I am real pleased. This wasn't an emergency but they were able to come out right away. Fox Plumbing kept me posted on arrival times so I knew when I could expect their plumber to arrive. Adam was great, understood the problem and was able to repair everything which allowed me to avoid expensive floor repairs in the future. Darn nice guy as well.This was the first time I had used this company so you never know but it appears I picked the right company for this job.

I was shopping for a new hot water heater as ours was past its lifespan and starting to leak. I saw the great review for Two Brothers and asked for an estimate. Their pricing was one of the best I found and went with them based on the reviews, and was not disappointed.
Service was quick, they were able to come out pretty quickly. They were in and out quickly with good work, installing a high quality replacement gas water heater that's works much better than what we had. I highly recommend Two Brothers if/when you need a new water heater!

We had to call Beacon on an emergency basis for both electrical and plumbing last week. We were having new appliances installed and on installation it was discovered we had an electrical issue for the dishwasher and some plumbing issues that would need to be corrected prior to the dishwasher being able to be installed.Beacon came in with their team- Rick the plumber, Ali the electrician and two apprentices whose names I do not remember. During Rick's thorough investigation it was discovered that there was actually a significant leak that had been undetected causing significant water damage to the underlying floor. He acted quickly and got us signed up with the 24/7 Flood and Fire Team so that the water damage could be taken care of immediately. In the meantime, he assessed what needed to be done to fix some of the immediate plumbing issues and Ali moved the plug for us very quickly.Our first interaction with the plumbing assessment and Ali's electrical work was fantastic. They were very professional and helpful.The plumbing team was to return the next day but were delayed as the 24/7 team were coming in to do demolition to the damaged kitchen. On Friday, we were assigned a different plumber for the job- Romeo who was ABSOLUTELY fantastic.Since the kitchen was all taken apart, it was easier for him to look at things. He found some additional issues that he gave options and recommendations for how to fix it/if we wanted to fix it. He was not pushy at all, and was just honest and thoughtful. We ended up having him do a whole lot more work than the original assessment with Rick. He was here for several hours on Friday and came back on Saturday to finish everything.He was extremely thorough, organized, clean, professional and helpful.In fact, we have decided that should we venture into the next stage of plumbing repairs that we will be specifically asking for him in the future.I would not hesitate to recommend this company and any of their services to anyone who needs plumbing and/or electrical done.

We woke up this morning to a burst pipe and water spraying out of the ceiling. In a panic we called several local plumbers who all told us they couldn't get us in for days, weeks, or months. I googled Same Day plumbing services and Roto-Rooter popped up. I had no idea they even offered these services!Within a few hours John came out to our home. He was quick, kind, and efficient. He found the problem and fixed it right away, even having to go to a store and find specific materials he didn't have on hand.We are supremely happy with the service we received from Roto-Rooter and would recommend them to anyone!

This plumbing team went above and beyond!!! They were willing to work with my warranty company as an outside reimbursement which was difficult to find. They drove to North Bend from Bellvue. They came on a Sunday. And they were knowledgable, friendly, professional and patient. I highly recommend their business and will be using them in the future should another issue arise. Thank you!

I have been recommending JIm Dandy over the years to my clients who need side sewer work and video inspections of their existing lines. This is the first time I have used them for my own residence and am totally pleased. Aidan Lee, the technician who located my sewer line, was knowledgeable and answered, nicely I might add, all of my questions.
Do not bother with any other firm for sewer work. Period.

TJ and Henry arrived before the scheduled appointment time which was much appreciated. TJ listened to our concerns about the drain blockage in our laundry room. Henry assisted TJ with running the cable machine through the drain from our toilet and they were able to clear the blockage. After placing toilet back in its original position, they helped clean up the mess that had accumulated on the laundry room floor and in the shower stall from the sewage that had backed up through the drains. TJ and Henry were very professional during the service call. We felt that the final cost of the work that was done was fair. We appreciate the work that they did to clear up the blockage and felt that they did a great job explaining what they were doing and what might have caused the problem in the drains. We would highly recommend Bill Oates Plumbing to any of our friends who may need plumbing work in the future. Great job, TJ and Henry!

They did a whole house repipe, including new water line from street to house. Other than one unfortunate accident which they paid for they were very good. Lots and Lots of connection, and no leaks. Amazing how they got the pipes connected thru floors and walls.

Fast service and quality work! Called on a Sunday night and they were out the next morning to replace my water heater.

Called Bobby on a Saturday. He agreed to squeeze me in between two other calls. I had a few issues including a clogged floor drain, leaking washing machine and a slow draining shower drain. He came in, busted butt for 45 minutes straight, taught me a thing or two about my own house, fixed ALL of my issues and charged me $20 less than he quoted over the phone. Super awesome guy, right? It gets better...

My wife gets home later that day and sees the Bobby T's shopping bag he left behind and said, 'Oh you met Bobby T, huh? I wondered how my wife knew who Bobby T was. Then she reminded me that the winter before, she had got her van stuck on a snowy night while I was out of town. Bobby T happened to be driving by. He stopped, again busted his butt, got my wife unstuck and absolutely refused to take a payment.

We're big fans of Bobby T the plumber and Bobby T the guy.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
