Best Water Heater Installation in Seattle WA

I had a great experience with Ryan removing and replacing a corroded gas line. The configuration is a little odd and he did a great job creatively problem-solving what to do. I did have a miscommunication about scheduling - I thought he'd come back on Tuesday unless I called but then it turned out they were expecting me to call to schedule. When I did call they were great and very flexible about rescheduling and it wasn't an issue.

We called Beacon on a Saturday morning after discovering what was likely a clogged sewer line from our kitchen sink and laundry room. I was told to expect the plumber within 2 hours, which turned out to be closer to 3 hours, but Ryan called twice to update us on his ETA. Once he arrived, Ryan was personable, professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. He not only fixed the problem but gave us a lot of practical advice and education about how to best maintain our 80-year-old pipes. We would absolutely recommend Beacon Plumbing!

Our tech was professional, on time, prepared with masks and booties, and still beeped our number even when we failed to answer the phone. He solved and was finished with the issue within 10 minutes. Excellent work!

They did a whole house repipe, including new water line from street to house. Other than one unfortunate accident which they paid for they were very good. Lots and Lots of connection, and no leaks. Amazing how they got the pipes connected thru floors and walls.

Bobby came out to my house after hours to inspect a possible leak and quickly found a hole in a pipe where we had some work being done. He replaced the pipe and cleared the lines. He did all of this in about 1.5 hours. He provided feedback on other items that could be issues down the road (we have original galvanized steel pipes) and recommended the most cost efficient solutions. He totally saved us! I highly recommend Bobby when it comes to your plumbing needs. Total life savior !!!
