted us less than other companies for a hot water heater replacement and were able to fit us in first thing the next morning. They were clean and respectful in our house and followed all Covid safety guidelines. Did a great job in a surprisingly quick time. Couldn’t ask for more, we will definitely be hiring them again

Very rude over the phone.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

We had a problem with a leaking sink faucet. Taylor Fehlen came out and looked at it and said that the leak was caused by our undermount sink coming loose from it's mounting. He did not bother to look under the sink to see if the mount was indeed failing. What he thought was glue holding the sink up was actually silicone caulk. He refused to ateempt to repair the faucet because he was concerned that the sink would fall on him as he attempted the repair. I had another plumber look to give me a second opinion. The sink mount is solid. He was able to replace the leaking supply hose without a problem. I have contacted the business and they have refused to refund the $108.41 dispatch fee. While I understand that this a a fee for showing up, the fact that he misdiagnosed the problem and refused to even attempt repair based on his incorrect assumption that the sink mount was failing is troublesome to say the least. I would stay very far away from these folks.
