Best Water Heater Repair in Seattle WA

We had a plugged up kitchen sink and thought it was the disposal unit but couldn't correct it corrected ourselves so we knew just who to call-Fox Plumbing and Heating. We have used them before and we were happy that they said they could come within 30 minutes. Kit was our plumbing technician and he fixed our backed up sink right away with professionalism and expertise. WOW! Our water heater went out and after spending a whole morning watching YouTube’s and trying to fix the thing (to no avail), then the afternoon with salespeople from a bunch of Seattle companies who convinced me that the unit not only needed to be repaired, but replaced - I was JUST about to spend $1800 on a new one when Chris called me at the end of the day. He stayed with me on the phone for almost 20 minutes and walked me through how to fix it and patiently had me keep trying until things came back online. The fix he had me do, I didn’t find ANYWHERE online and it totally worked! Not only that, but it’s been working great ever since and he confirmed that my unit was several years newer than all the other salesmen had told me - and doesn’t need to be replaced. At the end, he didn’t even ask for payment. I’m seriously a customer for life. Chris is the best.

I am baffled why you would use a former Seattle football player to represent you. Lynch has been gone for YEARS yet someone decided to use this person to be the spokesperson? He has a hard time pronouncing words, comes across as a thug which reflects very negatively on your business. Make a better choice NOW. Cut Lynch off and find a current sports person, if this is the way you conduct your future business. I would NEVER order a work request from this business. Why? You need to be current with sports people, and have a better style with current standards for the majority of regional people NOT someone of his caliber. Good luck! You have lost many potential customers already, Salvage what is left!

Arash is super responsive, showed up on an emergency issue with an hour, though he was tired from another job and it was late evening, stayed to fix and make sure everything was stable before leaving. Will definitely use his services for all my plumbing issues

Scope: The feed line leading from the water main cracked and was flooding the front yard.

Communication: Top notch. This was an emergency appointment and they communicated every step of the way. There was a slight delay in getting here, but they were true partners and kept me in the loop every step of the way. A quote was provided in a very timely manner.

Service: Top notch. Michael showed up on time and completed the line replacement. However, upon completion he noticed one of the city's lines had cracked from the tree roots as well. He contacted the city and they were on site within 30 minutes. He stayed with them and even dug a trench to keep the water from entering our home. They went above and beyond and I am extremely thankful.

I hired Zoltan to advise me on my DIY underground bathroom rough in, and he was extremely helpful. He came out the day after I requested him, and for a reasonable price he spent time advising me on the details of my underground plumbing project. The job was extensive, I hadn’t done this work before, and with Zoltan’s help I was able to pass my inspection smoothly. He was detailed, and knew his stuff. I will definitely work with Zoltan again, and would trust him with any plumbing project.

Bobby came out to my house after hours to inspect a possible leak and quickly found a hole in a pipe where we had some work being done. He replaced the pipe and cleared the lines. He did all of this in about 1.5 hours. He provided feedback on other items that could be issues down the road (we have original galvanized steel pipes) and recommended the most cost efficient solutions. He totally saved us! I highly recommend Bobby when it comes to your plumbing needs. Total life savior !!!

Rude and sloppy

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
