Best Water Heater Repair in Seattle WA

In the plumbing industry, I understand how significant reviews are so I want to start off by saying how great Anthony was!! He came in and quickly fixed the issue with my kitchen sink, then peeked in the bathroom at another plumbing problem I just encountered that morning and fixed that as well :) He was in and out in less than 15 minutes--he was very competent and personable, so thanks to Fox for hiring such great employees! The only downside I had with this whole situation was that my time slot was from 11-1, but at 12:50 I received a call from the main line letting me know that Anthony would be running late, so it would look more like 1:30. I wish I could have received that call earlier because I had rearranged my personal errands/appointments which I would now have to drive in Seattle traffic to do on my one day off. I'm not saying that I'm upset he was late (I totally get that things come up with previous appointments), but I wish I had known about it earlier so I could have at least showered, haha.Bottom line:Plumber Anthony himself gets 5+ stars!The communication with clients/plumbers/main office could be better when appointments are not on schedule.

Great attention to detail. Rene had to cut into the dry wall underneath our laundry room sink to determine the cause of a leak. Found a crack in the PVC pipe that was causing water to seep out and onto the floor. He replaced the cracked pipe and was able to put back the piece of dry wall he had removed because it was still intact. Had he not been able to do that, we would have had to pay a contractor to come out to repair the dry wall. Kudos to Rene for a job well done!

They sure have a catchy motto but they were great!Josh J was AWESOME - he called 30 minutes prior to arriving to introduce himself and let me know when he was going to be here. He asked a few questions to prepare himself and he showed up right on time. He was thorough on his inspection and very knowledgeable. He provided multiple options for me to consider and explained the all-in costs so I could digest. Great communicator throughout the process and quick to take action. As service technician in residential HVAC for another contractor I appreciate it when a company does work in a professional manner. I understand that repair pricing is more than parts and labor, but also includes the whole range of expenses that it takes to run a business.Scott, the original technician identified that there was a clog in the sewer line. Quoted $950 to attempt to improve water flow by using an auger and then having the drain scoped with a camera to see what further repairs would be necessary. Scott was able to improve water flow but found that there was still a significant clog. Clayton arrived shortly after that with the camera and identified where the clog was located in the pipe, and was able to mark the spot in our backyard that would need to be dug up to access that pipe. Clayton was able to quote $15,000 to have access dug to that section of pipe, have the clog removed with hydrojetting, have a clean out installed, and assess further. Fortunately, he was able to help us set up financing for the repairs. The excavating team and hydrojetter arrived that same afternoon, and removed the tree that was in the way and dig a 4-5 foot deep hole. The old concrete pipe was found and opened up so that the hydrojetting could be done which removed the build up of waste. The sewer pipe was scoped again from there to identify that the old concrete pipe was eroding after 60+ years and was more susceptible to clogging. Clayton was able to give us further options to help prevent even more issues. Very satisfied with the Rotorooter team. They provided a timely solution to an unpleasant situation.

The plumber name josh and Ryan did an awesome for fixing my faucet they tighten only my faucet in my bath tub and it's only cost me 109.00 dollars for coming to fix it that quick I'm very impressed that its quick but the window time when you called to schedule appointment is from 12 pm to 2p.m did both plumbing arrive at exactly 2p.m and they only spent fir 15 minutes to fix my faucet to tighten it up,I will surely recommend this company, very professional people and great customers service

Finding quality service providers is challenging these days. Bobby is the real deal. Quickly diagnosed, showed me the issue and explained the reason why it was a problem. Transparent pricing. On time (was even able to come earlier than quoted). Before and after photos of the job. Couldn't ask for any better - Bobby's card is permanently on our fridge.
